Dr. Hua is a very pleasant doctor. She was very attentive during my examination and went above and beyond to make sure I have all the information I needed for my hand to heal. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I was very happy with my choice.

I’ve never given a bad review of a Dr until now. I had a finger injury and first appointment she showed me a picture of serious arm wound. I think an attempt to show how a body heals. Didn’t make me feel any better, it was just awkward. The 2nd visit the Dr didn’t know why I was there. It was because she had instructed me to come back and check for infection. Then she pushed a follow-up appointment out 2 weeks. Well, the stitches started pulling and I was in tremendous pain. Went to urgent care to have it resolved. I would go see any other hand surgery Dr. She is awful. The staff was nice.

I did not have a good experience. I showed up for my appointment early with all completed paperwork, insurance and X-ray. My hand was fractured and I was in a temporary cast from the ER. I discovered at the appointment my license was lost. I informed the front desk. I was told without my license I could not be seen due to insurance fraud. I offered to private pay to keep the appointment still told even if I private paid I could not be seen without id. I questioned that I thought it was an issue of insurance fraud why could I not pay out of pocket for the appointment. The office clerk said it’s just our policy.

Dr. Hua was very thorough and precise with my wrist surgery. She followed up with my recovery at least on four separate occasions to make sure I was recovering as predicted. Every time I had an office visit before and after surgery, I felt confident in her abilities. She was able to see all my injuries on my mri, even if the other surgeons missed it.She was the third and last hand surgeon I vetted and the one I felt most confident in to perform my surgery.I would recommend her to perform surgery to anyone who needs it.

I came in with a boxers fracture, and everything was taken care of smoothly. The doctor was able to reset the bone in my hand with ease.

Scheduling was easy with a quick call back from a pleasant and to the point staff. Dr Lan Hua was personable, efficient and communicates well. Works with the patient for a personal treatment plan...not a one size fits all approach.

Dr. Hua and staff were incredible. From my initial appointment to my release, every appointment was on time and they took care of you right away. My thumb was crushed and in bits and Dr. Hua pieced it back together and now it is fully functional, no numbness or sensitivity. I would highly recommend. I cant say enough good things about her and her amazing staff!

I came into Dr. Huas office after a bad experience from my Orthos office but thank God one thing came out of my horrible experience, her. She is incredibly thorough, her confidence and the way she explains things to you makes you feel so comfortable that she can solve any of your issues like (mine) bringing a bone back to life. She doesnt mess around and if you need help now she will make it happen.

Dr. Lan Hua is an amazing hand doctor with a great location!After a finger incident landed me in the ER, I ended up with an infection a few days later. I was given the option of ER again or seeing a hand surgeon and I choose Dr. Hua based off the reviews of my ER Doctor.Their front desk was able to work me in quickly and her nurse was helpful with basic instructions on continued care. Dr. Hua discussed options and gave detailed information that was easy for me to follow and do at home. After weeks of home care I was able to follow up with a great report of healing.I urge anyone that is looking for a board certified Doctor specializing in hands to see Dr. Hua. I am very pleased with my overall experience!
