Eric Meyer and his team are generally very nice. They have good customer service.They also overcharge for their services, and suggest dental work that was described as conservative, at best by another dentist. There are plenty of reviews on Yelp over the years that match this experience.Theyll smile and be nice, but theyll be quick to recommend a crown you probably dont need and charge you FAR more than you should pay for it.

Beware! They are VERY expensive and they recomended ALOT of extra and unnecessary work. Never take them for their word always get a second opinion.

Exceptionally clean, sanitizing every single thing in office, checking your temperature giving you you mask and more...like I said, it’s extremely safe to go to Dr. Mayer dental clinic, plus he is extremely knowledgeable Doctor...I definitely recommend him.

Everyone I was in contact with struck me as very, very competent with their work. They all went out of their way to explain fully each step that was taken. Their confidence and courtesy put me at ease in a not always ideal situation; i.e. dentist visit. Although not really looking forward to future visits, I know they will be done with the same treatment I received earlier this week.

I had my first cleaning with Mindy today and I could not be more satisfied. I have many areas of sensitivity and normally experience anxiety when getting my teeth cleaned. Todays visit was anxiety free and left me feeling very relaxed, Mindy has the most gentle hands and is very meticulous. I cant wait for my next visit!

Dr. Meyer has a modern dental facility supported by an excellent staff. One can always depend on receiving high quality service. They are usually able to make quick appointments to take care of emergency needs. This is the best place to go if you have a fear of dentists and dental procedures, and the only place my wife will go.

What an amazing dentist! Dr. Meyer cured me of my fear of dentists. Hes extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and a willingness to educate. If you want an amazing dentist, hes the only one I recommend. The Staff there is warm, genuine and very welcoming. I would give 6 stars.

I always get in at my appointment time. The hygienist are great. They have great technology. They spotted a possible cavity a year ago and took pictures at my last couple of check ups. They showed me the detailed progression to help me understand the changes and need to fix it.

Highly professional, friendly, sparkling clean atmosphere. I have never waited for more than five minutes to be taken from the waiting room. Everyone there greets me by name. My experience was very positive until 5 hours after my appointment I had my temporary fall off and was pain...... the good news is that I was able to get in and have it attended to before the office closed.I have recommended this office to several family members and friends as I truly am impressed with the chair side manner of all the staff and the appearance of the office. This about the 5th or 6th crown Dr Meyer has done for me and I couldnt be happier. Everything went beautifully only had my temporary for one week which is fast compared to other offices. would highly recommend Dr Meyer and his staff for all my dental needs.

Always calm, professional and prompt. The staff is very good at what they do, making my dental visits a welcome spa escape from the kids for an hour or so, rather than an unpleasant chore. We have loved Dr. Meyer ever since moving to Orange County and look forward to his being our family dentist for many years to come.

Let me start by explaining that the only reason I found myself in Dr. Meyers office was due to a change in my dental insurance. I had read his online reviews, both good and bad, but was a bit apprehensive since I both like and trust my previous dentist.The front office staff was polite upon entering but not particularly welcoming. The hygienist was nice but spent most of the time trying to talk me into coming in for more frequent cleanings which arent covered by my insurance. Dr. Meyer was also pleasant but didnt spend very much time getting to know me or my history. He immediately wanted me to see his in-house periodontist for a possible gum graft (also not covered by my insurance). I tried to tell him that my previous dentist had been monitoring the gum loss but hadnt seem particularly concerned at my last visit. Since Ive had other procedures done based on her referrals, I tend to trust her sense of timing. However, Dr. Meyer made me feel as if it was a pressing issue that needed to be addressed very quickly. I would say that we spent less than five minutes on my entire forty year oral care history which ended in me needing extensive and expensive gum graft work but other than that Im perfect.I even left with a prescription for toothpaste. Apparently my dry mouth is so chronic that I need prescription toothpaste?I called to verify that my current benefits will not cover the procedures that Dr. Meyer suggested I would need and followed up with his office. When I told the receptionist, her response was simply that shed make a note in my chart. Not offer to discuss fees or a payment plan which I would expect if the work was truly medically necessary and the office was concerned about my health over fees.My apprehension after reading Dr. Meyers other reviews was well-founded. I felt like I was in one long sales pitch with no way of knowing what procedures are really necessary or within what sort of time frame Id need to have them done. Ive decided that its worth the extra money to be able to see my previous dentist, Dr. Maria Sison-Rosario, as she takes the time to discuss each procedure in detail, the pros and cons, and her office is more than willing to work with you on payments if the procedure is medically necessary.

If going to the dentist can be referred to as pleasant, my experience at Dr. Meyers office was certainly that. I did not have to wait more than a couple of minutes before I was called in. Once inside, the service went on very smoothly, the attendants were very courteous, friendly and professional, Dr. Meyer was outstanding, and the experience was all together enjoyable.

Todays visit was a step in the process of getting some neglected work done. While a visit to the dentist hardly counts as recreation, I am much pleased with Dr. Meyers relaxing office decor, and his courteous and professional staff.
