A very pleasant experience, I recently moved to the area and they helped me set up the accounts I wanted in no time. I was helped by a miss Sparks and she had the answer to every question I had, even on newer things to her. I recommend this place if you are looking for a small credit union for your banking.

Requiring an appointment for a simple quick shared branch check deposit is extraneous. I understand the extra measures for safety purposes but middle of the day Friday when the parking lot is empty and Im the only car in line and refusing to help me out is extremely frustrating.

Absolutely horrible service. I never write a bad review but this had to be done. I submitted my application via phone and they told me they would get a hold of me in a couple of days with the financing assistant. No one reached back to me except for an email that said they were trying to get a hold of me. I emailed and called to make sure they have received my response. I called again and they told me the finance guy will contact me because I called, again, nothing. I called the fourth time and they told me my account with them has been closed because they have not heard from me!! Clearly shows they do not care about their customers.Do not bother, you will waste your time and your credit will be affected for no reason.

Cant say enough good things about ITCU, rebuilding my credit after a divorce and they have truly helped a lot... Dawna went above and beyond with helping me open a checking account. Instead of just telling me things she didnt know, she worked hard to find the correct answers to give me...Honestly, I would have been happy with the service even if it didnt work in my favor because she actually cared. A lot of places dont have good customer service or reps who care, but this one does... She treated me as tho I was depositing a million dollars in the bank, pleasure to do business with... Think Twice if you are applying for Loan in this bank, they may have amazing intrest rate but it will eat you up in long term.My experience with this banks system and loan departments processing mistake has been horrible. most recently, My Auto Pay has been canceled by them, their reason is because people having COVID situation, so we adjust a Skip pay july and made an honest mistake.sure mistake is fine, but I have to mentally and physicial prepraed and take at least an hour a day, this issue still hasnt been fixed. Loan department needs to back date the payment and try to waive the fee since its not may mistake.So what about my time, my energy where I could do anything but this? I never asked for help even though I lost my job too. ALL I EXEPECT IS NO MORE DRAMA, LET ME PAY BILL ON TIME WITH AUTO PAY and NO MORE SUPRISES!!!!!!!!!!!!Also They charge you $5 ON EVERY Externel Payment, unless you open up also a saving account with them, these things are small sure, but you find more and more over time, you just stop trusting them.

Today I went to the Warren branch & Williams helped me this morning, I will say that before today I was not having the most pleasant experience. Williams turned that around for me, he was more than accommodating to my pregnant wife & I. Also this branch was the safest I’ve seen since they opened Texas.

When you visit in person it’s really obvious that they don’t want you there. When you go negative in your account due to pending charges that were placed on hold because the bank declared them fraudulent (walmart grocery which I do pretty much all the time) and then charge you $35 for each transaction that was processed after the negative balance which was caused by them in the first place. Pending me getting my money back and if i do i will remove this review.

Ive had an AWESOME experience being a member at InTouch Credit Union, Im real BIG on respect and they have done nothing but show tons of that to me and I really appreciate it. Everyone is kind and personable and you just cant get that everywhere these days plus they approved me for my car loan in seconds so were all good with each other lol!

When confronted with a series of expensive airline tickets to purchase, I didnt realize my debit card limit was for a day, and not per purchase! Big difference. I was stuck trying to get the rest of my family on a series of flights because my card was being rejected! I called member care at InTouch and talked with Teresa Almaraz. When I finally thought some of my family would not be able to get on the same flights, Teresa call me back and had gotten the limit set on my other debit card and it all worked out perfectly! Thank you Teresa! You are a problem solver!

I frequent this branch because it is the closest Shared Branch location to my job. I love this branch. They treat me as if Im their own member. Odeille speaks to me everytime I come in, and makes sure I dont need anything, and does any and everything to help. I have even thought about becoming an actual member. Thanks for all you do at this branch.

Ever since they revised their online system, doing necessary things with this Bank its just been intolerable. The automated system is a joke, they say leave a voice message after hours, when there is no voice message option. Their automated system lists an option that supposedly you can do banking over the phone, when you press that option, the automated system says that option is no longer available. You try to login to your online regardless of how strong you make your password, it forces you to get a verification passcode text to phone. sounds fine except when it doesnt work when you absolutely need it too and you cannot get access to your bank and theres no one to call on a Sunday. Ive banked with InTouch for years and I can tell you I will never do anything with them again. Everything about this bank from their overall customer service, to their loan underwriting, to the malfunctioning ATMs, to this automated system thats completely useless, to their broken online banking system. Everything about this bank has become absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I will never affiliate myself with this bank again.

Absolutely horrible location and especially if you are using this location as a shared branch. In Touch as a whole gets a thumbs down from me with all of the changes they have made for people using them as a share branch. You can no longer use the drive thru and they only have one machine available for share branch customers, not to mention the line to use the machine...and to make matters worse, we are only able to utilize their branches Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm for transactions.

The entire staff at ITCU here have always been responsive and helpful to me. I love visiting this bank because they make me feel like family. I especially enjoyed working with Dezi- he is very knowledgeable and kind with whatever questions I have.

I noticed I was receiving a inactivity fee 16 in total. When I called the customer support to see what the fees where about I spoke with a Louis.He said it was for your online bill service I advised I never approved the chargers as I pay my bills through my other bank and directly on the merchants site. He first advised saying he was only able to wave 2 but could go up to 6. I am still being charged 10 fees for something I did not approve or authorize... This is not the first time your bank has done this. I have done tons of business with you I had my Home equity through you glad I have moved that over to another bank. I am tried of the surprise fees and will be closing my account with you.

