Dr. Dobi is my OB and Dr. Woods delivered my baby, and I cannot recommend this practice enough. This was my first child, and I felt comfortable and informed, and I trusted them to make the best decisions for me and my baby.They communicate well, are experienced and well-educated, and are friendly. The hospital was wonderful as well - every single nurse that checked on us was fantastic, and the room you recover in with your baby was better than anything I could have expected. Plus, the food was great too (and not to mention delivered by room-service)!

I contacting this establishment in regards to becoming a new patient. My friend referred me and assured so far she’s been having a pleasant experience. So I called and the lady at the front desk is already coming off dry and disengaged. I asked if Dr. Dobi was accepting new patients? The lady stated “only for pregnancies”. I said great I’m pregnant and In search for prenatal care and my friend referred me. She then asked my last menstrual and I told her the end of July. She stated it sounds like you could be 15 weeks or more. I told her no that’s incorrect, I know exactly how far along I am because I received a proof of pregnancy and sonogram at a pregnancy center at a church. She stated so you have seen a dr, I said no it was a pregnancy center no doctors office etc. she still insisted it was and I would need a referral since I’ve already seen a doctor smh. After telling me Dr. Dobi was accepting new patience she stated in order to be accepted I would need to email a totally different doctor my medical records from the freaking pregnancy center that’s totally not a doctors office to determine if I can be seen. I’m certainly not interested in this place caring for me or my baby after this experience. Next time they should simply state they are accepting new patients based on personal preference or race. Discriminative practices going on here for sure..

Dr woods is the best. She takes the time to listen to you and have always an advice and suggestions for whatever you are going through. She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. Great doctor indeed. Her office is super nice and the nurse and front desk staff are kind and very professional.

Beautiful, clean office. Dr. Hong and nurse Beth are amazing! They don’t make you wait and are very thorough. Front office staff are all courteous and professional. So glad I found this place! I had a bad experience with my last doctor so it was refreshing having a doctor who clearly cares about her patients and respects their time!

I love Dr. Pendley! She provided wonderful care throughout my pregnancy, and she was incredible at delivery! I trust her completely. She is fantastic for both GYN and OB care. I cannot recommend her enough! Everyone in the office is also super sweet and friendly. I’ve always had a great experience with everyone I have encountered at Northlake.

Dr. Woods is amazing. She listens to everything, makes you feel very comfortable, is very knowledgeable and really cares. I trust her implicitly and feel very blessed to have found her and have been able to come under her care.

From the front desk to the checkout desk everyone was amazing, friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful and clean and very comfortable. Dr. Hong’s nurse (I can’t recall her name) was very kind and patient. Dr Hong herself was patient, knowledgeable and very kind. She made my daughter and myself feel so comfortable and she spent time explaining everything to both of us. I highly recommend this office and staff. We were well cared for and we are so appreciative!!

Dr. Pendley and her staff are so professional and friendly! A lot of time and attention are spent making sure everything is covered and questions are answered. I had the best experience having my first baby and with every checkup since.

My experience with Dr. Tiffany Hong was absolutely wonderful, she is the best!!! Also, the staff was great and super nice. Dr. Tiffany made me feel really comfortable and listen very good to all my concerns and questions. I highly recommend her, you will not regret scheduling an appointment with her.

My entire experience from prenatal to delivery was excellent. The clinic been close to the hospital is very nice. The clinic staff, labor and delivery staff were professional; they went above and beyond to meet my needs.Dr.Harn, best OB doctor at least in my opinion, he was very attentive, patient and walked with me through my prenatal care and delivered my beautiful baby girl.Finally, the food, seriously they fed me so much, I had to say NO more food.Overall, a great experience for me and my family at Texas health Frisco ❤

Dr. Harn is, by far, one of the most patient, understanding and empathetic doctors I have ever visited. I gladly drive from Garland all the way to Frisco to be his patient. He makes me feel comfortable because he doesnt rush the conversation along, cut me off while Im speaking and is actually engaged in our conversation. This means more to a patient than doctors will ever know.

