Horrible service! Yeah the doctor is nice but can you imagine calling them for 2 weeks to get a prescription filled being told over and over again on the phone that it will be filled and it continues to not be? This has been my fiancé’s case at this establishment, not to mention what if something happened while he is not on his medication? Hospital staff needs to get it together. Not that hard to give CVS a call.

From the first visit nothing has gone right. First had to wait 9 weeks for an appointment. I wasn’t in a hurry at that time. They never can find me in their “system”. Waiting time is ridiculous first time I waited an hour second visit hour and a half. My time is valuable also.Became ill on vacation in another state. Had to go to urgent care there. Was instructed to immediately see your doctor for specific symptoms so I called when arrived home because those symptoms appeared. Of course NO appointment available. The MAs do not know what they are doing in the office or on the phone. The doctor I like but the staff all the way from scheduling to the MA act like they don’t have a clue. Every person has an excuse on why cannot assist you. Guess I have to find a new primary.

This rating is for the doctors office not Dr Alias. The wait time is ridiculous. I called December 1st week and the doctor was booked till March!! 3 months of wait time to see a GP is not acceptable. The people answering the phone are super rude

Dr. Alias is caring, attentive, and thorough. Highly recommended.
