Edited: I had a bad experience with one of the customer service, but i am happy to see that the moment i added the ticket i got the call from their back office and they explained everything to me and taken care of all the issues i had. Glad to see such a strong and active support staff.

Sunstone is such a friendly and inviting community. The studio is clean and lots of procedures in place to keep us safe while we practice. Since coming to Sunstone my practice has improved and I feel stronger. The best part is that there are so many class options and times for in person classes, audio class options and on demand if you want to practice at home. Leaving no excuses to commit to a daily practice. Sunstone has become my second home!!

I love my SunstoneFIT community and the many friends I have made over the years. I also love the effect yoga has had on my body and mind. They are doing a fabulous job to keep everything clean and give students appropriate space to feel safe coming into class right now. The on demand classes and new memberships provide great flexibility.

I absolutely love this studio! It’s my home away from home. Everyone is always super positive and upbeat, and I always look forward to going to class. All of the teachers are amazing! I love Sunstone and am so grateful to have such a fantastic place to do yoga.

I recently joined sunstone yoga class and i can feel a great change in my body and mind. It feels so good after hot yoga classes and the temperature and humid environment make things more efficient.

Ive been going to sunstone for almost a decade. It is a huge part of my life, and a second home to me. Its my zen, as well as my work out. The classes are varied, the instructors and staff are amazing. Ive been to so many yoga studios, and sunstone is the best by far. I highly recommend sunstone to everyone!! :)

This studio is fantastic! I took my first class here with my wife and had a great experience. The studio was super clean and everyone was friendly. I felt right at home. Can’t wait to take class again. Highly recommend!

The Power Flow classes at this studio are awesome. I live in Plano but drive to this location for the Power Flow classes. I make good friends with many Yogis here. We share the same exhilaration after each class, it’s super cool. Love the teachers too, my favorite is Dane

I love this studio. Classes are All good. Im able to get different workouts in one place. Teachers are very professional and sweet. All in One!!! And nice location close to shopping malls.

I have been a member of Sunstone Fit for 2 years. I like the class offerings, the staff, and the facilities. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and equipment is in good working order. Classes are varied enough that there is something to fit everyone’s needs and schedule.

SunStone Fit is awesome! It is a great place to relieve stress with a variety of classes. But most importantly, it has great people and they all make you feel like part of a family!

I have been a member since 2016 and i love it! I love hot yoga classes, hot flow and all the teachers are great. Schedules are good you just have to find what is good for you. Thanks to all the teachers at Sunstone!

I started doing yoga to help with my chronic back pain. Being new to yoga I started at home with the on demand classes, after just a short period of time I noticed a difference. Took my first studio class and the HEAT was a game changer! Cant wait to go back for another class!!

I am taking the tour of Sunstone and took a trip to Frisco! Lots of safety measures in place and breathing methods changed to help!

This particular studio has a terrible morning class schedule and also offers very limited core, Pilates and barre classes compared to the Plano Studio. Its whats making me contemplate if I should just cancel my membership here after 8 years since its the only studio near my house now. Ive requested a better schedule of the Core, Pilates and Barre classes several times in my surveys, but to no avail:( Too many hot yoga and hot flow classes.Thank you for the response. May I suggest you add more Barre and Pilates Classes (or at least 1 more) in the late morning or early afternoon hours then. Currently there is only 1 Barre class offered during the week.

Great place to do yoga! And the staff is super friendly. I used to go running and come in with sore muscles/tendons. The hot yoga really loosened me up and made the pain go away!

I just started at sunstone, and I am loving it! Theres this very nice sense of community when you come in, and its a very welcoming studio. I really enjoy the classes, the instructors, and the studio as a whole! Check this place out, its worth it!
