I don’t even know where to begin, Woof City is a 10 Star Hotel for our Furry babies, if I could help it , I would drop her off daily in a heartbeat without worrying if she will be taken care of or not. Trophy was spoilt in a good way and already missing her friends. Love the constant communication and updates, videos and great client relations Woof City offers.

What a great experience! I would highly recommend wood city . You can tell they genuinely care about the pets they handle . They did a wonderful job on my puppy and when I came to pick her up my puppy was laying by the owners feet at the desk . Love this place. The owner is a wonderful woman. She cares deeply for each dog as though they were her own. Ive been her pet groomer for 2 years. She is also wonderful and caring with her employees. Ive been grooming for over 20 years and she is on my top 2 best employers out of the many Ive worked for. I trust my pets with her anytime, and Im extremely picky who I leave my pets with.

They love what they do, and it shows. I have only used Woof City twice for dog grooming, but each time they listened and delivered exactly what I wanted for my dog.The staff is friendly and my dog doesnt seem stressed when I pick him up.The location is charming too, on main Street in old Frisco.If I ever need to board Leo, I will be sure to take him to Woof City where he can lounge in an open area and not be confined to a cage all day.

This place is just AWESOME! I have called, driven to, and visited countless boarding options in the DFW area trying to find a good place for my 2 girls and am so glad I came across Woof City by chance on google. They were so friendly on the phone and took the time to really talk to me about their facility, how boarding works, the pricing, and about my pets that I drove out to visit within an hour. I was welcomed and greeted at the door. The inside of this villa was INCREDIBLY clean. I cannot stress that enough. Even the fenced yards were clean without any odor whatsoever. We were given a tour while the 2 current pups there followed us around. Very impressed with how homey it felt, the space is outstanding, the cost is more than reasonable, and I cant count how many times I saw the staff person there love on those 2 dogs while we visited. My dogs will be staying there in March and are going to love it! If I could give this place an 11 on a scale of 1 - 10 I would! DEFINITELY recommend!

We have two small dogs with very strong personalities. They LOVE going to Woof City. We go A LOT for day care, grooming, etc. Everyone here LOVES dogs. Our girls love everyone that works here and are always very excited to see them. One of ours is quite particular and will bark and growl, etc at people she doesnt like but she loves everyone here. They also have doggie friends too.WC is very careful about temperaments. I have seen them reassure nervous dogs away from home for the first time, time and time again. Its pretty amazing. They are always playing and cuddling with the dogs, etc. For us, not having our dogs outside all day long is a huge plus - weather, temperature, etc. They could stay outside all day at home (which we dont want)PS as a side note, these dog lovers rescue dogs all the time and find them homes...just because...So, in summary HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I must edit my review. We brought my two lovely girl here last week and I do admit they werent groomed as I was expecting but Alice made sure that we were taken care of. She personally regroomed my ladies and they look fantastic!! Our one little lady looked more like a dust mop before but now you can tell shes actually a dog! Thank you for taking such good care of my girls!!

My dogs get the best care at Woof City. Alice and staff are wonderful. Its worth the drive to Frisco from Corinth. I wouldnt trust my dogs to anyone else when we are out of town.

Great place for your fur babys spa day. Everyone there is so nice, and they genuinely care about making their experience a happy one.

Hate to burst everybodys bubble with all of your 5 star ratings but I will never return with my dog. I pass this place 4 times a day, everyday, even on the weekend. You will NEVER see your dog in that yard playing or having potty time, trust me. The lights are NEVER on in the dogs room so it is always dark. You will see only one car there backed in. I was not comfortable last year when I asked if someone stays with the animals at night and I was told that if there was an emergency that the people across the street with the big RV has a key. That did not set well with me but I had no choice but to leave my dog since we were on our way to the airport. When my husband picked him up he was handed a soaked bed that he had been sleeping on and he smelled highly of urine and his body was wet. They commented oh, I guess he wet his bed. It was a good thing that I did not pick him up because I would not have been as polite as my husband was. Seriously people, Im sure you all have had a good experience and I hope you continue to, but as for us, it only took one bad stay and now I monitor this establishment daily, with disgust. I have sat across the street and watched and believe me, they do not attend to your pet as you would want them to!!! The dogs do not go outside and are left alone at night. Good thing there is a fire station just a few blocks away.....

We have been taking our dog here for a while when we go out of town and they always take good care of her.

I was looking for daycare for my puppy and hoping for more as a houssetting place.Well,it is a house, even when you enter. But-the dogs are in small, divided half drywall rooms (kennels) and being left out every couple hours to do their potty break.I feel strongly,that you could then leave you dog at home, in a crate or kennel and have someone come and let them have a potty break -would be less stressful for the pet at their own home.I do see my pup as a family member and didnt feel comfortable to have him spending his days confined to a small space. Thats me!

Our first visit and Roxie looks wonderful. Everyone we met is so helpful and courteous to deal with. Have already booked next appointment and will use for boarding when I need it.

I am vey, very pleased with the attention and care they give to my Buddy. They obviously love dogs and it shows in their treatment of them. Buddy regularly visits for kennel stays when I travel and get his haircut there. I have been using them for 2 years and have never been disappointed.. - Barry Zisman

Great place with great people who genuinely care for the dogs. We have 2 Labradoodles and a little shih-poo that groomed here regularly and we have used doggy daycare as well as borded them once - no complaints. The staff are very friendly, polite and patient. I highly recommend.

I have been taking my dog (Blacky) to this place for almost two years. They are wonderful to the dogs and never keep more than a handful on one room. Even after so much time, Blacky still gets very exited every time we pull into the driveway. Highly recommended.

We have left our pup here for boarding a few times and it has always been a pleasant experience.