Would 100% recommend!!! My first child doc was horrible. When I saw Dr .Pendley she has been wonderful. The office staff works politely and they are on top of it. I’m in and out of the office and not having to wait an hr or two. The experience I’m going thought with my second is so much better than my first. I wish I would have come here for my first child!!!!! If and when we decide to have more kiddos after this one. We will be coming here.

I just went to Northlake OBGYN for the first time Friday and it was wonderful! Staff was super friendly, Dr was amazing and listened to me, I didn’t feel rushed but I was also in and out. So they got me back quickly but didn’t leave me there waiting forever to come in.

I’ve never felt so cared for, from the moment I enter the office to the moment I leave. Dr. Hong always makes me feel seen, heard, and loved! I’m never afraid to ask questions, even if I think they’re silly. I’ll never go anywhere else for OBGYN care, as long as I live in North Texas!

Dr. Harn is so knowledgeable, listened patiently, offered solutions and is devoted to his patients receiving the best care. He came highly recommended to me by a friend and is one of the best gynecologist I’ve seen yet. Highly recommend Dr. Harn!

I can’t say enough positive things about Northlake and Dr Pendley! She is a wonderful doctor - very warm and kind, she expresses empathy and is understanding, and addresses any of my concerns. She and her staff make me feel so comfortable whenever I’m there. This is my 2nd pregnancy with her as my doctor, and I will continue seeing her for my future pregnancies!

Great practice minus doctor Hong. Do not let her take care of you during your birth. She admitted me 2.9 cm dilated and pumped me with pitocin. My labor stalled and it took 24 hours to fully dilate. Then I pushed for 2 hours. Asked constantly for a c section as he was not coming out and was constantly encouraged to keep pushing. Finally a new doctor was on shift and ordered c section since he was face up. Baby and momma both have issues from trauma. All other doctors I would recommend. I never write bad reviews but the lasting effects on my baby and I aren’t something I’d wish others to suffer. I should have been told to go home / keep walking around and let my natural labor progress as the nurses said.

Dr. Harn and the Northlake OB/GYN team has taken care of me and family through my son and daughters births. I cant say thank you enough to Dr. Dobi for bringing my little girl into the world safely. My nurse Ashley and the sonogram team do an amazing job of making you feel welcome, comfortable and cared for. Im so grateful to have had two great birthing experiences here and have referred friends here who have also been happy.

I have had the best experience with my pregnancy with Dr. Harn. I used a different doctor with my fiest and switched to him for my 2nd, and I am beyond grateful to have found him and this practice. I love when I come in for appts the front desk girl is warm and bubbly and I look forward to seeing his nurse Ashley each time. He has the best bedside manner and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I could go on forever but lets just say they are the best and I highly recommend!

My physician was out sick. The procedure scheduled was already unpleasant and scary in my mind. I sobbed after the phone call. I love my doctor! She is wonderful, and I felt safe knowing she’d be taking great care of me. I hated that she was ill. I was rescheduled for later the same day with another physician I had never met. Fort of all, her bed side manner was impeccable. I immediately felt safe and reassured. The procedure had been updated since my last experience, and there was little to no discomfort. Being 2020, this was one the highlights of my year! I mean, talk about GREAT news to know you’re not going to be in pain. I left feeling calm and grateful. Thank you Dr.Pendley and Dr.Hong and to your fantastic staff. At least one thing went better than expected this year!

Their team is always friendly, accommodating, and supportive to all of my prenatal needs. They thoroughly answer all of my questions and concerns and I feel I am always getting the best care while I am there. I will be continuing to go to Dr. Pendley for as long as I possibly can. Dr. Harn and his team are awesome, couldnt ask for better care! He doesnt rush appointments with his patients, but makes sure youre not waiting forever in the waiting room. Hes friendly and has a great sense of humor which is a plus. Would definitely recommend.

