I came in contact with 4 people at this practice today: the receptionist, the good-looking young man (nurse, I suppose) who guided me in and checked for my pain level, the X-ray technician who used to be in the Marine Corps, and finally the doctor (sorry, forgot her name). Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. I especially appreciate the thorough consultation with the young lady who was very knowledgeable and patient explaining my options to me in a way that I could completely understand, not just the medical part but also what had to do with insurance and scheduling. 👩‍⚕️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first appointment with Dr Rubinstein. He was very welcoming and took the time to explain my condition. The staff was nice, the X-ray tech was friendly and PA was great. I appreciate the care that I received today. Hopefully my condition will improve quickly.

I had doctor Linda Luong actually, but she was very professional and helpful. Very nice and had good input for my questions.

Excellent doctor. Great bedside manner. Thorough examination and great at explaining problems and issues. Took his time to answer all questions. Highly recommend Dr. Rubenstein.

The personnel and doctor were fantastic butI hadto wait over an hour to be seen after my appointment time ans i showed up 20 minutes prior to my appointment. So, I believe scheduling was a problem. I am coming back in a month, so hopefully I can give thsm a 5 🌟 then.

For anyone looking for an excellent orthopedic surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Rubinstein. I have worked as a registered nurse in the operating room with Dr. Rubinstein well over eighteen years. During that time I have grown to admire and respect him as an orthopedic surgeon. His knowledge, work ethic, attention to detail, and outcomes are superb. He has an ability to make each one of us in the surgical team feel like a valued member.Not only have I been a part of his team in the operating room, but was also one of his patients. In so doing, I also recommended co-workers, family, and friends to him, all with high positive results.

Every staff member was so kind and thoughtful. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. Doctor Rubinstein is amazing. Would recommend highly!

I have worked with Dr. Rubinstein for over 10 years at multiple facilities in various different Orthopedic surgeries and would absolutely recommend him to personal family and friends.Anyone that rates him less than the best obviously has a personal vendetta and the source of any negative review should be investigated.Dr Rubinstein is of the best surgeons available and should be at the top of the list for anyone in need of an upper extremity Orthopedic specialist.

I have been a patient of Fullerton Ortho on and off since 2007. I started out with Dr.Wagner(retired) .He performed 2 knee surgeries on my rt knee from a previous injury i endured years ago. I was impressed with him for both. When i tore my left knee and didnt know it i returned and saw Dr. Downs who also paid attention to my care and ended up having to perform surgery on my left knee. He was really understanding from the start &was very thorough throughout the whole process.Im currently seeing Dr. Rubinstein due to a fall i took and from that back in Febuary i was and still have dealt with issues from it.When i met with him i immediately loved his personality from the start.He listened to my concerns and started me off with 2 rounds of pt to see if it would help. Unfortunately it didnt relieve my pain so we went back to the drawing board and he listened when i politely declined a cortisone shot we went ahead with a MRI/MRA to see if it showed anything and unfortunately it it didnt show much but due to my symptoms of not being able to raise my arm up without pain in my shoulder and going into my ear and him performing stability test in the office and still having pain and clicking we both decided that going in to perform Arthroscopic surgery is the best option. He did warn me it may work or not and also that he had a huge list of people on his schedule.However his surgery coordinator Diana called me the next day to see if i was ready to set up my surgery especially because Dr.Rubinstein knows the line of work i perform and that i need this surgery ASAP so that i can go back in a timely manner. Surgery is scheduled for June 10th. Fastly approaching.

He has the best bedside manner. He explains everything so you feel comfortable and understand what needs to be done.

I have had 3 surgeries with Dr. Rubenstein: Carpal Tunnel Release on left/right hands, and Trigger Finger Release on right hand. All surgeries were done endoscopically,, neat and tidy incisions and sutures, quick healing, no complications, and a courteous staff. Everybody else I know who had this surgery elsewhere got hacked. Dr. Rubenstein is a Pro. Highly recommended.

Waited 2 weeks to be seen about a possible metacarpal fracture, and my appointment got pushed back. Then they called again, to just cancel it.

He put me back together, and back to work. Thank you Dr. Rubenstein.
