I have been a patient of this clinic since sometime in 2017. While I had a great experience with my first therapist, she had the sense to leave this facility. I was giving better therapy in 7th grade than these masters degree holders do in 2020. my therapist, after hearing i had plans to move out and was staying with a friend for a few days called cps on my father, made up outrageous things about him and me. what a failure of a place, has no value for public service. If you are an employee here reading this, go ahead and discharge me, and tell Awilda to quit.

If I could give less than one star to this place I would. The office smells of urine, the providers will undermine your rules in front of your child, thumbs up! Threaten you with CPS cause their schedule is full and they want you there at a certain time, like its your job to figure out their scheduling. Office rules and policies change weekly so you never know what youre walking into. They also offer meds to your children after you leave the room... Happened today as a matter of fact. And good luck getting out of that office if your child is on meds, they wont send the required forms to any other doctor for them to take over meds. Also good luck getting forms for school if your child needs medication during the day or for field trips... Again would give 0 stars if I could.

BEWARE I took my 17 year old here she spoke with a counselor 1 time for less than an hour. The next day cps was at my door. When I called and confronted the woman who schedules appt. She didnt deny it. In fact she informed me that they were mandatory reporters.i turned to these people to help my daughter and they just made things more stressful. I mean really . How can you properly assess someone after only meeting them for less than an hour? Terrible people....also cps came to my house to investigate and have not been back which would lead one to believe that there is no abuse. Just an overly zealous under trained social worker

If youre looking for actual help, i would not suggest letting your child see Portia archer. She is very unprofessional.
