I had my first microblading experience with Heather on 3/9/2021. I found Heather from her amazing reviews on Google, and they did not disappoint. She did a great job outlining her before and after instructions, sending reminders, and was very professional.I have drawn on my eyebrows for the past 10 years, and it wasnt until after the procedure I was able to see how they should look. I am getting married later this year and already have several compliments from friends and family.If I could give any advice to others looking to have this procedure done for the first time, know that it is a process and your eyebrows will go through several phases. I am just at week 1, but everyday they look better and better, and I am excited for my fill in 7 weeks.Also, this is an investment, so follow the after care instructions and trust your brow stylist. Heather will know what is going to look best!

Heather is definitely the “Brow Boss!” I developed hypothyroidism about 16 years ago. My eyebrows fell out within the first two years of being diagnosed. I have bought every eyebrow powder, taste, gel, pencil under the sun. I was so afraid of micro blading, because I didn’t want lopsided eyebrows that would be on my face for the rest of my life. Unprofessional on every level. Heather did a bad job on my wifes first brow session so my wife left a bad review. Heather decided that threatening legal action, posting lies about my wife online, and contacting my wifes family on Facebook was the appropriate response. This is crazy ex-girlfriend territory.Lets get the review of her work out of the way. Heather ignores all instructions and simply draws whatever style brow she feels like. So if you want to look like Ronald McDonald or Angry Birds then you can roll the dice but my wife got more of the Mexican gang member style.The unprofessionalism and complete disregard for customer service are the biggest issues. Shes a bully who threatens lawsuits to suppress reviews under 5 stars. DO NOT TRUST HER! Heather did a horrible job on my brows. She does not show you what she’s going to do on your face! And she does not care what you asked her to do! I showed her a picture and said I want this shape and simply told her I hate arched brows. Not only my brows don’t look like the ones I showed her, but they are arched, not even, too big for my face, and a lot darker than what I wanted. She drew a line accidentally where it’s so obvious which she wasn’t able to remove. She decreased the distance between my brows also. I asked her if she can remove what she did on my face and waited days to get a response from her.Are you wondering how she has a lot of 5 star reviews? I will tell you how!I posted my first review about 2 weeks ago and I received a text message from her threatening me that I can’t leave a bad review for her! She sent me the LEGAL WAIVER that she asks you to sign before doing your brows. READ IT BEFORE SIGNING! If you’re considering using her services, read the other bad reviews and her responses to them. This person doesn’t know how to say sorry! Instead she attacks whoever is not happy with her service. If you’re one of the many like me unhappy with the results, know that the clause preventing negative reviews is unenforceable by law. Clearly she’s used this as a thread against negative reviews so take this into consideration when picking somebody to do such invasive work. I have to spend a lot of money to laser remove them and had to cancel all my plans for summer.After posting my review, she responded on google claiming that I went to her to fix another artist’s mistakes and my brows look 5 stars! Why don’t you just do what your customer is paying you for? As bad as the job you did is, your customer service is worse. The only response that I’ve gotten from you came after my negative review, offering no solutions to resolve my concerns and complaining about me personally. I got my eyebrows micro bladed for my birthday 4 months ago. I’m a blonde and have forever struggled with how unstructured and young my face can look without filling in my eyebrows and putting on mascara. I convinced my husband it was worth the money and I totally stand by it! I love waking up and feeling together! Heather was also really helpful in getting me in early— she didn’t have any availability for almost 2 months out when I booked, but texted me when she had a rescheduled appointment and I got in like 6 weeks earlier than I booked, which was amazing.Unfortunately I was never able to get in for my follow up appointment (my fault— I found out a week after getting them done I am pregnant) and as Heather told me after my appointment, the touch up is critical! However, that being said— she did a phenomenal job and I don’t really notice any patchiness. I know this is a long review, but PLEASE read before you give this woman any money or trust her with tattooing your face!Made my appointment back in December knowing it would be at least a 2 month wait, totally fine and normal in this industry. Finally get to the day of my appointment (2/4/21 at 1pm) and I arrive a little early so I can make sure to be on time. Due to COVID you are required to wait in the parking lot until Heather texts you to come in. 10 minutes after my appointment time I had not heard from Heather so I send her a text. Shes running behind, which is fine, just weird since Heathers instructions harped about being on time to the minute. A little while later Im told to come in so I enter the building. The door to her room is closed so I send her another text per the sign on the door. 5 minutes later she lets me in the room. This is about half an hour after my appointment was supposed to begin.I can immediately tell she is either off or just a little strange. I ignored it and chalked it up to my nerves about getting my brows done. She had me lay on the table and told me at least 5 times she would make me look beautiful and the procedure was going to be very painful. Again, chalked it up to my nerves and that she seemed to be a strange duck.So Im laying there on the table which she preps everything. 10-15 minutes goes by and Im still just laying there. I hear someone try to FaceTime her and she declines it. Then she rolls to the side of the table and says I have to be honest with you, Im not in the head space for this right now. My bf and I got into a huge fight and Im slightly having a meltdown. Then tears...Shes balling in front of me and I tell her its ok because Id rather her not tattoo my face if she isnt confident in her ability at the moment. Heather continues crying and apologizing and looks like a really sad puppy. Tells me a bunch she will make it up to me. I go to leave and she starts crying again. So I give her a hug which turns into her crying on my shoulder for 5 minutes. Finally I make it out of there with the plan to come back at 4pm the next day. I tell Heather to reach back out and confirm since I just wasted over an hour of my day.The next day at noon I dont hear anything from Heather so I send her a quick text to double check that we are still on. No response back so I didnt bother to drive back to her studio. Annoyed and confused, I get online to check the validity of her business seeing as she has my $200 deposit for an appointment she cancelled the day before.Thats when I see the Yelp review by Katie H on 2/6/21. If you have not seen it, please go look. Turns out Katie was the appointment before me. Heather completely botched the job. After seeing this and texting with Katie via the Yelp app, I immediately texted Heather to let her know how disappointed I was and that I wanted my $200 deposit back. The next day Heather responded saying she would Venmo me my money. That was almost a week and a half ago... still no money.So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your time or money on this woman and her business. You need to be able to trust the person who is going to tattoo your face. Im so lucky that she stopped herself before doing mine.

