I choose Dr Caren Reaves base off reviews from the web for an annual OB/GYN checkup. I have been in Frisco for 15yrs and finally I found my doctor! My appointment was prompt and my visit was carried out in a professional and caring manner. I wasnt rushed or left waiting to be seen. Dr Reaves gave me confidence that she knows her field exceptionally well but you still feel like you are talking with a person who cares about your well being and the service you receive. After just 1 visit with her I scheduled a total hysterectomy that I had been putting off for years. I knew she was the one for me with unwavering certainty to perform the surgery and I was right. Dr Reaves was just the same at the hospital as she was at the office. Prompt, professional and skilled at her craft. Her bedside manner is down to earth and puts you instantly at ease. She assured me she would take care of me and even with my brief time knowing her, I knew she would. I will be sending my 2 daughters to her for care going forward and would recommend Dr Reaves to anyone! Loving my new doc! At last...

This review is not a reflection of Dr. Reaves but more with the NP who attend me and what transpired with my lab results. Please note, my lab results sat in their office for over a month after my appointment. I discovered there was a problem after my pharmacy called me to pick up my medication. As such, I didnt get a call from the doctor and they issued an email apology after I demanded an explanation. You are taking a risk in visiting this office for your medical needs.
