My friend and I were here for ALMOST TWO HOURS. They sat us down, my friend got a pedicure and I had to wait until she was done to get mine. Not sure why they wouldn’t say from the beginning that they didn’t have enough staff.The massage remotes are all blurred off and I could barely feel the massage on the chair. Not to mention the actual massage on my feet was not on my feet. It was on my legs and the pedicurist just kept doing the same hand motion on the same place for 15 minutes. Everything was subpar and I wasted two hours of my life. Great.

I’ve been going to Style Nails for two years. I get pedicures and NexGen. The staff is friendly and they remember me. One employee (Tea) even recognized me at Walmart and said hello. She introduced me to her family. They do good work and the prices are fair. If I ever have an issue I know they will fix it. I’m picky and they are always consistent.

My nails were done really well and I really liked the outcome. I also really enjoyed the customer service and everyone was really sweet. Would for sure recommend!

I was very disappointed with this place.I made an appointment with Ben and when I got there at my appointment time. He just started someone else nails and told me he would be done in 30mins. I said to him I’m at work, he stated only 30 mins.., I went to get something to eat and came back 45 mins later, the client was now leaving. I was told to sit he’ll be right there, 10 mins I was told he was now having lunch! At this time it’s going on 2hrs and I’ve not started getting my nails done ☹️.I left and never to return.., not very professional at all!

Theyre terribly understaffed. I patiently sat and waited for my pedicure for OVER 100 MINUTES- yes I kept track of the time. Even at that, the service I received wasnt worth the wait. Im disappointed to say the least.

I have used numerous nail salons in Frisco..This one tops them all. They took their time, were very thorough and respectful. And prices were great too!I’ll be back as will my husband.

I have absolutely missed this place and these people! They’re all very nice and I can get in and out with time promised but I always call ahead! Kelly is my favorite nail tech!

Update (3 days later): The top coat is turning my nails brownBen hooked me up!!!! And fixed the wack job I got at Plano Nail Bar!I will be back and will be requesting Ben!

I’ve always had trouble getting the size and shade I want for my nails. Finally someone does ny nails exactly right, extra short, natural and medium thickness! No burns or cuts in the making of either! I’ve never had nexgen nails and the gentleman that did mine tried different shades on me until I found the right “natural but fake” if you know what I mean type of pink ❤️ will definitely cone back!

Ann was amazing! I had the best walk in experience today with almost no wait on a Saturday afternoon. My nails look wonderful and nail tech was friendly, just the perfect amount of talkative so its not awkward that a stranger is holding my hands and sitting 7 inches from my face. Seriously though, she was funny, quick and detail oriented. Loved!

So friendly, great massage, a welcoming place and the best attention to detail. Got a little nick on a finger but she was quick to take care of it and apologize. Other places have just slapped me on the hand and told me okay. Style Nail Spa is definitely my new go to!!

I have been going here for many years now, and I don’t know how to express how happy I am with my experience! They are very friendly and happy to customers. They are very sanitized and after every customer, they throw there used things away and get new packaged tools. Overall, I highly recommend for people to come here!

Its very was that you go to a place that was highly recommend and be ripped off by the price. First of all not only was I ripped off by the price but I brought a friend as well that was highly upset. The nail quality is poor and the design was not near what asked for. Id rather the guy Ben say I cant do the work and do something hes skilled in or knows how to do. Left paying for nails after complaining that it wasnt what I wanted nor asked for became it was being resolved by Ben or manager. Second issueIissue only been 4 days since nails have been done and they popping off like fireworks going off. Makes me mad because its my daughters sweet 16 birthday and now Im having to find someone to do nails last minute. Very upset and will never go back nor recommend.

She is the best at pedicures and she gets all the dead skin leaving my feet soft as a baby’s foot! Kelly is thee best at foot massages and takes her time with her clients! Words can not describe how happy I am with this salon. Quality and service matter over money here. I have never seen them turn anyone away which includes walk-ins. The owners are amazing and truly care about the service. Should you ever go here and have an issue, just make sure to address it with the owners and they will make sure its handle!

Sweet ladies, and the massage for the pedicure is great but the wait and my nails are terrible. I got the dip, and you can see the powder “dust” even after it’s finished and the lady was very rough and obviously in a rush even though I was there for 2 hours.

I walked in just for manicure, and right after me some people walked in, they got their service because they were family and wanted to spend full service I was waiting for 20 mins in the chair!I think this is disrespectful 👎🏻Greedy people

This Salon is one of Friscos best kept secrets. I went to them for years and after having my son was born started going to a place near my office for convenience. But NO place can compare, I will be a customer forever.

