The whole Lewis group is a delightful experience. Appointments are on time unlesssome emergency has come up. I’ve been under his care for around 4 years and the relief, from injections to therapy have all been helpful. Dr Lewis has always listened to me about the problems I have and offered the best remedy for my pain, and listens to my suggestions also.The ladies up front are always helpful and assist if their is a problem signing in. Edith is always there to take notes prior to seeing Dr Lewis. India always knows what to do in the surgery room. Amanda is as always funny and just nice to talk to. Collen is very helpful in the surgery room with directions and letting you know what’s going on.And Jeanette is the best at scheduling procedures and keeping you from messing with the insurance nonsense. You never have to talk to insurance. Jeanette will do all of it for you.Dr Lewis is an informed doctor and doesn’t hide his recommendations in big doctor words.And a good word for his boys, Josh and Sam who take good care of you after your procedure.

This is one doctor’s office I truly love going to, Lewis Pain Management, Dr. Lewis and his staff are so AMAZING. Dr. Lewis and his entire staff are amazing. The front office people who went above and beyond. I wanted to give more than five stars for their kindness, caring and efficient. I was treated for disc bulge sciatica pain. I was really scared on my first epidural steroid injection, they really gave me a special care and kindness which made me feel really comfortable. I was barely walk or stand before treatment. Now I am able to start my exercises again.

The staff is top notch. It is also very family oriented. I recently had injections and the son came in just to be with me through my procedure. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this. I was referred to Lewis Pain several years for help with a rare nerve tumor disease that most drs have never even heard about, let alone dealt with or helped treat. The staff at LPM went out of their way to learn what they could about it and find ways to help. Theyve always been there to offer ideas, deal with insurance, help facilitate other appointments if I need additional MRIs, etc. They never made me feel like a criminal for needing help with pain as other drs. That is very rare now. They do the very best they can in a state that is extremely restrictive with pain management.All of the staff is amazing, but Erica Spicer might be one of the most caring people Ive dealt with since I was diagnosed. I cannot express how much she has helped me.Unfortunately we moved out of state and I was terrified to find a new Dr...and I was right to be worried. I searched, called, begged and could not get anyone to hear my needs. Erica stepped in and made phone calls, talked to potential places to transfer my care and truly was my biggest advocate. Because of Erica, I was finally accepted into a new place for PM care. I am forever thankful. I know it says Lewis Pain but, they do much more than just treat pain they do injections, they treat Low T and many other things for both Men and Women. My rating of one is directed to the front desk checkin. During my visit, I was asked to compete the registration paperwork along with an I pad. As well, I was asked for my drivers license and insurance cards. While completing the checkin paperwork I was called to my appt. Unbeknownst to me I left my appt without receiving my DL or insurance cards. I did not realize until 10 days later and I was the one to have to precipitate the call to retrieve them.The receptionist indicated she tried to track me down while there for appt but couldn’t find me which indicates she knew I left them there.Normal good customer service would have called me the same day or at the very least the next day to retrieve them. Once there to pick them up I inquired why I was not called. The receptionist snidely said I should have called them, which I did and why I was there to pick them up. Appt was 2/8 and 6 days before the winter storm so weather can not be used as an excuse.Thanks for the clarification on whose responsibility customer service is.No way will I be returning.

