The professionalism and want to help attitude of this office was present from the moment I contacted them. The follow up and follow through as well as their willingness to find a way to schedule my dad was above and beyond. We visited two offices in the same day with the same experience. I am appreciative of this—we spend a lot of time with doctors and this was top notch start to finish.

Office staff is friendly and helpful, they made special accommodations to fit me in very quickly for both a new patient consultation and MRI scan due to a time constraint, both appointments were on time or even a few minutes ahead of schedule. Dr. Sheth and her PA Kelsey were both thorough, detailed and personable, and the scan technician was friendly, efficient and put me at ease. My experience with this office has been great!

I cant express my gratitude for finding such an amazing compassionate man as Dr. Ansari. He has gone above and beyond to give me hope for my Autistic grandson. He truly cares, that is rare to find these days. He took his time and we now have hope and a plan for his continued care. If there were more than 5 stars he definitely deserves it. The same for the office staff. They have gone out of their way to be kind and courteous and have followed up with us. All in all, of any doctor we have ever been to, This has been the best experience over all.

I love going to this office. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is great. I am getting the best neurological tests and treatment I have ever had. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating is because it is impossible to reach a live person at the office to reschedule appointments. Every time I have tried to get through to the office it says all people are busy and I am sent to a voicemail. If they could get their phone answering fixed, I would give them a strong 5 stars.

I was greeted by a friendly, welcoming staff when I entered the office a few minutes late and without a mask. They quickly solved that problem by giving me a mask and informing me about the forms I need to fill out. The staff that worked with me during my procedure was friendly and kind and calmed by anxious concerns. My doctor was fabulous! His first name was Deepath, I believe.is last name began with a B, Dr. B. He did a nerve test and informed me of my result. Dr. B had a wonderful bedside manner; professional, calming, caring and kind.

Update: I am changing my review to 3 stars. This post prompted the management team to reach out to me directly and resolve the issues I was facing with billing and scheduling. I hope they continue to move things in the right direction as it is clear that they are taking feedback seriously. After visiting this office for nearly seven years for migraine issues, I cant help but feel disappointed in the lower quality of service I have experienced.Pros: Jodie is wonderful and was the main reason I continued to visit this office for so long. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is compassionate and digs deep to identify the root causes for any symptoms.Cons: Although the office staff are friendly, it seems like there is too much for them to handle. They dont respond to scheduling requests and I ALWAYS get sent to voice-mail. Sometimes, they dont call back, even when you are calling to reschedule to accommodate a meeting the providers will have. I have also found multiple billing discrepancies between what they charge in the office vs. what is negotiated with insurance (up to hundreds of dollars in discrepancies), and even if you call or decide to email them to address it, their only response is that theyre looking into it. I have been struggling to get a response on why my Explanation of Benefits states I should have been charged much less for treatments for months now. They claim they sent a check for an arbitrary amount, but I have not received any check, nor could they justify the number they claimed I needed returned. I just want to pay what I need to pay - nothing more, nothing less.Be careful. Although the providers are top-notch, you will pay in terms of patient experience and money.

He told me I need to do EMG test. They scheduled me to go there another day to do the test. He did portion of test but didn’t told me the results and ask me to set another visit for discussing on your results. It was strange for me but I did schedule another visit. I went to see the doctor but he was not there and his assistant came and told me your results are fine. Just asked me how do you feel? This frustrated me why they charged me another visit cost just to tell me everything is fine. This could be happened through the phone with his nurse.I complain about this issue but they didn’t care about that and told me it is what it is.I don’t recommend this place and dr Ansari anymore.

