Colossal waste of money for ANY sports league, especially basketball. The refs are usually inexperienced, wasting precious game time for training. The time keeper is trained to always keep the game clock moving, even when its not supposed to. Like for out of bounds and fouls. The ONLY time it stops is when a coach calls timeout. They want the kids out of there asap so they can schedule as many games as possible to make the most money. Absolutely ridiculous, and its the kids who end up losing!

Great establishment! How could anyone give this facility a bad review?Very clean, while extremely busy. The cleanliness makes me want to enjoy the atmosphere. The floors are polished, and you can’t smell the athletes sweat. I think anyone giving this facility a poor review must not live in the area. I have been to other Fieldhouse locations and they are not as well maintained.

Nice facility...I actually met up with a few people to walk while one of the ladys sons had practice inside the facility. Walking outside of the bldg was a nice distance and it seemed to well lit at night. The restrooms had plenty of well maintained stalls so youre having to stand in line for 1 or 2 to become unoccupied. Staff seemed pretty friendly from what I could tell the night I visited.

There are about 8 or so basketball courts. They are nice courts but one minor complaint would be the separation between courts is not very much, although that is par for the course for this type of facility. Several times during the tournament, balls from other courts entered the one we are own. Bring your own chair, there is no seating! There are snack and food vendors starving things like popcorn, burgers, fries, etc. Plenty of parking available.

Their indoor soccer league is beyond frustation! For some reason, they lack the ability to put like-skilled and like-aged players with one another. My daughter has repeatedly had to play teams of players with 2+ years of age (not to mention skill) on our team. The scores look like basketball scores (with zero on our side). Our coaches calls to put us in at least the same-aged league seem to have gone unaswered. Situations like this are not fun for either side. Who likes to win (or lose) by 20+ goals?

Registered my son for flag football after explaining there may be scheduling conflicts due to previously (other sports) committed practice times/days. We were insured by management if the conflict did in fact exist, a refund would be provided. Of course the conflict did happen and then was told we could only be provided a credit. Disappointed but accepted. Fast forward a couple of months, while attempting to use a portion of the credit for my other childs game, they suddenly decided it doesnt qualify and I needed to pay. When I insisted they provide the credit and to let me speak with a manager, they kicked me out. This place is run by buffoons who have no problem stealing your money!

All three of my children have been on teams here and each time it was a bad experience (Basketball and indoor soccer). Customer service is horrible. You can never get anyone on the phone and they don’t return voice messages. They have the attitude of “we have plenty of business and don’t need you as a customer.” The facility is always packed to the brim and parking is non-existent. It’s also more expensive than other facilities. My husband and I have agreed to never have our kids play here because it’s not worth the stress. We have been really happy with PSA McKinney and PSA Plano and I would 100% recommend them over FieldhouseUSA Frisco.

Upon looking at the advertisements for both a Basketball and Volleyball program for my two daughters I thought I was signing them up for normal leagues that include both practice and games. Come to find out there is only ONE practice included at the beginning of the season! The rest is just paying for the court time for games. If you want your kid to be able to learn the sport DO NOT use fieldhouse. You are paying to rent the court only. I called to get a refund since my kids arent be taught anything and of course, no refunds. If you just want to rent a court fine, but if you want your kids to learn the sport then dont come here. Getting coaches was unorganized basically just asking parents to coach, and no practices. What a scam and waste.

This place is not bad, but the refs need some more training. There was an incident where a coach pulled a gun on another parent and kids saw. Many parents called the manager and he did-not even care to return our calls concerning the incident. I would have given 4 stars but the lack of concern and care by the manager concerning a safety incident caused me to drop them to 2 stars. Another reason for the lower rating is because there is not a lot of competition here. If you would like your child to get better competitive play, you should play them at PSA.

Thought it would be a nice to play here since we have visited several time for soccer games and saw that the house was so good and have nice soccer fields and basketball courses. Sure enough I signed my son up for both soccer and basketball for this season. BIG DISAPPOINTED!! They have hard time to find coaches. Eventually, my son got in to a team for basketball with 13 players. ( which they will play very little each). And for soccer, we have no practice upfront the first game (cause there was no coach), and we have to practice outside for the season which I didnt signed up for INDOOR SOCCER. So really turned me down big time. However, if youre willing to coach for your child then it wouldnt be a problem for you.

1st off we signed up as a 5th and 6th grade division and got moved up to play 7th-8th graders which was REDICULOUS😡. Our sponsor wasnt even contacted about the move. An the Mask Police walks around and tells SEVERAL folks to keep their mask up but allows an IRATE fan from the Fort Worth team to walk to the FT line and yell SEVERAL obscenities at the refs. Was SO bad it actually scared our kids. Mask Police was told about it lied said he would take care of it but proceeds to walk the other way. Refs was HORRIBLE! Being the size difference couldve been SEVERAL over the back calls made but wasnt! Allow teams just to sit in the lanes with not many 3 second calls made and to top it off one ref in particular thought it was funny how our guys would get pushed around. Facilities were nice but some things need to be fixed. Dunno if it cuz we was the new team and from Louisiana or what but if this type of stuff continues I and my kid WILL NOT be wasting our time and money to travel 4hrs away for this.

Then looked at the rule book and read verbatim what I stated. Never said sorry or he was wrong. Funny reading some of these reviews as the lower level reviews are spot on!Been coaching here for over 7 years and also played in men’s league for a few years. Kids have played multiple sports here. Overall good facilities and people at front desk are friendly. Biggest issue is there is a small handful of refs that are out of control. They are biased as they come towards certain teams, they escalate situations and literally start arguments with players, parents and coaches. I have seen ref’s actually get into fist fights with players because of their temper and arrogance. When complaints are brought to FH they really don’t care and those refs still continue to have free reign and cause issues. Again these issues are with a small handful. Other than that I have had some really great experiences and built relationships with other refs and staff.Good thing is there are several other facilities and leagues in the metroplex that’s offer a much better experience for kids and families. I highly recommend 2 other programs; PSA and Metro Prep League. Refs are ranked and given feedback. Best experiences have been metro prep as the refs actually care and will give feedback to players and coaches to help everyone get better. They do not try to fight or help their “buddies” team win.

The sports complex is fine itself, if your main reason for reading this review is to see if you should sign your kid up for the sport, this isnt the proper review, I am only going to talk about the presentation of the sports complex. The complex itself is pretty big and nice. For an area house alot of different people at a time, it is pretty clean. My problem is the setup. The setup is very unprofessional. Sure its for kids, but the design point of the complex was to fit the most in an area. I have no big problem with it but I do wish it looked more professional.

This place is a madhouse at all times. Practice days are not as bad but basketball game days are the worst. The courts are so close together and it makes all the refs whistles blend together and you cant tell if its coming from your court or not. Fieldhouse has the worst customer service in town. Over the years, they regularly completely place my kids in the wrong age group (even though their age is listed). They will not make things right when asked. They do not respond to voicemails. Front desk staff is rude and unfriendly. They force everyone in soccer to pay $18 for a registration card that takes less than $1 to print. They claim they are required to, but obviously they arent required to overcharge. They list a price to play a sport for a season (I believe $125). If the card is required, it should be included. It costs so little to print; it is just ridiculous that they charge so much. If there were other places we could play, we would! Cant wait till more open in Frisco. We are considering driving to Plano just to get better service.