I have never been more happy with a pain management group. Dr. Lewis has a wonderful bedside manner and the staff is the best around! Dr. Piersol is the best chiropractor I have ever had and knows her “stuff”. She takes her time with you and works on exactly what your aches and pains are that you say you have. I recently had a new procedure called Vertiflex, where small spacers are placed between the veribrae. Im the first to receive this procedure at Dr. Lewis office and it is amazing how much relief Ive gotten. After struggling with Lumbar back pain for years, I can say there is an amazing difference. Ive always been very pleased with my experiences at Dr. Lewis office. Dr. Lewis is top in his field as well as each and everyone on his staff. Dr. Jerry Lewis has been affiliated with me since 2006. I’ve had Bi-Lateral Knee, Neck, Shoulder (left and right) Foot (right & left) operations. Before doing a surgery, Dr. Lewis tries an alternative method with the Steroid injections, which helped me avoid surgery for a few years. I go to Lewis Pain Management one a month. I’m expected to bring the medication he prescribed for me so it can be verified. If you have any medication left, youmust bring it and the container you received it in so the PA can closely monitor the intake. Dr. Lewis hosted a seminar on the Boston Scientific Nerve Block Stimulator in the Fall of 2017. Dr. Lewis is so thorough with his patients. He had a speaker come that had the implant and answered our questions. I had one installed December, 2017 and it has helped me so much. Dr.Lewis staff is educated and professional. They treat each person with respect and dignity! India, Edith, Tracey, Harold, Jeanette, and Stephanie are always ready to make your visit pleasant. I live in Rowlett, TX, and there are other Pain Management Facilities much closer to me but I will drive the extra miles to the Lewis Pain Management facility located in Frisco because it’s worth it!!!! He adjusted the treatment at the third session to move the location up my spine to address additional pain that was hidden due to the intensity of the pain before. I have been seeing Dr. Lewis for a long time now. I’m quite happy with the services and relief he provides for me with my back pain. When I finally found out what was wrong with me and that it was not in my head. I was seeing another doctor, who I will not name, that made me feel stupid and ridiculous even though the surgeon he was associated with was great. I did not know a lot about my options. On my first visit with Dr. Lewis and his staff they never made me feel that my pain was not real. They were great about explaining my options and procedures and what to expect. They were there to help me. Dr. Lewis also made some adjustments that I feel are working well for me. Thank you to Dr. Lewis and his staff.

I have always been skeptical about chiropractic care as I have never had the experience and have always been in good health with regards to joints and movement. After being out of sports for a while, I have realized I don’t heal or have the same recovery as I used to have when I was younger. I injured my back and exacerbated a bulging disc. I was referred to Dr. Peirsol as an alternative to surgery. I have to say I am completely sold on her treatment! The office staff is extremely friendly and courteous and they are very accessible and convenient for appointment times. Two office locations in Frisco and Irving also is very convenient as I live and work between those two areas. I would definitely recommend Dr. Peirsol’s services for anyone with back or neck issues as well as helping to improve overall health and injury prevention if you are still into golf or other sports.

My Orthopedic Dr sent me to see Dr. Lewis for the compressed discs and pain that I had in my neck and shoulder. He was able to see my MRI and xrays and he knew that I had severe inflammation in those discs and nerves. He recommended a shot in my spine, and we moved forward with the procedure. Wow, it only took one shot for me, and my pain was completely gone, by the same evening of the procedure. Dr. Lewis is caring and competent and he has an office staff that is exactly the same. Everyone, was so kind, fun, and efficient. They answered my questions and helped me to fully understand the procedure and what to expect afterwards. I had complete confidence in his diagnosis and he came very highly recommended from my Orthopedic doctor and my physical therapist. I did not have good experiences with this office either. From the Medical Assistant Donna, who has discussed my protected health information in the lobby in front of other patients after I asked to ask Dr Lewis one question, immediately after I walked in to the waiting room to leave. Dr. Lewis doesnt see patients outside of an appointment. Excuse me? My appointment just ended 30 seconds prior and I only had 1 quick question. Donna declined letting me ask a question to Dr. Lewis and she spewed my business to the whole lobby, even after asking if we could discuss the matter privately. She has also failed to document changes in medications. The office manager Jennifer is unprofessional in dealing with (being charged a copay when my deductible was met). I left her a voice mail two days prior to her charging me, telling her I should not be charged as my deductible was met. She changed me anyway. It took numerous contacts and quite a bit of attitude to get a refund check. Also, Dr Lewis would tell me one thing about how my procedures would go and Jennifer would tell me another, insisting Dr. Lewis was not familiar with the process. Huh? Our relationship ended after Donna failed to document my notes for my visit correctly. Tracy was good at first, until the company she works for (Pinnacle or Dr. Lewis) started dictating how she could and could not practice medicine. Find another doctors office, there are more compassionate doctors and staff out there. India was the best thing about that office. If I could have dealt 100% with her, this office would have 5 stars.