The level of talent is amazing.I expected good result but what I got was stunning and gorgeous delicate extremely detailed hair by hair tattoo shaped beautifully for my face. At 56 years old I was looking for something to give me a pick me up...... something that was not invasive but could give me a fresh look. When I came across Flash Brows I was very impressed with the gallery of work and the personal touch from Heather. My schedule was limited and Heather worked with me to schedule something before I was to go on my vacation. During my appointment Heather made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Heather is amazing! I’m only a week after my first appointment, and my brows are everything I hoped they would be! She shaped them perfectly!! I had planned to be there for a few hours, but was pleasantly surprised when she was done after an hour without sacrificing the perfection of them! I can’t wait for my touch up appointment!

Absolutely LOVE my brows! I have had my brows done twice before in the past couple years by other people and Heather by far is THE BEST BROW ARTIST I have had. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. Hair stroke lines look amazingly realistic and she chooses the colors that make your brows appear natural. Her schedule is busy, but DEFINITELY worth the wait. I see why she is very sought after. You wont be disappointed!

Heather is amazing! When meeting her she made me feel right at home, almost like I’d known her for years. She’s upfront with you about what to expect and ensures you’re comfortable in every way. I recently got my eyebrows microbladed, after years of trying to draw them on consistently. I decided to be adventurous, since I have never done anything permanent in my body. I went to see Heather after looking at many pictures online and make comparisons with other artists. What I like most of her is the way she explained the process and the confidence she have in her work. Her office is clean and organized. The healing process wasn’t bad at all, I expect worse and actually it wasn’t. My husband love the way my new brows are looking, so that makes me happy. She is very reachable. I definitely will continue doing this process with her.I almost forgot the most important part! They look so natural and beautiful. I’m really in love with them. She choose the right color and shape 😉
