I came in on a Thursday and waited 1.5 hrs and still wasn’t seen, so I left. The next day, I came before they opened at 720 and 8 people were in front of me. It’s 930 and I’ve still haven’t been seen for a 5 minute blood draw. The manager who schedules staff here should be fired. Someone in corporate needs to take charge and have full staff and PRNs. Office needs to stop checking people in when 40 people are waiting.

This location was very clean and were definitely using prescribed Covid measures. They were very quick from the initial kiosk check in and functions through the remaining check in and then blood withdrawal. Great job overall. Especially well done with the drawing of all the blood.

This location has a great check in process with the kiosk, it was simple. Receptionist called me up to the front for our lab test order in less than 10 minutes. She entered it in less than 3 minutes and then directed me back to the exam room. The phlebotomist came in about 1 minute later. Verified my name, drew blood and was very good. She took the time to look at my arms to find the best vein and I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness.

They provide nightmare service. Lack of communication and lack of empathy. You are just a # not a patient. Expect long long wait times and they do only allow 8 people in the clinic at a time. Please try another location to preserve your sanity and patience. Also expect to pay your bill at the time services are rendered. They have a 2.8 review rating for a reason but whats heart breaking nothing seems to change because I guess the higher ups like the way things are.

Forgot to bring my lab order form, but thought it would be fine since lab orders are usually sent electronically.After doing the self check in and waiting for 45 minutes, in a very cramped waiting room, I get called up and find that, apparently, this lab only works with printed orders. The receptionist did not check the computer for my order she just rifled through a filing cabinet. Obviously my doctor isnt going to fax his lab orders out to every labcorp location in the area. I dont know if its the fault of the employees or the company but this is absurd.So if your going here, dont forget your printed order or youll need to wait for your doctor to fax it or leave and come back.

Just left there and had a great experience! I didn’t have an appointment, and even with the waiting room being pretty full they got thru customers very quickly. I had Anastasia do my blood draw, and she got it in the first try, which normally doesn’t happen. I was there less then 30 minutes total. Will for sure keep going there if I need blood drawn again

I brought my 13yr old for regular blood work. On line it said no opening but walk in are welcome. It did not take long to sign in. We sat for about 5 or 6mins. Lady at front desk called for us and Tony drew my sons blood. He was patient and calm with my son. Tony answered my sons few questions and viola!, it was all done. Less than 30 minutes. I was happy and delighted. Thank you to them and Im grateful I chose to go there.

Everyone at Labcorp believes they are doing you a favor and they are doing it for free. The websites promise the moon, but once they get your insurance card and credit card then you are treated as a burden and the only answer you get about anything is ‘NO”!Never again if my life depended on it

Service is always horrible and unfriendly. This visit was abysmal. The bathrooms were broken. This place collects urine samples and the bathroom was broken. They should not be open. There was water being mopped up all over the place RIGHT NEXT TO PEOPLE HAVING BLOOD DRAWN. I am not a scientist but that is a health hazard. DO NOT come here unless you have no other choice. If anyone from upper management sees this, please address it. Youre putting lives and health in danger.

I came in for an appointment on February 22nd and left impressed! Receptionist was excellent, timely and super nice!! The phlebotomist knew exactly what she was doing, especially after I informed her of my blood draw issues. I’m a special case with moving veins... requiring several tries or several phlebotomist to try again usually! But not this time, it took one try and my doctor ordered lots of vials of blood, she kept me calm and she was so professional. Today I don’t have the huge circle bruise I normally get, incredible!! I didn’t get her name due to my nerves, but please praise her for me!! Super quick results report as well. Thank you!!

Robert is FANTASTIC with hard to stick veins. He’s always super friendly and very professional. He puts you at ease and shows such confidence in his ability and is proud to work at LabCorp. Tracy at the front desk is also very friendly and helpful. I’m not an easy stick and these two always make me feel comfortable.

I was honestly dreading going here due to the poor reviews, but my experience was nothing but great! No idea if it was the same front desk lady that everyone complains about, but the lady I saw today was nothing but pleasant. Also, my visit was really quick. The check in at the kiosk is easy, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Also, only one needle stick and it was painless!

The woman at the front desk on 1/11/21 has a horrible attitude and is rude to the patients. Not to mention there was a crying little kid and she was complaining about it so that everyone could hear. And on top of that she violated HIPPA by not calling the patient up and by telling her name and DOB and her bloodwork that needs to be done in front of 3 other people.

