We heard amazing things about Dr. Ehmer and needed an ENT at the recommendation of our neurologist. I set up the appointment and filled out all required paperwork and insurance information. Was told that I would need a referral from the neurologist and they would see us next week. Our neurologist’s office is amazing and sent over the forms immediately. Day before appointment I get an automated call reminding of us the appointment time and location. Day of appointment arrives and my husband takes our daughter. He is told that they need a referral from the pediatrician. When he asks why this wasn’t communicated before the front desk lady tells him they need to cancel. She then quits speaking to him and begins a 10 minute conversation with another person who walked up behind him. The professionalism of the office staff is lacking. Our pediatrician would have sent over the forms in time for the appointment had they requested them. Now we are on the hunt for a new ENT and this was a waste of work leave. Please do a better job of informing patients of required information. You obviously knew the referral was incorrect and could have called us ahead of time to let us know of the correct documents.

After I went to this office and being told I have nasal polyp and need surgery in less than 5 minute visit, I went and got second opinion. Which turned out to be cancer and went through proper treatment for cancer. They didn’t even do biopsy. Be very careful where you go. They don’t care. Their goal is to send you a bill with least time spent

I have used Dr. Ehmer twice over the years. Once when my daughter was two years old and decided to shove something up her nose so far it seemed impossible to get out. Then again when my daughter need her tonsils removed 7 years later. I was very pleased both times with my experience. Dr. Ehmer is a good doctor with a great bedside manner. He never made me feel rushed and answers all my questions. He interacted with my daughter too making sure she felt comfortable and at ease with what was going on.He came across like he truly cared about us as people and not just another patient to get through. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ehmer to anyone needing an ENT and will go back in the future if needed.

I TOOK my 4 months old daughter. They charged me $300 for a 5 minute appointment, Account Number:1116660 with an impatient doctor who wrongly diagnosed virus said it will go by time. WE WAITED HER CONDITION GOT WORSE. IN REALITY THERE was foreign object stuck in her throat which CHILDREN HOSPITAL removed. STAY AWAY.

Dr M. Is a great Dr. I went to him for a thyroid issue and he did an excellent job on my surgery. His office staff were always so friendly and nice. We even took our son to him for getting tubes in his ears and had yet another great experience.

They charged me $775 for a 10 minute appointment, with an impatient doctor, to tell me that I needed a balloon sinuplasty procedure performed. I took the bait until they called to set up the procedure and told me it would take 30-45 mins, but it cost $8,700 to have done! Are you kidding me?! EIGHTY-SEVEN HUNDRED for a 30-45 minute procedure?! No thanks. I continue to get a $230 bill from them for the portion of the outrageous office visit my insurance didnt cover.

Well. I spent $600 to find out that the procedure I need is $7000. $7000!!! In office, no anesthesia.. $7000. If I would have been informed of the potential costs of the possible procedures I would not have spent $600 to be told information I already knew; Takes me a week to make that. I went to get help. I feel very played by this business.I’m still miserable and currently in another bad sinus infection which I imagine I’ll suffer with until I can afford insurance. The lady on the phone that was scheduling my procedure told me the price, and I was floored. From the start I called and made it clear I was trying to budget and using care credit. Each visit also cost more than originally stated. I didn’t need to spend $250 on a stick up my nose or a ct if I can’t even afford the procedure. Not until this point of scheduling was I informed cost. I was very open with everyone including Dr. E I was budgeting, and using care credit but it’s evident what their objective is. Janette said she’d see if there’s anything less they can do to help. No call back, and after waiting two weeks to hear back I give up.Which really sucks- because dr. E gave me hope that I would feel better, that I wasn’t crazy for being in pain all the time. Hope will make us do things we normally wouldn’t, like throw money down the drain the way I did here.I bought a $100 navage. Using every day. For those who can’t afford 7 grand + bills.. maybe try that first.

I never write reviews on anything, but really wanted to today because of Dr. Ehmer & all the staff and ENT. They were all so kind and I felt like my doctor really cared about all the issues going on with me, but he also gave me a path to look forward to while getting through the dramatics of having hyperthyroidism.
