My new HERO. I have previously been to another chiropractor in the area and paid (big) money. I went there about a month with NO results. I went to see Dr. David and in my very first visit felt like a new person. Someone commented that positive comments are written by people who work there. There are no employees. You obviously have never been Dr. Nichols patient. He does not need to write positive comments....His patients will do that for him. He is a great chiropractor. He is attentive to each patient. He is extremely affordable. Our family spent $150 on three visits/month before we found Dr. Nichols. Now we can go 100 times a month, if we like, for that cost. And his schedule will work with just about ANY schedule.

This is not your traditional chiropractic office. There is no girl answering a phone, no equipment giving you massages but yet this happens to be one of the best places I have ever been to. Dr. Nichols has the best idea of how to run a practice and it works amazing. He really does a great job, all with a smile and a friendly attitude. Until I came across Dr. David, I was quite skeptical of the value of chiropractors in my life. I recently starting suffering from sciatic nerve pain. Friends suggested chiropractic care; something Ive never done before. Dr. David also offered for me to come in and have a visit and chat before deciding as he could tell I was very nervous. Ive been an athlete for years and never had any persistent pain, or symptoms that would lead me to go see a Chiropractor, but Dr. Nichols (a former D1 athlete) has shown me that Chiropractic care is about so much more. Preventing injuries and optimizing your bodys health and performance are among the many things Dr. Nichols can lend his expert advice on. And - as an adjuster, hes hard to beat. Would definitely go more often if I didnt live so far from his new office!

Even though he doesnt accept insurance his monthly price for my whole family for unlimited visits is cheaper than what I have paid in the past for chiropractic care with co-pays.David takes the time to know his clients and ensure he takes great care of them. He doesnt waste your time or money on unnecessary tests, he does a thorough exam then gets to work. My whole family goes and now even my kids are cognizant of when they need an adjustment. Dr. David is an amazing chiropractor. A head-on collision over two decades ago left me with near-constant pain in my mid to upper back and neck and living with pain had become a way of life. I had been to chiropractors over the years and the care I received did offer some relief, but I had begun to believe that there was no long-term solution for my pain.Dr. David not only gave me a real education about my spine, and why I was in pain, but he thoroughly explained what I could do to help my back and neck get better and stay better. No doctor has ever taken the time to help me understand how I could be proactive in my own care before! To say he cares about his patients and their long-term well-being is an understatement, and I will never go anywhere else for my care.Within two weeks I was out of daily pain, and within a month, I was feeling better than I have in years! I saw Dr. David 3 times last week, once for my initial appointment and twice for walk ins. Lower back pain is much better and my range of motion has improved. Very nice and tells you what to expect before he adjusts.

These reviews are obviously made by the folks who work there. Made a call to do a first time visit and they flat out said if we dont visit once a week then youre wasting your time. Also they DO NOT accept insurance!! Yeah great business you have there!! Stay away unless you have money that grows on trees!!

I was nervous going in to see a chiropractor but Dr. Nichols is non judgmental and a great person all around! As an RN, I am on my feet 16 hours a day and suffer with a lot of back and leg pain. There was a day I struggled walking into the office (even on narcotics which, I do not like to take but felt I had no choice for this pain). As I walked out, still limping, I had an ah-ha moment...I didnt need to limp any more! My pain was gone! He literally fixed me! My whole family benifits from Nichols Family Chiropractic services , I can even bring my dog! Great practice, great location and great guy!

My insurance didnt cover chiropractic care so this was the most affordable solution available. As far as the comment made by the gentleman in regards to employees making these comment, Dr. Nichols does all of his own scheduling etc... He doesnt have a staff to do that. He is the BEST chiropractor I ha e found after searching nearly 6 years. I travel over 30 minutes to see him and recommend him to ALL of my friends. I was a chiropractic non-believer. I had a few bad experiences prior to meeting Dr. David. I have had years of lower back and neck issues that would from time to time, take me out of work for a week or so at a time. Upon my first meeting with Dr. David, he took his time to explain everything that was going on and to make sure I was comfortable with each step of the care I was going to receive. I show up with sever neck pain and was unable to hold my head up straight for days. I have been seeing Dr. David now for over a year and can honestly say I have not had any of the issues that brought me to him. He has worked miracles with me and my husband and would recommend him to anyone and everyone I meet.

Dr. Nichols is the best. Ive seen many chiropractors over the years and always scramble to see them as little as possible due to the copays involved, and never have had any lasting results.Dr. Nichols brings a different philosophy to chiropractic which has finally given me some lasting healing. Pay one flat fee every month which was the same cost as a couple of copays, and go visit as much or as little as needed.I started seeing Dr. Nichols in 2014 for around 8 months before I was feeling better and just stopped going. I shouldnt have stopped... Over a year later Im back and its because I know he will get me back to where I need to be. This time I hope to keep it there.I hope this guy stays in Fuquay forever.

I spend 2 days a week driving for 3 hours one way. My back and hips were really bothering me to the point it was hard to get down and on the floor to play with my grandchildren. But now a weekly visit to Dr. Nichols keeps we out of pain and playing with my grandchildren.

I first met Dr. David at a community event in April 2014. The following day my back went in to spams- I took every pain pill I had in my house- it would not stop. After a night of absolutely no sleep I called him 1st thing. He took me right in- he did not just start working on me immediately, he took the time to get a history to see why I was hurting so bad. Once he worked on a few areas he sent me home with a tens unit and instructions of walking ,exercises, and for me to come back later in the day. I cannot tell you how much relief I had in just those 2 visits! I have been seeing him one a week since that day! I no longer need to so much as even take Aleve or anything! I am so happy I made the choice to try chiropractic care- I will never stop! Thank you Dr. David for all that you have done, now I no longer have fear of playing Wii with the grandkids or corn hole with friends - I feel great!
