Low prices for meds compared to other pharmacies, accept good rx and also try to save you money by offering the discounted rate. any assistance needed over the phone is handled with respect & professionalism. the staff in this pharmacy takes wonderful care of their customers

My son received his first vaccine shot here and was told to come back today for his 2nd shot. I called to verify the appointment and the incredibly rude guy in the pharmacy told me that they do not have any and maybe they will or will not have some in the future. He said I needed to call Kroger or CVS to figure it out and that it was not Costcos issue. Its one thing to be out of stock it is quite another to be out of stock and rude.To say I am displeased with how this was handled is an understatement.

They are typically the lowest price in town or at least very close to it. I have always had a great customer experience with them.

We are happy with their service. The rep cleaned all the contact area once the previous customers transaction got over before inviting us. They were friendly and also willing to apply GoodRx coupon adjustments for 5 different medicines in our prescriptions. I would use them for my pharmacy needs again.

They play games with prices. Good RX was $33 and they charged $85. This is AFTER they tell me that Costco Discount is cheaper. Now they tell me that it must be presented at the start not at the check out.

Generally always a Great Experience and Costco -Frisco does a Good Job with Service. This Valentine’s Day they were certainly Not prepared. 50+ Guys standing around waiting for flowers for 30 minutes plus. Once delivered, reminded me of a “Black Friday Brawl.” Thank you for the Flowers but I wish you plan/prepare better for next year.

They do a excellent job, dependable, and very professional.

Great prices, with amazing service but the hours are less than ideal. I can’t believe how much CVS and Walgreens inflate their prices.

When the Pharmacy closes at lunch for 30 min, you should provide a sign that says what time they will be back. Does not help when you have a generic sign stating they will close for 30 min during an hour span.

Good luck getting in touch with a pharmacist via phone...ridiculous.

Always helpful staff! And they are saving me hundreds of dollars a month compared to Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens! And Im not even a member! But I was told if I did join I would save more on my prescriptions so I might join.

Horrible service at pharmacy. We reached at 6:40 PM and they didt not give my parents flu shot saying that in 20 min we are closing. My question is if you guys are not providing service after 6:30 then why the pharmacy timing is till 7:00 PM.