I am a brand new patient to Dr.Woods at Northlake. When it came close to time to visit Dr.Woods I actually found out that I was newly pregnant for the first time. Unfortunately, over the weekend I started bleeding and was extremely worried not knowing what was going on or if this was normal or not. I called to see if I could move my appt up at least one week so that I could try and get some answers sooner. It was thanksgiving week so I knew that the chances were slim but the receptionist listened to me and was so kind and calming. She left Dr.Woods a note to see if she could squeeze me in the next day and I got a call shortly after from Katrina to come on in. Dr. woods took the time to talk to me and get to know me when I know she was extremely busy and fit me into her schedule last minute. When I called my previous obgyn they told me that there was nothing they could do for me and go to the ER. It felt like everyone at Northlake actually cared about me and my feelings of panic instead of passing me off. I will be a life long client to Dr.Woods and I can’t thank the staff enough for what they did for me.

I’ve seen Dr. Harn now for over a decade. He’s the best OBGYN I’ve ever had; he’s compassionate, he listens, he takes his time at every visit, and he’s a huge part of why we were able to accomplish our birth plan. Dr. Harn is also supported by a front office staff that is always courteous and accommodating, and his nurses are fantastic, both in office and in the hospital. I’ve never had a healthcare provider quite like him, and would recommend him to anyone. Furthermore, the hospital is unmatched as far as experience with regards to birthing. The entire set up from office to hospital is just great. My husband and I are so grateful to have these people in our corner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harn for 5 years now. The way he handled my miscarriage and pregnancy were beyond amazing. And he (my actual doctor) was there when I delivered on a holiday 🍀 and during the beginning of the pandemic!Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I love this office. When I moved from out of state I didnt know if I would find an OB that I loved as much as my old one. This office is great! The front desk is always friendly to talk to. I had Dr. Harn and hes great. Nicely run and wish I was having more kids because I enjoyed my pregnancy here.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pendley! She is currently my OB and delivered my first child in October of this year. She has been absolutely phenomenal throughout everything!! Super nice and down to earth, and you can tell she is super passionate about her job and her patients’ well being. You feel like she truly cares about you and wants to make sure you feel taken care of. She never pushes any sort of medical action on you just for her benefit. It’s all about you and what you’re comfortable with. During my delivery, she was so supportive and amazing. Again, I can’t say enough positive things about her and the entire staff!! Dr. Brittany Dobi is an amazing doctor I was told to search the place where she practiced because it was a great facility and had choices. Funny thing I picked her because she had my daughters name thought well I can’t go wrong with that part. She has been absolutely amazing. Was talking with my daughter and she was going on and on about how she loved her doctor come to find out it was Dr. Brittany Dobi! She has been absolutely wonderful and I feel comfortable with her and I can ask whatever questions I need to without feeling afraid because she tells you everything. She is one of the best!

HUGE insurance fraud! And I don’t claim that without proof and without a well-documented journey, please read on: I was being seen here by Dr. Dobi for my first baby (until February of 2020) and switched to another practice entirely after finding out they were not using my health insurance fully to cover my bloodwork and care and charging me personally more than they were supposed to. Every bill had to be resubmitted 3 times by the time I got the correct amount owed. I got a call today from Labcorp alerting me that I was charged for dates of service I didn’t even attend— so they were either treating another patient by using MY POLICY AND GROUP NUMBER, Or just committing flat out fraud by charging my insurance for visits and procedures that never took place. Either way, that’s insurance fraud and I suggest you triple check your bills and for the love of God, go somewhere else. No one there will return my calls and I haven’t had anyone in their practice reach out to explain what happened.Terrible terrible experience.