They’re system is terrible. Tried to get results for testing I had done. It said I have to verify my identity alright cool lets do it. NOPE wont let me because its asking a question I don’t know the answer to. So after so many times it wont let you do it anymore. Wont go through this system again. It sucks

I took my 10-month-old baby here for a blood draw for an allergy test. Robert with the long hair was awesome, he put us at ease and was very kind and sweet to my son! Apparently he had tiny veins so between Robert and the other phlebotomist they were able to successfully get his blood on the first try, thank goodness! I would come here again for my kids and even for myself because of the experience I had today.

We got there early and there was 1 person in front of us waiting. They opened the doors a couple minutes before opening and we were in and out in 15 minutes. My son is usually very anxious when getting blood drawn but he didnt even notice the needle. Great staff.

I brought my eight month old here for bloodwork. She needed three tests run. The first visit, they were only able to complete one test, because they couldnt collect enough blood. That was fine; I know its harder to collect blood from babies than adults, and I wasnt upset. I returned a week later to have the other tests done. They had a copy of the doctors orders, entered everything into their system, I verified with them what needed to be done, and they collected the blood - so I thought. About a week later, I get a call from my childs pediatrician, letting me know they are missing one of the test results. I called LabCorp to see what was going on and spoke with a woman who could NOT have been ruder. I ended up having to get the pediatrician involved, who found out that LabCorp had failed to run the third test. Now, I have to bring my baby back for a THIRD time to get her veins poked and prodded, because the people who work here cannot be bothered to do their jobs. It was complete and utter laziness on their part, and I have not received any sort of apology. Go anywhere else - I am absolutely astounded by how incompetent they are here.

The front desk lady working the front is incredibly rude to guests. A gentleman came in and simply asked. Can you help me? She replied, No, Im busy doing something right now. She did nothing else... She had no idea what he needed help with. On top of that he was disabled!!!Also, they are not in a hurry to get people out. There was 9 people in the waiting room with 4 chair available. Youd think Labcorp would care about Covid... I finally got to go back and sat for 15 minutes when a lady came in and said, Oh, you are on the phone, Ill come back when you get off and just walked out. I waited for another 15 minutes on my muted quarterly all day long company call when a different lady came in and simply drew my blood. I apologized for Covid and me having to work from home and told her I couldnt jump off the call.I honestly dont understand this place. I just switched to UHC from Aetna and Im used to polite and quick service at Quest. This was a shock!

I’ll be honest. I almost drove 8 miles to another location due to the poor reviews and exceptionally rude phone conversation with the receptionist. But I gave it a shot! (Pun intended)I stopped in for three blood tests less than an hour before closing time. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, even kind when I explained my anxiety regarding needles and the need to wait for my sister to arrive to sit with me.The technician was incredibly skilled and gracious. “All you need to do is sit still and I’ll take care of the rest.” In the past, I have had WEEKS of soreness and bruising after a blood draw. I can hardly feel the spot for this afternoon.I was in and out of the lab in 10 minutes!I suppose it is true that only the extreme experiences merit reviews. So I thought it fitting that I write up my pleasant experience and hope many will follow to this location!

Took my 6yr old daughter in for some blood work. Checkin process was efficient and wait about 20 mins which wasn’t bad. Technician drawing her blood was very competent and had good bedside manners in trying to do his best to put my daughter at ease. This was her first blood extraction. Although she cried vehemently, it was over quickly and the technician had great command of the situation. Would have been 5-stars, but for the lack of personal skills at reception.

Im very impressed with this place. People who work here are really doing a great job. The person in the front desk really has a lot of patience and polite. Robert did a great job I didnt have a small pain at all while blood was drawn. The female staff was very friendly. This place is very clean and organized. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff was extremely nice. I didnt have an appointment so I anticipated some wait time but I got in really fast. Treated really nice also. Would recommend this location.

I have used this location several times for routine bloodwork. I absolutely love Robert! The check-in kiosk is perfect as the front desk lady the with salt and pepper hair is not friendly so the kiosk works for me! She needs to be warm and welcoming as anyone could be coming in for bloodwork that could literally change their lives. Shes not compassionate.Robert is THE best at this facility and knows how to work with small veins. Hes super nice and welcoming and makes sure to stick you only once. Hes also patient. If youre looking for someone who is skilled in phlebotomy and has compassion, choose Robert.

The front receptionist is the most rude person ever. I have read this complaint more then once. You would think they would start looking at what is going on. I will never go her again. To listen to her talk to people was the worst. I have experienced this before but after reading I will ask my doctor to go else where. Even if I have to go to a different doctor to get my blood orders. I will not do business with lab core.

This facility is very clean, large waiting area (larger than most) & the staff is always very polite. They always draw on the first attempt as I can be a difficult stick & Ive had blood drawn several hundreds of times. Id definitely recommend.

