Dr. Greenberg and his team have been wonderful! I initially looked for a surgeon in Oklahoma (where I live), but was unable to find one that had the option of having tumescent liposuction as part of the procedure. I was fully awake during the liposuction portion of my procedure and did not experience any pain. I had IV sedation for the actual tummy tuck. I woke up a lot easier than previous surgeries where I had been under general anesthesia. I am very pleased with the results of my abdominoplasty.

Dr Greenberg and his team are so amazing, from start to finish! I had my first surgery with him (tummy tuck) and was so nervous! He made me feel at ease, Nakai answered all my questions prior to surgery and was so quick to respond! So it made me feel so good as well! Day of surgery i was even more nervous and crystal the RN made it a breeze, talking to me and just making sure i knew what they were doing and i had no questions! After i the surgery i had some questions for dr Greenberg and didn’t realize it was 2 AM! He answered me right away and that right there shows so much! I’ve always been pretty confident & happy with the way I look. After I had my kiddos I lost so much weight with breastfeeding but struggled a bit with the loose and sagging skin in front of me. I altered my wardrobe from jeans & fitted tees to yoga pants & loose and flowy tops. As the years went on I also noticed my breasts losing volume. I had lipoabdomnioplasty April 7, 2021 from my 100lb weight loss (kept it off for 7 years). I am now 6 months post op and I could not be more pleased with the results. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my figure. The results far exceed what I even hoped to get. I traveled from Iowa to Texas in order to have Dr. Alan Greenberg do my procedure. The staff were outstanding from beginning to end and Dr. Greenberg was an amazing surgeon. I would highly recommend going to him for this procedure.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Greenburg and his staff. I had a tummy tuck a little over 2 months ago and the results are amazing. Not only did Dr. Greenburg give me a flat tummy, but the results are very natural. Sometimes when you get tummy tucks the navel looks very unnatural, but mine is perfect. Dr. Greenburg was very patient and took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the procedure. I would definitely recommend him!

I have been laser treated by Kat for both my scars and stretch marks now, and am totally pleased with my results. Just finished up my 4 month follow up for top surgery and its been an amazing journey. From start to finish everyone has been so helpful and kind. The wonderful staff answered every question I had. Dr. Greenberg has also been extremely supportive and it was great to work.

One word: excellent! I went in to a consult not knowing, at all, what to expect and nervous as heck. Dr Greenberg and Kelly both gave me a peace of mind over the entire procedure which is exactly what I had hoped and prayed for. They both took time to answer questions and I didn’t feel like I got the “sugarcoated” answer but actual, helpful answers. My biggest anxiety was how I would handle the anesthesia given my past experiences and Kelly went out of her way to have the anesthesiologist call me to settle my nerves and to also discuss my concerns with me. Everything went smoothly the day of the procedure and I had no problems with the anesthesia. The experience could not have been better. I am now 3.5 weeks post op and already so pleased with my results. I cannot wait to see the final results as things continue to heal but for now I am beyond pleased and so happy with my results thus far. I highly recommend Dr Greenberg and his staff!!

The biggest obstacle preventing me from getting plastic surgery had been just not believing that my tummy could be made attractive, but after looking at all the before and after pictures on Dr. Greenberg web site, I believed if anyone could transform me, it was him. And he has! I was extremely nervous to have any procedure done but Dr. Greenberg along with his staff helped calm all of my nerves. His nurse Kelley has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I honestly couldn’t have gotten through this process without them! They are the best!