Dr. Pendley and her nurse Kelly are amazing. So far, Ive had a great experience with my annual checkups and also with my prenatal appointments. They do NOT push care on you just so they can bill your insurance company. I highly recommend them for those that prefer a more compassionate and understanding practice, vs. one that treats you like a number.

I changed Doctors several times this last pregnancy and I ended up going with Dr. Pendley per recommendation of a friend. I am so happy that I did. She was so kind and willing to answer any questions. All the staff are great from the front desk to nurses. Everyone is super kind. I would highly recommend her and this office.

Dr Dobi made the pregnancy experience of my wife very smooth and stressless. From day 1 her attitude was very friendly. We had to change our hospital at the very last moment due to an issue with insurance and Dr dobi travelled to that location for delivery. She even visited the healthy new born and the mother everyday during our stay at that hospital. We are very grateful to her. Thank you.

Dr. Dobi is fantastic. I hesitate to share this info as her practice is already incredibly busy but I wouldnt go to anyone else. We first saw her when trying to get pregnant, she delivered our first baby in 2018, and will deliver our second later this year. If she moved across town Id follow. I cant recommend her enough. The rest of the staff is ok, I have only seen one other doctor in the practice and they were fine, but I come back again and again for Dr. Dobi.

I went to Dr Dobi as my OB had moved to another hospital. Dr Dobi is wonderful but the admin/nurse/ front desk/billing is a nightmare. The first red flag was that my initial billing was incorrect as they put a wrong member ID and I was charged as out of network by my insurance. Thankfully I had a three way call with insurance and north lake Obgyn to fix the issue.Recently I had gone in for a wellness checkup and mentioned to them that issue I had earlier have been coming for was not resolved. The doctor asks the nurse to orders a panel, 2 months prior they had run the same panel. However this.panel was an in-depth panel ( 600$)which the nurse never discussed prior to ordering. Now here I am sitting with this large lab bill.Not too happy as I have seen other nurses discussing with patient before ordering such type of lab work.

I’m a patient of Dr. Dobi and I called in to make an appointment for a UTI and I was told that the first available appointment they had was one month away, So I’m expected to stay in pain and cannot be fit in for something so painful. This practice has gotten way too busy. For my delivery I had made sure they understood I needed a female obgyn if dr dobi was unavailable and even thought they have 2-3 female ongyns Dr Hahn came for my delivery because no one else was available. So def stay away if you need a female obgyn.Also, the front desk admin is def a nightmare. Extremely rude both in person and on the phone. Many billing issues which she never took care of and I had to call insurance myself to do. You def don’t want to be dealing with that postpartum.There are many other amazing practices and drs in frisco that are available for your emergency appointments

This offices staff and physicians are one in a million! Everyone is kind and helpful. They truly care about the wellbeing of their patients. I highly recommend Northlake OB/Gyn to anyone who is looking prenatal or gynecology care.

I am very angry with Dr Pendley. My daughter starting going to her 2 yrs ago and when she went there told her that she had been told and had been treated for cysts. Pendley would not do an exam b/c she was not 21 and felt she should just stay on the meds the other dr prescribed. My daughter told her at her last well visit the medicine seemed to not be working b/c she was having some issue she still would not do exam and told her that it was stress. She since has gone to another dr that has confirmed she has been having cysts burst for awhile, and laughed at the fact that she would not do an exam until she was 21! What does age have to do with exams knowing she had prior issues. I dont recommend!

Had my first appointment with Dr. Rukk today and I can’t say enough good things about him, and Northlake OBGYN! I have had terrible luck in the past with previous OBGYN’s, and today was such a breath of fresh air. They were so professional, took their time answering my questions, and Dr. Rukk and his nurse (don’t remember her name but she was super sweet) made my annual super quick and easy. I have never been to a faster office. You can fill out the pre existing condition and other paperwork before going in, and pay your copay online before as well. Their portal is also super user friendly. I love how there are changing rooms in the exam rooms. I will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend them if you are looking for a new OBGYN. 10/10 :)