The doctor was arrogant prat who didnt even know my wifes name. Had to check the chart four times to get it correct. The communication is non-existent. They told us they needed $100 to let my wifes insurance company know that her symptoms were still an issue and she cant even look at a computer screen, but my wife just got a call from her office that shes scheduled to go back to work Thursday. No one from the this office or her insurance company shared that little nugget with her. Theyve done absolutely nothing to help her and now are causing her more stress. Let me start by saying that I have been coming here for years. Due to my autoimmune disease, I am in this office once every three weeks for multiple hours at a time. The office is very clean and the staff very friendly. My only complaint would be there communication via phone. They arent the best at responding if you leave a voicemail and expect a call back. I understand that this is prob just due to the sheer number of alls they receive daily. What I can say I like the best about the office are the people. Bobby who handles my infusions is great. I never have any issues with her setting up my infusions. She is very quick to reply to messages sent via text and if she were to leave then my whole opinion of the office may change. I also enjoy people like Matt, Lauren, and Jodi. I appreciate all that they do for me and without this team Im not sure I would be as happy as I am to visit the office as frequently as I have to. Please ensure that these folks are recognized as they are what makes my visit to this office so tolerable :).

This review is about the staff and overall service of the clinic and not exactly the doctor because of I interacted with the staff for more than 3 hours and interacted with Dr Ansari for less than 10 min.I sincerely hope this clinic works on the following issues1. Front office phone answering - No one ever picks up. If you leave a message they dont return calls for 2-3 days or sometimes even longer.2. The EEG tech - the lady who did the EEG test on me scratched my forehand so hard that it was bleeding. She wouldnt even acknowledge that it was bleeding or hurting and just went on with whatever she was doing. My forehead had 4 scabs after the procedure.3. Ambulator EEG - The installation went fine. The team was quick and efficient however I wasnt given clear instructions about what to do with the camera and the computer. It is important to leave the computer plugged in always but I wasnt told how critical it was to do so. The log given to me had those instructions that I missed however usually any clinic I go to repeats critical information and makes sure that the patient is clear about it before they leave. So, my computer turned off and now I will not have 72 hours of data for my EEG, just 48 hours. On top of that, there is no doctor on call in the weekend that could evaluate the patient history and tell them if its ok to have 48 hours of data.I hope the clinic evaluates their protocols and prevents these kind of issues in future.

I first spoke with Sid who was very kind, warm, and professional - a true delight to speak with. Shortly after he left the room Dr. Gaddam came in. He is one of the most knowledgeable doctors Ive ever worked with. I have a rare condition that is completely outside of the speciality of neurology and he knew more about it than some doctors in the field that works with it. He spent about 30-45 minutes speaking with me directly and coming up with a plan of action to find out what is going on with me. I truly feel that he cares and that he will do everything in his power to help me. I feel very lucky to have found him and am glad he is on my side. Finally when I checked out the young lady was very personable, friendly and kind. I had a wonderful experience with everyone in the office.

I know this is new, but if you were in my position with no diagnosis, stumped doctors, there are a lot of us in this boat. Dr D and specifically his PA Moily, took the time listened to all my concerns and gave me a plan forward, I explained the severe tension in my neck, thru my shoulders and upper back. She checked it out and she agreed it was tight. I didnt think my neuro would help here but suggested lidocaine shot in that area. Not the most comfortable but it made a difference. Pain level in that area from 8/10 to 4/10. I am glad I found you and truly appreciate you taking the time, give me path forward and showing compassion. I spent a total of 5 minutes with the actual neurologist, even though I waited an extra week in order to meet with him instead of the PA. After my visits with them, I received a second opinion (and opinions from other types of specialists) who grossly discredited Lonestar Neurology. One specialist actually laughed about my experience there, and said the misinformation they gave me was common knowledge in the medical community. I’ve also learned that in my appointments with them, they didn’t actually do any of the testing they should have based on my symptoms. They “didn’t actually do anything helpful” as another doctor said. It felt like they just wanted me out of their office. I was fortunate enough to find great doctors after that, but I wonder about the people who don’t have the resources to do that. I wonder what happens to them... anyway, I WILL say they have the best bedside manner, hands down! Not my main priority though...