I have to give this place 2 stars. Long story short.. i had a credit with them due to a prior payment I had made but I did not perform the surgery I intended to. First, the MA was always rude through email until I told her I was going to call in so that i could get the answers I needed. The day I came in for Botox and lip fillers, everything went great. Dr was amazing, very nice and professional. I checked out and everything seemed to be great... until I come down the elevator and the MA is waiting for me. In front of everyone she says “We need to collect payment from you”.. how embarrassing is that? Like why would I just walk out without making a payment? Swear I felt like the police was looking for me. She could have handled it differently. It’s not my fault your accounting is not on point. Going to perform my breast augmentation tomorrow. And she’s the reason why I didn’t choose this clinic. Since our first emails, I knew I could not stand seeing her again. Well, yes.. I don’t ever want to see her again. Her name is Kelly. But the Dr is great! Maybe it was because I’m not her color or maybe my last name. Lol

I did not want to be comment too soon as I know that results usually are not immediate and take some time to come into fruition. However, I believe I am at a point in which I can make a fair assessment. (almost a year out). As far as Dr. Greenburg and his staff, I found them to be very nice people. The Dr. was very caring and called me after my procedure to check on me. I went in for each and every followup. Wait times were non existent and I felt that I was able to get in and out fairly quickly.I opted to have liposuction and renuvion on my tummy. I was not really overweight to begin with, but did have some loose skin and very little abdominal fat. The surgical procedure went fine, had no complications, but I was not to satisfied with my results.I do have a flatter tummy, but I do not think the Renuvion is promising for loose abdominal skin. My tummy looks fine in clothing and it helped my silhouette big time. I just hate the crepe like skin. As I said my review is not due to the doctor or his staff, just my own expectations. If you have very little abdominal fat, and some loose skin I would advise going for the tummy tuck or mini tummy tuck. From my experience, the Renuvion technology does not firm the skin, unless it is thinner skin on the face or the jowls, so please dont be sold on that point alone.Dr. Greenburg did offer to perform a tummy tuck at a discounted rate, but it was still very expensive. (7,000+) I would have been a lot happier if he would have offered to do just the Renuvion to see if that would have firmed up the laxity was left as my abs were pretty tight.. So this is my review in a nutshell. It is not meant to disparage North Texas Cosmetic Surgery or the staff as they were nice people, just not to be sold on Renuvion as a skin tightening miracle.

I got a breast augmentation in August 2018 with Dr Greenburg. Day of surgery I was little nervous with the fact I was not being put under and could feel the tugging during the surgery. After the surgery everything was extremely sore (which is expected) but I was not informed at how HORRIFIC the after effect of the numbing medication would be. I was told I would get a personal call from Dr Greenburg night of surgery to be check on but unfortunately that did not happen. I was very sick for the next three days unable to keep food, liquids, or even my pain medication down. After a few weeks everything seemed to feel okay and I was able to get back to normal activities. At the time my breasts were still settling in and trying to find their position. It was in November, three months post op I notice one breast is drastically lower than the other (knowing that they will drop at different times, this wasn’t expected) my right breast had dropped well below the incision line and started forming a crease on the inside of my breast. I immediately contacted Dr Greenburg Saturday night about my concern and was told it’s normal but come in Monday just to be sure. I went in first thing Monday morning and expressed my concerns about the unevenness and the pain it was causing me. He told me that everything is fine and he’ll re-exam it at my December appointment. In December I am back at his office still very unhappy with my results four months post op. I tell him again how the breast is bothering me and it looks like both sides are beginning to bottom out. At that time he told me there was nothing he could do and it’s something I’ll have to live with. Now that isn’t something a patient wants to hear after spending thousands of dollars on surgery. I decided since he didn’t offered me any resolution I went to a consultation with certified plastic surgeon who then confirmed that BOTH breasts have bottomed out. I was extremely upset that Dr Greenburg didn’t offer any answers after I reached out to their office multiple times December through February. It wasn’t until I made a dispute that they finally reached out to me in March. By then that time I scheduled to have them fixed properly by a surgeon who listened to my concerns. I am very disappointed in the way Dr. Greenburg’s office handled my concerns and by not reaching out. For this reason I WOULD NOT recommend Dr. Greenburg or his staff.I want to update since the owner responded saying that I did not express any unhappy with my results which is very UNTRUE. I expressed unhappiness from November 2018, three months after surgery and even tried contacting them in February but was given no resolution. My follow up appointment for my six month checkup was actually cancelled by their office after I told them I wanted corrections and was unhappy with The staff.

