Totally professional and personable. Karen was very thorough in explaining what was to be done and solicited any questions I might have.Very pleased on every level. Roy at the front desk was welcoming and ready to set up a follow up appointment when necessary and convenient. Dr. DePaoli is a wonderful dentist with great bedside manner. She made me feel at ease when I was nervous. She did a thorough job answering all of my questions. Her office staff is also wonderful. Kind and helpful group.

Dr. DePaoli and receptionist Roi are always friendly do an excellant job! Explains in simple terms any dental issues I may have. I was nervous to go to the dentist during the covid 19 pandemic, but they have set up strict guidelines to keep everyone safe: deep cleaning between all appointments, air purifier, and space out appointments so only 1 patient at a time is in the office. I highly recommend!

Dr. DePaoli put a new crown in for me on June 9, 2020. The process had started in March, but the office was closed because of the Covid 19, until June. The process was painless and she did a good job. I would recomend her to anyone needing a dentist.

Since my wife and family recently moved to Orange County we needed to find new medical connections etc that were closer.We looked up dentists as part of that and came across Dr. Karen DePaoli In Fullerton. I was impressed from the very beginning in how she has a gentle touch to her work and very comfortable to have work on you.

My experience with Dr DePaoli was top notch.I found her and her staff very professional with a very caring and genuine environment.I found myself in a precarious situation with a loose bridge right before a planned wildernessBack packing trip. She was able to remove the bridge . She determined that the posts were still supportive with no decay.. She cleaned up the old bridge and re -attached it . She gave me a lifeline to address a permanent replacement at a more opportune time-and gave me a very fair estimate of costs for that new bridge.Thankyou Dr Paolo — your the “ best “ ✅

I just love Roy in the office. She is so easy to greet you and I love she does a reminder call. Dr. DePaoli is very gentle. I like the fact that she isnt doing procedures that dont need to be done. She gets in and does what she needs to do, without a bunch of mindless chatter. I would highly recommend her.

Changing my review. Had dental implants done and DePaoli made the denture for the bottom. They never were right from the beginning and cant tell you how many times I went in with this issue. They were to call when the office was open again. I called several times and never got a return call.Had a consult with my periodontist and he identified the problem. He called her and he said she would call me. To this date, 7-22-20 I have not had a call from her office. Had an appointment with Dr DePaoli just after the pandemic stopped non-emergency visits. Called my periodontist to get a referral to another dentist. She does not return calls. Maybe she just wants the easy ones. I spent a lot of money there and it was just money thrown away as I now have to start over with another dentist.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HER!