Jodie Moore has truly given me my life back! I came to Lonestar neurology 3+ years ago and met Jodie after formerly receiving complacent care that consisted of being overly medicated with another neurologist’s office for TN and migraines. Jodie has genuine concern for wanting to get to the why and how of the symptoms of my nerve pain. This was something I had never experienced. For the 1st time since I was diagnosed with TN, Jodie gave me hope! But better yet...she followed through as my caregiver and got my pain under control! Her knowledge and expertise is on a level far beyond others...she’s in tune with what I’m experiencing right when she walks in and sees me sitting there. Under Jodie’s care, I’ve been given the options with the latest medical advancements to control my pain. Under her care, she has enabled me to get back to my full functioning life of a 45 year old! Yes, but look at the times we are in. Literally all costs of goods and services have increased. That combined with more people having more time to get checked out is causing a huge demand for medical services. I didnt get the answers as quickly as I would have liked; but to meet that standard is unreasonable. The staff are incredible. The PAs will be the ones you visit with the most. They know what they are doing. I learned that I needed to understand that if it was something that they suspected was seriously wrong with me, it would have been handled as needed. I worked with 2 PAs; both were nice, patient, attentative and thorough.I think if you begin your process with the understanding that you will need to be patient, you will have a better experience.

How do I know I’m going to have my email read when they won’t even return a call. Nobody seems to want to talk anymore only text and email. The office visit was extremely detailed and very thorough. They figured out what was wrong with me.Dr. Ansari was GREAT and the so was the staff.Just answer the phone.

I have been going to Lone Star Neurology for years and have received nothing but excellent care. I was initially diagnosed by Dr. Sheth, who is a very intelligent, thorough and kind neurologist. I regularly see nurse practioner Jodie Moore for treatment. Jodie is awesome. She is very well-educated and so sweet! Jodie makes sure your prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. She answers all your questions and takes her time with you. The practice has been great about offering online visits during Covid and disinfecting the office well and wearing masks for when you do have to come in.

I have been a patient since 2016 and Jodie has been on top of all aspects of my care. She follows up in a timely manner and is solution oriented in resolving any issues or concerns. My migraines have become less frequent and more manageable compared to when I started treatment.

Dr. Ansari is lovely. He’s incredibly kind and easy to work with. He explains things simply for people like me who know nothing about neurology. The MAs and PA, Kelsey, were all great as well.

Dr Tadia and Cindy at the front desk were amazing. Even though we ran a little late that accommodated us. The doctor took out time to go over all the issues without us being rushed.

Absolutely the Best! I have been going to Lone Star Neurology for the better part of 3 years and the experience has been remarkable. The staff at the front desk is always very attentive and sweet, extremely professional and very accommodating. At Lone Star Neurology your health and confort is their priority, the attending staff are always super nice and very personable; they make you feel that you are important and they are happy to be able to serve and help you get better. Point of example is Jodi Moore whom I call my nurse, as if I was her only patient; I love and appreciate her so very much. She is highlight professional and very well aware of my medical needs. She, along with Dr.Maushmi Sheth, make a wonderful team, my medical team at Lone Star Neurology. I am is the best hands! Thank you so much!

I have epilepsy and have been receiving care under Nissi for about 5 years now. She always takes the time to make sure the two of you are on the same page before moving foreword, which put me at ease when I first switched doctors.

Dr. Ansari, Samantha and the EMG Tech were great! They were very thorough, helpful and friendly.Unfortunately, we experienced some strange difficulty retrieving an imaging disc we brought for the visit. We were advised to pick up our disc prior to leaving the office, and so we asked for the disc while checking out. Not a huge deal...We were told that Dr. Ansari still had it and was with another patient, so they would call us later that day to let us know when we could pick it up. A little strange...The office called the next day saying that Dr. Ansari had already given me the disk! Confused, I asked them to please search the office again. They agreed, but suggested that the disc was probably lost. They called back an hour later apologizing because the disc had been found, and it was ready for me to pick up. Very strange...An hour later, I go to the office to pickup the disc. After waiting for 15 minutes, they let me know that Dr. Ansari still needs to review the disc, and Ill need to come back when its ready! I immediately reject this and start recounting the mixed messages they have given me. Not 20 seconds later, they are handing me the disc from behind the counter! Extremely strange...but I got the disc. I figured it best not press for an explanation.Im not sure what happened or what type of office protocol yields these results. All I can say is the medical part of the visit was great, but just remember to pickup your disc before leaving.