After 24 years with various pain doctors, including a psycho who wanted to use me as a guinea pig, I finally have a doctor who is kind, listens, and actually helps. Chronic pain is a terrible thing and the last thing sufferers need is an arrogant, condescending doctor with the same kind of staff. Dr. Lewis and his staff are the complete opposite! All Staff is very professional. Makes appoint times and they do not make you wait forever like some places. I see the same staff every time been going for over a year so thats pretty rare. Couldnt be happier with the service.

This is a great office and they have really help me out with my pain. they are very knowledgeable and are quick to respond to my phone calls.

So I checked out the website got a call and was told to come in for a free evaluation to see if I wanted to become a patient.Sure great I came in wasn’t interested and now a $450 dollar bill!Boy was I surprised

Im a returning patient, it’s been 4 years & she remembers more about my previous treatment than I do! She genuinely cares & takes time to understand what you’re going thru. That’s a rarity in itself these days! I’ve seen a handful of chiros & never has any of them been as thorough as she is. If you want the best patient care & someone who is determine to find the best options for you choose Dr. Piersol. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Dr Lewis, Tracy, Harold, Teresa - all friendly, helpful & professional. Their up to date knowledge along with their caring attitude is just what patients need. They recently were able to tell me about a new “p-stim” treatment that has resulted in my taking les & less pain meds. I have more energy & don’t have as much pain!!! Yay !!! Thank you !!!

So far no a very pleasant experience. Waited 40 min and Dr Lewis saw me for about 5min total. Seemed to have little to no compassion for people in pain. Will see how my next appointment goes. One more chance then I’m out. These doctors are a dime a dozen. If they want to keep patients they should remind themselves of why they decided to be pain doctors.

Staff always keeps me informed about my pain management. They really care about the patient. They want to make sure that my pain is under control.

This review pertains to the performance of Harold, nurse for Tracy Castaldo, P.A.. Recently my insurance company required a pre-authorization (on something of a personal nature). I dreaded hearing that word, pre-authorization, because in the past getting something pre-authorized almost ALWAYS took a lot longer than it should have and was often very frustrating. But, thanks to Harold my latest pre-authorization was taken care of quickly and painlessly! Within 30 minutes of first notifying Harold that one was required, he called me back and said everything was taken care of. What a pleasant surprise!! In addition, Harold has always been courteous, respectful, caring AND he returns your phone calls!!I am glad Tracy Castaldo has a nurse who shares the same impressive traits she has; traits that set her apart!

Don’t go to him! Poor communication and freely gave out OxyContin. Would not return calls from my husband or primary care doctor.

Awesome--timely, friendly, professional; great staff--Harold and Tracey are exceptionally attentative and pleasant. I moved farther away but gladly drive the 40 miles to stay with Dr. Lewis & his staff!!!

Dr. Lewis did the ESI injections for me and they helped so much. However, I called the office to ask about a change in dosage of medication. They never documented the call even though they called me back. Then because of other serious medical conditions, another specialist of mine called a medication for pain. I DID NOT ASK for pain medication! Donna from Dr. Lewis office called me and was totally rude and accusing me that I am trying to get medication from multiple sources. I am appalled that any member of staff at any doctors office would feel it is ok to accuse people and treat them as though they are criminals. I will live without medication and be in pain. There is no reason to treat people badly.

The day after my injection for spine and hip pain and I am able to walk without s cane! Thank-you Dr Lewis and Staff! Thank-you nurse India.

Will let person leave the hospital with serious back surgery and not make sure that there pain is taken care of and does not care about approval for there insurance. But a great Doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Lewis office by my primary care. His office received my referral and never called for an appointment. When I called them to schedule I was told that my diagnosis of arthritis was not something they were willing to treat. I informed them that I had been waiting for almost two weeks for them to call since being seen by my PCP and asked why they had not called to notify me OR my PCP that they were unwilling to treat me and they said that was up to my doctor. They might not be 100% to blame (my PCP should know they are unwilling to treat arthritis) but since they seemed very unconcerned with a patient being in unneeded pain for two weeks I wouldnt recommend them.