Was pretty excited to start my new account. Only technical difficulties from the start. My card didnt work and I wasnt smart enough to try it before I went out with friends. Embarrassing... They had promised me it would work upon leaving. I forgave them. Now even though I can log into their app I cant connect the account to my Robinhood stock app. It keeps saying wrong password and is making me wait 11 hours. Changed my password next day and logged into my account again. Unfortunately the same problem occurred with Robinhood. Lets face it. InTouch doesnt really know whats going. :(

I deposited a check, cashier said this is new account and he need hold 10days. Its more then 10K normally I will get the check from same Customer and will deposit into same account.Last month also deposited and it was available with in 2 days. I explained and he did not listing and kept 10days hold. Spoke with Manager or some one and she said after she will release in 2 days after looking my account.I trusted her and left, after also funds not available, after 3 days I called her and left the message to her and she never responded back to after 10days also. Today is 10th day and funds not available, Not able to hold anyone in Local branch office, I was on the phone call more then 25 min and not able to speak with anyone.Rating one also not good for this Credit Union.

Stand in line to talk to someone through an atm type terminal. Terrible customer experience. 2 of the 3 people at the machines stood there waiting for someone to connect. I will NOT be using them going forward.

Received a check in the amount of $35,000 from a banking member of InTouch Credit Union. My bank, JP Morgan Chase normally would put a hold on a check such as this, but agreed to release the funds immediately once the funds were verified. My banker sat on hold for 30 minutes but eventually had to hang up. Totally understandable. I told my banker I would call and conference them in once I reached someone from InTouch CU. After 45 minutes on hold, I was able to talk to Wynett. This individual should never be allowed to work in customer support. I asked her to hold while I got my banker on the line. She proceeded to tell me she could only hold for 60 secs. I explained that my banker couldnt hold due to their long hold times, but they were expecting my call and it would only take a few minutes to reach him. I expressed that I had been on hold for 45 minutes and to not hang up. I put her on hold and in less than 30 secs got my banker on the line. My banker explained he needed to verify my account as a formality. I asked Wynett to hold while he verified my account with me. She stated she was unable to hold and reminded me that she could only hold for 60 secs. I explained to her it wouldnt take that long it was only procedure, but please dont hang up. She repeated herself and added, its now been a minute and a half. I said, my banker is just needing to verify my account, I need to place you on hold for him to do that. It will take less than 10 secs. She repeated herself again, and said now its been 2 min. I assured her it would not take more than a few seconds. She repeated herself again and said, its now been 3 minutes. I put her on hold, literally 10 secs later, my banker and I returned to the line and she had hung up. Im blown away. She spent more time telling me how she wasnt going to hold on the line than she actually had to hold. I would NEVER do business with this bank. I can only imagine the pain their members feel having to deal with them. My suggestion to management is to review the call recording and re-train this individual. If they need the call recording, I can provide that to you as my company records calls as well to train my employees. I encourage you to contact me. Id be happy to share.UPDATE: Since I received no help from Wynett, I had to call back. I waited on hold for 34 minutes. I reached a more favorable representative this time. Camille. Just as with Wynett, I asked her to hold while I reached my banker. She was able to verify the funds and my bank released the funds. This entire process took less than 5 minutes. Less time than my entire mind numbing, frustrating, customer serviceless phone conversation with Wynett. Shameful. This employee would be without a job if she worked for my organization. May explain why my company has a 5 stars rating and InTouch Cu has such a low rating.

Awful. Worst experience I have had in a banking institution. They have removed all people and replaced them with ATM’s and screens. Everything takes 5 times as long. I hope JSCFCU takes note of this and connects with a different credit union in the Dallas area. 2 people talked about closing accounts while I was stood there. Speechless!

Been a loyal customer for over 10yrs, to INTouch. Dont plan on ever changing banks. Knowledgeable and curtious staff. If you do some light research credit unions have some good benifits big banks cant offer. This place has been so good to me. I use the phone app and Ive gone up there just to get advice on financial decisions from time to time. They all seem welcoming.

As,a long time credit union customer in another CU, this place treats you like you are a criminal, when trying to deposit your money into your checking account. Talk about nonsense. Had to call my CU, turns out Intouch was using the wrong account number that they wrote in and blaming me for it being wrong. Intouch is nothing like a REAL CREDIT UNION that cares about all its members.Had to use intouch twice now in 6 years. I hope its more than 6 years before i have to fight with them to take my money again. IDIOTS!

Seriously, 1 hour wait with 3 people in line. That’s ridiculous. Bring back your people. The machineS are way too slow. Oh, and if your a shared branch member you must wait twice as long due to only having one machine to service you.

They failed to notify me about a past-due payment on a signature loan that I co-signed. It was paid for 2 years on time and it was marked as 30-days late, I asked to see if they could remove it from my credit (as a goodwill removal) and they couldnt do that for me. Never again will I do business with ITCU..

Check other review sites -- youll see that ITCU is often poorly-rated, both as a place to work, and as a place to do business. Due to very poor ITCU policies, were going to go elsewhere.

Cannot believe that InTouch cannot login to another CU via shared coop network. Incompetent clerks? Tricky marketing tactics to force clients become its member? If InTouch cannot connect its network to shared coop one, rethink your travel financial plan.