I had a big diastasis recti and hernia so nothing worked. This is when I decided to look into surgery. I consulted with a few different places. I was very intrigued by Dr. Greenberg’s technique of tumescent (local) anesthesia. It seemed like a newer better approach to the traditional tummy tuck. No general anesthesia and no drains post op. Don’t get me wrong it’s still a major surgery requiring a decent recovery time but it’s absolutely worth it, I am thrilled with the results! Dr. Greenberg is compassionate and professional. First off let me say my journey is probably different than most. I have been a fitness professional and bodybuilder for 17 years. When I turned about 32 I started having hormonal issues that caused my body to store more body fat than I ever had. I was very depressed and extremely unhappy with my appearance. I was no longer able to think about competing in fitness competitions, and I just didnt look like myself anymore. Unfortunately, I was a VERY rare case that was going through extremely early menopause by 35. It wasnt a lot of body fat that I was storing but enough to upset me since Ive lived all my life training and being extremely lean. You can tell they really get along well, and they all work together like a little family. These girls are absolutely wonderful, friendly, polite and just a pure joy to be around. Summer has been treating me for months with sonograms to loosen up scar tissue and I have become very fond of her, and I love our sessions, plus she is just the best at the massage with her little device. I love that girl! They will all take excellent care of you, and are just as dedicated as Dr. Greenberg.

Abdominoplasty and LiposuctionI am overjoyed with my results! Yes, Overjoyed!Dr. Greenberg is Amazing! He is not just a Doctor he’s a true artist, in my opinion. He is personable, caring, knowledgable, and takes his time with you during your consultation. This isn’t just at the consultation either this is ALL the time at every appointment.He listens to you explain what you are wanting to achieve and takes the time to really explain to you how and what procedure would benefit you and why. He won’t up sell you (try to sell you something you don’t need) like most surgeons do. He’s very honest and doesn’t make you feel intimidated like most plastic surgeons do. I had that happen to me on several occasions during a consult. This is yet another reason why I chose Dr. Greenberg, I didn’t feel that pressure.His staff was and is amazing! From the scheduling process to having to return for Ultrasonic treatments every time I go into the office it is always warm and inviting. They genuinely care about your well being and are super friendly.The day after surgery he called me personally to see how I was doing. Who does that? Ask yourself what physician do you know that actually calls you to see how you are doing? Yes, someone from the facility or their staff calls you, but Dr. Greenberg called himself. I was blown away, so was my family.It was day 3 when I looked in the mirror.I cried with so much joy. I saw what I had been wanting for over 25 years. After two kids and weight gain and loss I finally felt like me again. He did a phenomenal job!I truly didn’t have any expectations going into this, I really was hoping for just a flatter tummy and to get rid of all the extra skin. What I got was so much more than that. I got my self confidence back, I got a flatter tummy, a new belly button that looks way better than I’ve seen on any other surgeons website too. I got a Doctor who cared about my well being as well as his staff.I could rave on an on about Dr. Greenberg, but in my opinion you will just have to go see him for yourself. I promise you won’t regret it. I plan on going back for the rest of my mommy makeover.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Greenberg and his staff especially Kelly and my favorite front office staff member, Ms. Joyce!Dr. Greenberg did an amazing job with my lipo/tummy tuck/muscle repair 2 months ago and I could not be happier with my results. I look and feel younger! I had been working out with a trainer for months and although I saw my body changing in many areas, it wasnt changing in my belly. I went in for my initial consultation and Dr. Greenberg confirmed my thoughts that exercise and diet alone were not going to give me the results I was looking for but he could .... and he did! There were a few things that helped me make my decision to use Dr. Greenberg. 1) He is a medically trained Doctor (OB/Gyn) in addition to a Cosmetic Surgeon. 2) The procedure combined lipo with the tummy tuck plus muscle repair which I believe gave me the best results 3) it was an in office procedure with an anesthesiologist, 4) I went home the same day without drains and 5) the recovery time was less than the traditional tummy tuck procedure.Dr. Greenberg gave me his personal cell number for any issues or concerns after my surgery and Kelly has a cell phone for questions/concerns which I used to text a couple of times. This was outstanding care!
