OrthoTexas is the best doctor’s office I’ve ever been to .....and trust me that’s saying a lot.I’ve had multiple surgeries in my life, and have been to hundreds of doctor visits. So I’m pretty much an expert on this subject. 😂

Dr. Mak and her nurse are the absolute best! They truly make me feel as if I am their only patient, and that I leave feeling heard, cared for and satisfied with my visit. The front check in/out team are always friendly, courteous and personable and make my experience all around wonderful! I always leave Ortho Texas feeling like I just visited with friends and never feel like I just left a doctors visit. The wait times are always minimal (usually 5 minutes, never more than 10)... I appreciate the efforts of the team at Ortho Texas and the exceptional care they have provided me, from injury to surgery, to after-care needs.
