The staff is professional and friendly. They are responsive and helpful. I feel that they go out of their way to respond to my needs and help me weigh the costs versus the benefits of my glasses/prescriptions options. Dr. Kaku does a thorough exam. He is patient in answering all my questions and clearly explaining things. I never feel rushed.

I haven’t had an eye exam for a few years, and stopped in today. Beautiful office and they r remodeling so I can only imagine how much nicer it is going to look. The doctor and the staff were all so GENUINELY nice, patient, and caring people. Would definetly recommend to anyone getting an eye exam. They also have a huge selection of glasses, and they were very helpful in helping me find the right fit.

I went there 6/10/19 to take my husband for prescription glasses. I was expecting the same type of service that Costco offers. Since I was going to pay for glasses out of pocket I was also a bit afraid that it would be super expensive. But to my amazement the service and price surpassed my expectations. Front desk gals are amazing. Doctor has a good sense of humor and is very friendly and informative. They have gained a customer for life.

I was on vacation with my mom and her left contact lens popped out unexpectedly and was lost. She cant see well at all without it, and in a panic we called her optometrist at home in MD and asked if we could have her prescription faxed. Fullerton Vision Center was closest to our hotel so we drove over and walked in just as they were getting off the phone with the MD office and had a lens for my mom in less than 3 minutes. They were quick, efficient, and so kind, saving us from a complete headache of a situation. Thank you to everyone in this office, their customer service was top notch.

Was denied my appointment because I did not have COVID test results on hand. Did they send multiple reminders for my appointment? Yes. Did any of these say I needed to bring results? No. Wasted a day going to an appointment that I was not allowed in because of their own negligence.

The staff are friendly,and very clean place. They make you sanitize your hands before you get in which is a great thing to do specially during this pandemic.

As a golf instructor, my eyes are very important to my work so when I had an issue, I had to go to the BEST! Not only was Jeffs description of the problem over the phone correct, he did a thorough check up to make 100% sure everything was in order. They have the latest in equipment and their slogan is spot on! Famous for service! You wont be disappointed.

My visit to Fullerton Vision Center was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Kaku was very professional yet very friendly, respectful and down-to-earth. The opticians and the rest of the staff were not only very knowledgeable and professional but also very courteous and friendly. Together, along with their amazingly HUGE inventory of frames & glasses, they have succeeded in providing in me - and I am sure other patients - the type of pleasant and wonderful experience that I would not get from the big box and chain stores.I would strongly recommend this place. In fact, I already have - twice since my visit there just over a week ago: once to my family member and another to one of my colleagues.

My daughter and I have been customers, for the past (5) years. Recently, I had an appointment and I was running late. As a courtesy, I called the office and advised them I would be 10 minutes late and the receptionist advised me that I would have to reschedule my appointment. I advised them I would wait and they told me Sorry reschedule. I explained to them that I took my daughter out of school in an effort to make the appointment, yet they still refused me service!! Not Happy!!! Very inconvenient and honestly shocked they refused to see us. So much more for customer satisfaction.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kaku since 3rd grade. I am now 21 and return every year for a great eye exam with the help of the amazing staff. They truly know how to make you feel special and Dr. Kaku is so nice and a great optometrist! I truly would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. AND they have a great selection of eyewear. I always get compliments on my frames; they’re comfortable and they make them affordable. Make an appointment and you will see.

My sons started seeing Dr Kaku and staff when they were 7 & 6 yrs old...10 yrs later we are still here! We tried to switch once, since we moved out of the area, and my sons hated it. We returned. I drive 30 minutes out of my area just to see Dr Kaku and his wonderful staff. Theyve always made my boys feel comfortable and just like family. Ive referred everyone I know!
