Place is falling apart and they think because you have limited income they can get away with it. She was over an hour late to sign lease. Rude on phone and ruder in person. Rent from fulton housing authority. Better housing, less drama.

Sucks. The new Management is asking for money that has been paid. They are going back years for this money. When they did not own the place. The amount they asks for keeps going up each month. Really should not have even one star. Also our heat does not work, they have been called several times and nothing since one person came out and said it works now. Guess what no it does not. Also I have to light the gas stove by hand.
