Great service and great selections. They are typically cheaper than other supplement stores. Most importantly, they run great deals. In my trip today there was a BOGO 1/2 off on a super popular product i was there to get anyways. The customer service was excellent and well-informed. Not only did I feel that the store associate knew the products but he also knew the important questions for health concerns.

Doesn’t maintain accurate operating hours. I needed things for a sick wife, arrived before they supposedly closed, but doors were already locked. And employee saw me and waved and smiled and said she was closed. I walked away empty-handed.

Jim drove around the country from Cincinnati and randomly decided to stay in Texas got a job at the Vitamin Shoppe and somewhere else and can’t afford an apartment so decided to fix the schedule so he can stay all night in the store doing meaningless tasks to make it appear as though he knows how to do his job but knows nothing about supplements and wan jim found out everyone there new he was staying in the store Jim threw a temper tantrum ignored everyone’s availability so he could fix the schedule yet again so he could leave early because he had to be at family services by 7:00 at nigh wich I have a Photo of the desktop of him googling family services and Photos of his logins at night past closing time side note to have some place to sleep he than proceeded to look for reasons to get us fired cuz we all new his Secret by the way I shold add in hear you shold check with the alarm company because I know hes not setting the code at nightand doesn’t do date checks on any of the products cuz he threw out the paperwork that’s let’s you no what shelves need to be checked next 4 date checks Jim doesn’t have the common decency to ask his employees if they took a break or not he punches it in on the time card as though if you did on the Desktop 🖥 Jim also had the audacity to ask me if I had ADHD wan I confirmed I did he suggested I get medicated all cuz I allegedly did not complete one task that my supervisor that underneath him said I did than proceed to share my personal medical history with the rest of the staff I also have a Photo of the bank paperwork that he refuses to file in the Filing cabinet I Believe Tammy at the West Plano Texas vitamin Shoppe Hooked my phone up to her computer without my knowledge or consent and was receiving text messages on her hiring software from my former boss Arthur Thompson about me leaving the Vitamin Shoppe she proceeds to share this information with Jim who than tells me through a text I do not keep a password on my iPhone so it’s very possible for her to do something like this

Vitamin Shoppe is the best. This one is no exception. They frequently have samples of some awesome products, and the staff is ridiculously sweet. Also, prices cant be beat.

The staff found me exactly what I needed by asking two questions. They explained that not all like products are made the same. And even offered suggestions on additional products. I left feeling more than satisfied with what I had learned in my few minutes in the store.

This location normally keeps good stock with helpful staff, however, during my last recent visit, Id confirmed online several items were available in-store, only to learn after driving there they were out of stock and the cashier was either having an awful morning or doesnt enjoy what he does.
