ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY THE BEST PHARMACY I’ve ever used.Whenever I call for a refill, it’s processed quickly and BOOM…overnight.I ALWAYS have a great experience,every time I use them. I usually speak toSAMANTHA & JAIME (I hope I got their names right). They are SPOT ON!! Beyond efficient. Thank you Legacy Pharmacy! You’re AMAZING!!

I loved my service from Legacy Pharmacy and sadly had to move outside of their deliver radius. If you have an option to use this company then I highly suggest taking it! Their prices are fair and they can use an HSA to cover the charges, talking to a live person is always easy, and they deliver promptly to your door. I mean it, great service through and through.

Told me I could pick up my scripts I NEED like now right when they open I’ve been outside trying to get ahold of them for almost at half an hour now lol

Vey disappointed. I was driving to pick up my prescription and called to let them know I was on my way. Couldn’t find it-called to say I was one minute away (address, anyway). They said it was ready. I turned in the parking lot at 6:01, but I couldn’t find them. It’s still not clear to me where it is…I’m in the parking lot looking for them still -not clearly marked at all. At 6:03 I tried to call and ask where they were and it went to voicemail.I wish they could have said they would not be able to dispense my medication if I was one minute late. I would have let my poor dog out to relieve herself sooner and not even worried about picking it up. Maybe customer service is good here as long as there are no challenges they must face-a minute past 6 and forget it, just go home…

Second time using this pharmacys delivery service and each time has been a mess. First time package was thrown at door. This time my order was placed on Tuesday, it is Friday and was told I would get it Monday because the order was forgotten about. I requested that the order be expedited for Friday delivery. Was told I would receive it between 12-4pm, that she would put it on priority delivery..its 5pm and nothing! Very bad pharmacy and service delivery!

Although I haven’t physically been to this pharmacy, I love them! They ship my prescriptions within 1-2 business days and I always get them in a safe and professional manner.

I’ve had a great experience with this pharmacy and especially love the option of delivery and how easy it is. Today, I was helped by Cynthia and she was super helpful and sweet :)

Absolutely amazing pharmacy!!! Everyone is helpful and polite, they go the extra mile always and the delivery is soo helpful for a busy single mom that just doesn’t have time to make it to the store to pickup prescriptions!!! I will never use another pharmacy again!! Thank you to everyone at Legacy Pharmacy for being soo awesome!!!

The staff is always nice and friendly, my prescriptions arrive on time and they make the process easy!!

Legacy Pharmacy, Frisco TX, has always had very courteous service, however please note ... in having used them over the last two years ... it has become very common that you will wait three to sometimes over five minutes on hold, once they answer and ask you to hold, before they actually service your call. I guess they need your patience if you continue to shop with them. T. Post

I’ve only been using Legacy for about two months now. My medication has been late both times it’s been delivered to me. Last time I went a day without my medication that needs to be taken daily, and this month i’ve been without it for 5 days. thank goodness it’s not something like heart medication. The frustration with this is, I do have to take this medication every night in order for it to be effective. I have a trip coming up and am unsure if my pills will be here before I leave, which is very inconvenient. So much for the fast shipping.

I started using this pharmacy because my physician recommended them due to their delivery and acceptance of my prescription coupons. Their service is always speedy, I’ve never been on long holds and all the employees who I’ve spoken to have always been very helpful and polite. I live about 6 hours away and they still manage to get me my medications delivered the very next day before 12 PM and even on the weekend! I don’t even try my local pharmacies anymore because Legacy makes it so much easier and stress free to deal with my prescriptions.

Use to loved the easy of this pharmacy and how they were helpful. Now they want to charge $10 for deliveries. That is crazy. And no warning either. I had a script delivered last week, no problem. Now they want to charge $10 all of a sudden. The one time I had to do curbside, it took 20 minutes for them to come out to deliver with no one else in the parking lot. I will take my business else where. Not a good way to do business.

I’ve had all very positive encounters with this pharmacy for the last couple of years until recently. I requested a refill BEFORE the expiration but for some unknown reason (according to the lady on the phone) the pharmacy denied my refill. The person on the phone didn’t know why it got denied even though I requested it before the expiration. This resulted in me not being able to get this medication. That’s a problem on their end, not mine but I’m the one paying the consequences for it. They did nothing to correct this, she just told me to go back to the doctor to get a new prescription. I didn’t get my medication because of something they failed to do on their own end and they took ZERO steps to correct it. How is that fair? Super frustrating.

I was referred to this place by one of my physicians. Because the service was so great, I decided to transfer all of my prescriptions here because they had better service than your typical chain facilities. The service has seriously gone down hill over the last several months. As soon as you call, you are immediately placed on hold for extended periods of time—even if you are coming for curbside pickup. Please go back to how things used to be—good service differentiated you from the rest.

I have been a customer for 3 years since before they moved to Frisco and i cant be more satisfied. Staff (Jennifer and Sam) and pharmacist (Nicole) are the best and the friendliest. Great service and i even choose my preferred generic manufacturer and they get for me the next day if not in stock . They do offer a free delivery as well for when i cant make it to the pharmacy. I truly cant ask for more!

Great local pharmacy with knowledgeable/caring staff. The pharmacy has great response time, delivery and will bring to your vehicle. Highly recommended for your go to & main pharmacy.

BEST PHARMACY ON THE PLANET!! THEY DELIVER!! My family’s scripts come in each month, I get a text message confirming it, and they magically show up at my home or work, wherever is most convenient for me. Seriously the best pharmacy user experience I’ve had in my adult life. My wife and I will never go back. If there is a problem, they call me, resolve it, and drop the medicine off at my home.