Do not take a pediatric patient to this location. The front desk was pleasant (male African american) and the younger female individual who took my sons blood was friendly (didn’t say much though). But there was an older woman with short grey hair who was unpleasant. She was sent into help, didn’t give me much information on how to assist- holding him so he wouldn’t move(so we had to do the other arm because he moved too much) and then rolled her eyes at my 4 year old the entire time while he was obviously upset about what was occurring. When it was time to leave they both didn’t say anything to him (like you were so brave...ect). Just tried to get us out the door. I was very disappointed!

This place has absolutely horrible customer service from the staff to the corporate customer service department. I called to ask how the pediatric blood draws are performed, if we needed to schedule with a specific person experienced in pediatric blood draws and if they numb the area. We have lots of experience with blood draws and know why these questions are important. The person was extremely rude and essentially told me they know what they are doing and not sure what information I need. I also have gone in circles with them, customer service and billing trying to figure out how much the test would cost. Terrible experience and will definitely not be going there for these tests.

I dont out my license in a machine I have no knowledge of its uses. Ive been hacked before. Too much stress to get life back. Looking elsewhere to give blood. Anyone hot Draculas number? Lol

Steven was great! Nurses and phlebotomists usually have a hard time finding a good vein in my grandmas arm. They usually stick her multiple times, which causes her much anxiety and pain. After he prepped her, he made sure he found a good spot by gently tapping around. She had closed her eyes so tight in preparation for the pain of multiple sticks, but he was able to painlessly draw 3 vials from her! She was surprised, as was I. I asked for his name because nurses and phlebotomists who are great at routine work like blood draws deserve recognition. So, thank you Steven for doing such a great job!

The lady at the front desk is so rude! I signed in at the kiosk and started to wait my turn. I had my 17 month old with me and the only seat available was next to a lady who was sick. All I was there for was to take a urine sample. After waiting awhile, I decided to ask if I would have to wait for all of these people to be called before I walk into the restroom, which wasn’t even occupied, to give a urine sample. The lady said yes I would have to wait unless I had the sample with me!!! Are you kidding me?! I could see if I was drawing blood, of course I would wait my turn, but I only needed to leave a urine sample. I asked for a specimen cup and went to the location in Carrollton. I live in Frisco, but from now on I will be driving to the Carrollton location where they are much more efficient and professional!

My wife has used this lab because it was down the street when we lived in Frisco. We moved to Carrollton and the other location is five minutes away but she still drives to Frisco. Her main reason is because she likes the personnel there. Efficient, professional and friendly. She usually makes an appointment and gets there at least ten minutes early. She went there a couple of days ago and was in and out in fifteen minutes.She said if there was an award for the best employee, it would be Robert. She is on Eliquis and bruises easy. When he takes her blood, she doesnt feel the needle go in AND you cant even see where he sticks. She goes home bruise free...she went there two months ago and the woman who took her blood was okay but the bruising lasted a whole week.Robert is a fabulous tech!!!

Get your doctor to send you somewhere else. My 67-year old mom was belittled by the staff because she didnt know how to use the check-in technology. (It was her first time). Some jerk named ROBERT kept speaking under his breath; making her feel bad. What these guys need to be reminded of is that they have a job because of people like my mom - and the rest of us. Their salaries are paid by the insurance we all pay for. I can tell you that if I wouldve been physically there with my mom, I wouldve caused such a big stink that the police may have had to come take off the SOBs in that office.

The front desk receptionist is the rudest person I have ever seen. Or actually racist!! Oh god my blood is boiling at the moment right now while I type this.I walked in, I had like 5 or 6 patients ahead of me. It was going fairly quick.. and then new patients started walking in and they got to go before me !! When I asked about it, he said in an extremely rude manner ‘ they are going in before you because they came before you’ and started yelling even when I left the room for taking my call !! Well maybe he was right , he really was going in order and maybe those who came after me had an appointment but he could be a little nice !! What a crappy start of the day. Extremely poor customer service.If you plan on walking in , keep in mind it’s ATLEAST an hour wait. Irving location is much better !

Money hungry blood suckers....these people keep sending collection notices to seniors. It was very clearly mentioned that their tests were all covered by the insurance...and few months later they send highly overpriced invoices.Before we did the tests and the check ups we clearly asked them to verify that these tests are fully covered by our insurance. We gave then the insurance details and once they verified full coverage, they started sending bills...and collection notices.Just for one thing I had to take my 80 y/o mom out there three times. They are so unorganized...its not even funny. I am of the opinion that their business practices are quite shady. I am going to research the doctors and the lab and their business practices.I am going to fight this and will report them to FTC, Medicare, States Attorney General and other local authorities about their unfair billing practices.

The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. Based on this, and the appearance of the place, I almost walked out. It left me concerned that if their customer facing facility is so unprofessional, that the actual lab may be worse, and may not provide accurate test results.
