If I could give no stars I would. My husband brought my son in for a haircut for school pictures. And this is what he received…. WHAT ON EARTH?! HOW DOES SOMEONE THINK TO THEMSELVES THIS LOOKS OKAY AND HE IS GOOD TO GO?! I am absolutely appalled. And it took us hours to find someone to fix this mess.

I came in last week to have my hair done and I was so pleased with my results. The woman who did my hair was not only super professional, she also held a genuine conversation with me and did an AMAZONG job on my hair. Her name is Staci and I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone!!!

My poor 5 yr. Old son just came home after getting a haircut with dad with Stacy in Fulton NY. It was the most horrible haircut ever. Never have had a problem with getting his haircut. This Stacy was so unpleasant and had really no idea on how to cut a childs hair. If you dont want gouges all over your childs neck from scissors id highly not recommended going to this joke of a place especially with this character Stacy!! This lady DOES NOT BELONG IN CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR PROVIDING SERVICES TO CHILDREN. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE ESPECIALLY STACT

If I could give it zero stars I would! Unreal with these guys! Asked for a simple 2-1 fade on my husband and its completely botched! $16 plus a tip for this chick (Julia) too leave several large patches of untouched hair and the worst fade Ive ever seen! Im stunned...going for a refund tomorrow and Ill have to finish the cut but going over it all with a 1. Dont waste your time...

Understaffed and obviously can’t read appointments on the computer screen they’re looking at. Told 20 minute wait only to be told 30+ minutes later “oops sorry we had two appointments ahead of you”. Heading to a different establishment now.

Me and my boyfriend get his hair cut at the smart style hair salon and it looked amazing and they washed it as well it came with the hair cut like how awesome, we enjoyed our time there, also my mans loves his hair cut :)

I went here ONCE and will never do it again. My hair was WAY to short. The woman didnt listen when I told her it was to short AND my hair was VERY uneven and VERY choppy. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

Went there to get three inches taken off and just layers in the front angled toward my face. She bitched my hair cut off like 6 inches and the left middle is two inches shorter than the front and back and she missed pieces in the back and not like by a little bit. Needless to say it cost me twice as much to go to hair hut and beg them to fix my hair! Extremely disappointed that it took her and hour and a half to butcher my hair.
