Took great care of my kids! They never mind coming to the dentist the staff and doctor are amazing!

I have had nothing but great experiences from this office. I have asked for explanation of any diagnosis or concerns with clear explanations, options, and in a manner I could understand. Currently the office is helping me with fixing the mistakes and lack of the professionalism from another dental office. I can definitely endorse and feel comfortable giving Viviana, the office manager, and the staff a great review. If you have Dentical or other insurance they will check your enrollment status before making your appointment and I am personally grateful for each step in the process.

This team of professionals provide stellar service. The dentist took her time and explained everything that was happening in my mouth and the order or plan of attack. The hygienist are kind and gentle!!! The atmosphere is soothing and calming. I loved my visit!!!Cookie

My most recent appoint was a much better experience than my previous one. This time I didnt have to wait too long, their covid-19 safety procedures was done well and the Dr was very thorough, professional and understanding of my situation.

Ive very been a patient of Fullerton Dental Associates since day one. I have been extremely happy with all of the accommodations that theyve given. With some of my dental issues more serious than others, regardless, theyve provided me and my family with various options that worked out great! Evelyn the office manager, the staff, and of course Dr., are professional and super great! I highly recommend this establishment to all the members of our community.

Staffs nice sometimes depends on the day I guess. Dentists need work the male dentist they have is to rough and rude the woman dentist is indecisive she seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing she recommends different things and says to ask my dentist.... what I thought you were my dentist I’m here paying you my hard earned money for your knowledge and she’s telling me she doesn’t know... what the hell man.... also staff cares more about fitting as many people as they can rather doing a good job on a specific person. I would never come back here but my dentist insurance only covers this place. Final words: Understaffed overworked unknowledgeable insensitive unsympathetic impatient.

I have been going to Fullerton Dental Associates for around 4 years. They have been very accommodating to myself and my family. They treat us very well and they go out of their way to ensure your treatment is the best for your situation.We used to visit another dentist up the street and they just got to expensive. In the parking lot we would notice the very expensive sports car of that dentist so we felt we didn’t want to make his payments any more.We then turned to Fullerton Dental Assoicates and they work with you on payment plans that we feel are the best for us.. Try them you will like them!!!

I absolutely dispised the dentist untill a friend who works in dental insurance made me an appointmen at Fullerton dental. I absolutely love it, there quick, the resepionios gave me a reminder call and on my second visit the dentist was so good and quick she did five extracs in less than 30 minutes and didnt even have to numb the second half of my mouth all the way. Shes that good an fast and reasuring. I look forward to my next visit for the first time ever. Janette

My husband and I scheduled our first appointment with the main dentist and when we got there our appointment was scheduled with someone else. I had a bonding in my front tooth and it came off two weeks after. Overall very disappointed :( I wish I had my money back.

Good staff, good prices but bad dentist. I can say this has been the most painful set of fillings Ive ever gotten. The dentist (vinh I believe) failed to apply enough pain killer after I requested more, only after stopping him three times during drilling did he apply more. He is to rough with splints and matrix bands, which has cut up my gums and left me with quite a soar mouth. past this the dentist was sloppy with the acid applied before fillings, leaving me with a chemical burn on my upper lip and on the side of my tongue. Also throughout the procedure the dentist seemed more interested with the conversation he was having with his nurse and the news that was showing in the background. He paused multiple times in the middle of drilling to talk to his nurse and ask about what investigation was being discussed. I could go on with more complaints but needless to say I wont ever be returning here.

Worst place to go to !!! Cancelled my sons appt. Twice had a broken front tooth (baseball please where mouth guard) his adult tooth. Said everything was approved for crown then never heard from again !!!!! Then received letter everything was denied !!!! This place is screwed up !!! I wouldnt recommend to anyone !!!