I came to this place over the weekend because they were open earliest on a Sunday and I was in a hurry. WORST CHOICE EVER! I paid 125 bucks to be cut twice on my foot to where it burns every time I am in the shower now. I didnt get a foot massage. My nails look absolutely horrible. I will never go back here and would never recommend someone to either.

Had the BEST mani and pedi of my life at Style Nails today. Stumbled across them and will definitely be back! I was seated immediately. Lynn and Diane took great care and lots of time to make my cuticles perfect and callouses completely disappear. Im so glad to live close to this place!

Went yesterday to get dip powder on my natural nails. The lady that did my nails seemed inexperienced because she took longer than usual for somethin soo simple, and she used the electric nail file/grinder thing on like 10 different occassions. I have been doin my nails long enough to know that it is not necessary to use it that much. The nail lady was also not careful and killed my cuticles. I have multiple fingers that hurt and r scabbed now. Can I say OUCH!!. After she was finished, I noticed that my nails were not the same thickness, some were really thin. I let it be since there was a tornado threat happening. 24 hrs later I notice that 4 of my fingernails were cracked in multiple places. I go back to get them fixed and the lady I got wanted to just fix them by filing the top layer.. I spoke up and told her that filing the top layer was not fixing them because they were crack all the way thru. She said that since I wanted those nails redone, she would do it. I waited for the powder to soak off. Well then I got another lady, she redid my nails really fast, but was not friendly at all. I seemed to annoy her. When she was done and I was walkin out, I feel my nails and notice that they r not smooth. There was a difference between the pink (on the majority of my nail) and the white glitter (on the tips of my nail). It feels like when they first glue the tips on ur nails. I thought of addressing it, but I feel like they would mess something else up. Would not suggest it and will never go back. Ive had students do a better job.

Called ahead to make an appointment stood there for over 20 min without anyone even acknowledging me.. Finally they told me to take a seat for a set of acrylics.. After telling them the simple pink and white nail I wanted he laughed in my face and replied with I cant do that frustrated already, I picked a full glitter nail which is usually 40 dollars he laughed in my face again telling me the solid color was going to be 50 dollars after telling him I paid 40 last time he once again began to laugh in my face..Im not one to ever write bad reviews because I know everyone messes up sometimes....but this place is horrible, And it seems they constantly make up different prices every time I go.

I love this salon. I get nexgen and pedi every two weeks. I like that they offer nexgen with matching polish for toes. Always very friendly, rarely a wait, but if there is they are honest about the length of time you can expect. I recommend Tony, Lisa, or Mai, but I’ve never been disappointed by anyone who works with there.

Ive been before for a mani/pedi and that was probably the best leg massage Ive ever had. However, my last visit for Nex-Gen/dip nails was horrible. Every nail had uneven color and surfaces. They were left with rough edges that I had to constantly be filing to tolerate. Ive never had such a bad set, anywhere. The matching pedicure I got looks better, but that was the first time Ive ever been cut so much. Wont be going back.

It took over an hour for them to simply remove my nex-gen. Other people were coming in and they were being helped before I was. I went with a friend and she was completely done with her nex-gen before they had even begun mine. After an hour they turned to me to finally start removing my nex-gen that had been soaking. I told them I didnt have time to get a full manicure anymore, and they argued with me. Then they tried to charge me $10 for the removal which took them an HOUR to do! She didnt even fully remove everything!! Ive read previous reviews and it seems as if negative reviews have been deleted. Dont go to this place!!

I wish I could give zero stars but this place is beyond TERRIBLE! This lady/nail tech with very high arch eyebrows tried to over-charge me to do a 10 year old pedicure for 2 girls. When I brought their menu that listed their prices for the nail tech to explain her incorrect verbal price quote , she slapped down the menu and began to yell. I asked to speak to a manager and no one knew who the manager was. I felt very disrespected and confused. This lady made up prices or added her own $20 plus tip and became very upset bc she could not explain her reasoning. She cause a big scene and had an attitude with other paying customers. She was also talking about me in another language and English...which made my child feel uncomfortable. Also, my mom was visiting to get her gel nails done and did not want to leave bc it was almost closing time and she was visiting TX. Their customer service was awful and the high eyebrow nail tech/ lady was a poor representation of the nail salon. There is a nail salon on EVERY corner of Frisco, TX with way better quality. I will never ever ever ever ever suggest for anyone to go here unless you like for people to make up prices, yell at customers, and pretend that there are no mangers available. My mom paid the bill by the way. Never again will I suggest this salon to ANYONE! I was going to file a complaint but I decided to just leave a review so that future customers can know the truth.
