Loved everything about this facility! Friendly and knowledgeable staff who really care about your needs and comfort. I went following surgery and consistently made progress towards full mobility. Also, I got therapy for neck pain during the same visit. Always received a hands on massage to each of my problem areas during each appointment. I dont know of another physical therapy facility that provides massage as part of healing, but they should consider it.The office was also great about appointment reminders. I highly recommend Hands On in Fuquay-Varina.

From day one, I was taken care of, above and beyond. Everyone at HOPT is dead serious about getting their patients well and they make sure you are enjoying it as you go. If youre willing to do the work, the staff at HOPT will get you up and going in half the time of any other facility in the business. They had me recouped from a Total Ankle Replacement in 4 1/2 months. Now top that! Nicest folks youll ever meet in a relaxed atmosphere. Thank goodness I found out about these guys before I commited to a hospital affiliated physical therapist that had an instructor looking after 4 patients at one time. Been there, done that. I broke my ankle back in December and needed physical therapy. I cannot say enough about the physical therapist at Hands On. They are the best! I loved the massage therapy. The personal treatment was excellent. I actually look forward to my sessions. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go. I highly recommend them.

The staff an the facilities are very helpful in my recovery . Ive been going for about 3 weeks an already I feel better an notice a difference in my quality of life cause of regained mobility without so much pain. The crew is awesome, they explain what they are doing so you know what to expect , very professional and personal, they make you feel comfortable and relaxed . I’ve been going to Hands On Physical Therapy for the past year and a half, to treat my Osteoarthritis in both knees. I was having a really hard time walking. The therapist has worked with me so that now I’m able walk, go up and down stairs without pain. I receive very good care at Hands on Physical Therapy. Hands on Physical Therapy has above board qualified therapists that really dialed in to my pain needs. This was the first PT I went to where I didn’t feel rushed through the therapy. My therapist offered a lot of insight as I asked questions and the exercises I performed changed my pain level so I could have a better quality of life. Very caring and friendly staff. I have been to Hands on Physical Therapy numerous times in the last 10 years. The owner Miss Kathy and the staff are friendly and professional. There facility is up to date on all your needs. I have recommended many friends and family and were very happy.

I was not pleased at all with HOPT. During my two weeks there I never saw the same person. I didn’t even know who the therapists were. There was little personal attention and I felt like everything I did there I could have easily done at home. There was no guidance in my exercises to help me after knee replacement. I chose to find another facility with personalized attention.

I have been to Hands on PT for PT on several prescribed needs. The staff, therapist, equipment available appointment scheduling made to fit the patient needs, makes this facility the ONLY physical therapy place for me and my family. Cathy Wiegers at Hands on Physical Therapy is phenomenal. She is the best physical therapist I have ever had! When I walked in to Hands On Dec. 31st, I could barely walk. I had been to another physical therapist with no success. I had been in pain for over six weeks. I had just about given up on ever feeling “normal” again. My painful back had put my life in ruins. From the moment I had my first session, her healing touch began to work it’s magic. Between her skilled hands, the electric stimulation, and exercises I was supposed to do, I finally am getting my life back. Thank you, Cathy!!!

The therapists and assistants are absolutely wonderful! They spend quality time with you and get to know what you need and the best way to get there. They could use an upgrade on some of the equipment but other than that I highly recommend.

Cathy and the staff at Hands On Physical Therapy are very knowledgeable and take the time to treat your injury. I have been to several physical therapy clinics and Cathy is by far the most knowledgeable. She is one of a few therapists that actually does manual therapy on your injury. This was my first time using a rehab service, and I couldnt have chosen a better one. I decided to use Hands On due to the positive reviews that they had received and now Im going to add mine. The knowledgeable staff were glad to work with me at my own pace, but that doesnt mean they let me be lazy. Every appointment was enjoyable because I was treated like family and welcomed each time. If the need ever arises again, you can bet Hands On is where Ill go.

The folks at Hands On Physical Therapy worked wonders for my pain. I was skeptical PT would do me much good, but they certainly proved I was wrong. This is not one of those glitzy, fancy boutique gyms, so if you’re looking for that, you’ll be disappointed. But, if you’re looking for professional therapists who understand what they’re doing and what will benefit you most, this is the place. They constantly questioned about how things were working and adapted therapy to fit the need. They provided reports to my orthopedic surgeon so he could evaluate progress and plan for what’s next. I go to Hand On PT in Cary, NC where they offer aquatics therapy. It’s easy to find and in a great location. The staff is very hands on, attentive and there to answer questions or have a good conversation with while doing your exercises. Overall, I’d recommend.

Actually a hands-on therapy experience. Have not had better results and improvement in golf swing in years. Kathy is excellent and knows how to work to make improvements. Recommend any individual seeking improvement in flexibility and results, specifically in GOLF swing.

I have been so pleased with my care at HOPT. Im not sure if all injuries receive this kind of treatment plan, but my problem is with a hip/leg and each session includes stretching, strengthening exercises, followed by a brief massage of the injured area, followed by heat to that area. This style of care has been very helpful to me and I think all the staff have good expertise.

I have been attending Hands On Physical Therapy for two years in connection with a muscle weakness issue. My therapists have found exercises I can do that have helped me maintain strength which is the best result I can hope for. My therapists are creative in changing up the routine and finding exercised that I am capable of performing.

Pre-Surgery physical therapy is SO important! Kathy Wiegers at Hands On Physical Therapy did an amazing job preparing me for partial knee surgery! She worked with me for 4 weeks and I continued doing the exercises at home until my surgery on September 16. I began physical therapy with Kathy again three days after surgery and graduated from a walker to cane within a week. By the next week, I was cane-free! I cant say enough about the staff at HOPT! They are so professional and caring. Every surgeon should require pre-surgery PT! AND at HOPT! I am so grateful for the professional care I received.

I was able to get a appointment quickly for a severe neck strain. After several visits the physical therapist was able to massage all the knots out, and returned me to a much better range of motion. I would recommend this group.

I limped into Hands on therapy inFuquay three weeks ago. Thinking my life was over having nerve pain in left leg, due to a bulging disk in my back pressing on a nerve. I was crying, it hurt so bad. I was lucky to get CAthy as my pt. Her MAGIC FINGERS took control of my sciatic nerve as she massage me with hot lotion. In very few visits I learned to walk better and have hardly any pain. My pAin level is reduced! It’s Magic I tell you! Lauren helps me exercise. She’s pAtient and caring. These people can make a difference! THEY HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE!