Dr. Dobi and her team are fantastic! I did so much research on doctors during my pregnancy- I interviewed 5 of them. I went with Dr. Dobi and I’m so glad I did! From day one, to post party I have felt well cared for, and never like a number or statistic. I had a difficult birth (just circumstances, nothing that could have been prevented or planned for) and Dr. Dobi never missed a beat or made me feel anything other than calm and perfectly at peace. I also got to interact with Dr. Pendley during my C-Section, and she was wonderful as well. Even the front desk staff at Northlake are great, and of course my nurse Destiny was always stellar. I recommend this office to every woman I know, and will definitely be back for self care, and future pregnancies!

Dr. Harn is the best doctor if ever came across not only as his patient but he is seriously a genuine person.I can actually joke with him.Ive been in the healthcare field for 11years and he is the only Dr. that Ive been around with a nice easy going energy very approachable and attentive attitude early in the morning and after a long day of work still smiling. Northlake OB/GYN has been absolutely amazing for my wife and our family. The staff is always very friendly and Dr. Pendley is Amazing!. We moved to TX and friends recommended Dr. Pendley to my wife. She just delivered our sixth baby and it was a wonderful experience. She is a very genuine person and makes you feel comfortable and special. Dr. Dobi is exactly what I wouldve hoped for in an OB/GYN when having my first baby. I did tons of research when I found out I was pregnant and it paid off! She is highly trained and educated, she is caring, and she took the time to answer all my crazy questions and concerns. She was empathetic and approachable. Then at delivery, she was a rock star! I cant say enough good things about Dr. Dobi. So much so, that my sister decided to use her when she got pregnant with her first baby! I would definitely use her again and so would my sister. From our very first appointment to the recovery room after giving birth, every single encounter we’ve had with Dr. Dobi has exceeded our expectations. Dr. Dobi was referred to us by my sister who’s got a knack for doing her research. My sister and her husband raved about their experiences with her so it was a no-brainer when we got pregnant who we’d use as our physician. For someone so insanely smart and well-trained, Dr. Dobi is extremely approachable, kind, patient, and understanding. Never once did we feel like she was rushed or anything short of happy to see us. She addressed all of our first-time parent concerns at every appointment. When it was time to give birth, Dr. Dobi was everything you’d want in an OBGYN. She delivered our baby with so much confidence and grace. We just feel so lucky to have such a wonderful provider. We wholeheartedly recommend her!

I will try to get through my review / recommendation without crying :) After suffering from 2 miscarriages my husband and I were looking for a change of pace and found a home with Northlake and Dr. Dobi. After reading her profile online I scheduled a visit to talk with her about our past and review our dozens of tests. As we talked she offered one sentence that completely changed my point of view in our pregnancy journey. The decision was made -- she would be our guide! Im happy to report that we now have a beautiful little girl and enjoyed every moment with Dr. Dobi and the staff at Northlake. It wasnt always easy -- we had our worries and Dr. Dobi and the team were always there to calm us and educate us when needed. Towards the end of a pregnancy you visit so much and I have to admit I miss our visits to check in. I am so pleased to someday tell our daughter about the wonderful doctor who delivered her. There was no magic potion Dr. Dobi offered that resulted in our healthy pregnancy / baby - tough times do unfortunately happen. But in my heart I know that her guidance was a piece of the puzzle that kept me optimistic and calm as I embarked on pregnancy again. Bottom line -- amazing doctor. Outstanding staff (quick appointments, friendly, great at answering questions). Who knew I would someday look forward to visiting my OB/Gyn again :)

I absolutely love Dr. Harn and the rest of the staff at Northlake Obgyn--- I was going in once a week the last 15 weeks of my pregnancy and I never had to wait, staff was very friendly and they always made the experience a happy one. I dont think I could have another doctor besides Dr. Harn deliver my kids- he is by far the best doctor I have ever had. Highly recommend him :)
