Will never do business at that location again! In the past 2 years, I have spent over 20k in exercise equipment from that location and never have I been treated so poorly like I have this past few months. I have spoken to Charlie the so called manager there many times with non issues that he promised to rectify but to date, has not. I will be going to a different location to purchase more equipment!

Terrible service. Dishonest salespeople. When I bought the equipment they told me Id have it in a week. After a week they denied that they ever said a week and told me to wait two more weeks. Three weeks later I have no equipment and cant get anyone on the phone or to return an email. This place is a scam

Came in shopping for a weight bench and rower. Very professional and very knowledgeable of both their products and their competition.I showed up looking for an affordable yet reliable treadmill.The owner, Craig Lewis, spent over 30 minutes asking me questions to ensure that I was matched to the best treadmill for me.And it wasn’t one of the more expensive units; more in the middle, but again with features that were best for me.Then, the store manager, Charlie, spent even more time, ensuring that a treadmill was the right choice for me (a 60-plus year old man with over 20 previous knee surgeries).We ended up settling on a discontinued commercial elliptical machine that would be much less impact on my knees.By choosing a discontinued commercial unit, I received an extremely high quality machine for a price that was almost 50% off (even less than the original treadmill I was interested in). Even with the model I bought, I received a 5-year warranty with a store that 100% stands behind their products.Together both Craig and Charlie were most interested that I was able to walk out with the best piece of equipment for me; not the one that made them the most money.To top it off, I was promised delivery and set up in 7-10 days, but had my unit delivered and set up in 4 days.

As a former runner, I really didnt want to get an elliptical, but my doctor pretty much insisted on it. Everyone at the Frisco store was extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me advice on which brands offered which features, let me try out all the ellipticals, and helped me to find the elliptical that was best for my knees and my budget. Charlie, the store manager, went above and beyond to get the elliptical to me on just the right day, and helped me to coordinate moving my old treadmill to a friends house. He even filled out all the paperwork so that I could get the taxes back from my purchase since I needed the elliptical for my knee rehab. I purchased a treadmill from Fitness HQ Outlet in Frisco. It a really positive experience. Really solid price, & they price match from the internet. Low pressure and they did not try to sell me more treadmill than I needed. Both the Manager and Assistant Manager are very knowledgeable.There was a slight glitch during delivery process, but they corrected it right away. They stood behind their word.I got to meet the owner and we like the same kind of music and had a nice conversation (80s New Wave/Synth). Good stuff and a positive experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Explained me the pros and cons on all the treadmills they carried and encouraged me to run on all the treadmills to get a better feel.It is now about 2 months since I bought my treadmill and have been extremely happy with the quality of the treadmill and overall purchase experience
