I was hesitant about going to Dr Bic based on the reviews but I can honestly say I’m so happy I did! After just a few weeks he has been able to fix what my old chiropractor couldn’t after months. I have stage 3 neck issues so I didn’t expect any type of overnight miracles but every adjustment I’m amazed at the results! I didn’t have any issues with wait times like some of the reviews said and overall customer service has been great!

I should have posted this a few years ago. Doctors Liebich (Dr. Bic) and K. are fantastic chiropractors. I hurt my back pretty badly loading and hauling furniture in my house, throwing a disc out. Very painful. I couldnt even stand up straight. Between Dr. Bic and a massage therapist, I was walking easily and able to stand up straight. Theyre great!

I am so happy I found this place! My spine is a mess and he has already got med feeling better. Got xrays and worked out a treatment plan to get me back where I need to be. I absolutely recommend if you are having problems, come see them.

My mother in law recommended Beyond for me when I was in major pain and could barely sit up straight or even drive for long periods. Dr. Bic got me lined out on the first trip and I have been making frequent trips to see him ever since. Staff is super friendly and it’s always a quick and easy to get in/out. My wife and I have recommended multiple friends to see him and everyone continues to thank us for pointing them in the right direction. 5 stars all the way!!!

I have been here for last 6 weeks and Dr. Liebich takes most care for his patients. Front desk staff, Jorge is also very friendly and helpful. Appointments and billing are handled very well, nice facility. I would recommend this place.

Dr. BIC and staff are amazing. They helped me with rehab after I had bicep repair and rotator cuff surgery. Rehab was tough but I knew that going in. They did an awesome job getting me rehabbed and back to normal. So thankful to Dr. BIC and his team.

Wonderful place. Im always in and out within 15 min. The staff is great. Dr. Liebich is super friendly and makes sure youre informed about the adjustments that need to be made. Love that I got progress x-rays to see how far Ive come. Definitely recommend this place.

They truly want to help others by teaching them how to take better care of their health. Very informed and educated. Overall a great experience!

I do not reccomend Dr. Bic at all!! I only went for a few visits and am now being bugged everyday numerous times saying I owe $1,200??! Um I think not!! Theres no way I owe $1,200 for my few visits with no results fyi didnt see any progress he would tell me I was better but no I got worse in time I would know.. I know he just told me was better since hes the owner he just wants to keep making money on me which is another thing I was told outta nowhere my monthly rate went up without telling me and outta nowhere smfh.. Wish I could leave 0 stars!! Dont waste your time or money there are way better places out there I know it!! Stay far far away!! Oh and I read somewhere it wont go on your credit until 2 years but thats not true its already on my credit and its barely been a year since I first went!!

Dr. Bic is an amazing chiropractor that has been able to maintain my complicated condition with a 360 lumbar fusion where others have failed. He is very receptive to patient inputs regarding individual treatment options ensuring a great experience. 4+ years as his patient with my entire family visiting for regular treatments. We are all better at the miracle of his treatments!

The best place to come to get your back fixed! I have been coming here about a year to a year and half and i wont go to anyone else! Dr. Bic will make sure you are taken care of!

Amazing!!! I occasionally have terrible sciatica pain and he not only fix the pain, but he found out my spine was out of line from pregnancy and that was the cause. He got it back into normal range and I have eliminated my pain. He’s so great with my toddlers too! They chuckle and laugh while he talks to them adjusting them. Highly recommend this office!!

Mark is awesome! I started going to Beyond Innovations Chiropractic at 20 weeks pregnant. He did an excellent adjustment job on my back, neck and hip bone during my pregnancy and had an incredibly easy labor! He even took time to teach about nutrition and educate each of his patients about foods, medicine, exercises, etc. Best part is, he is the most reasonable chiropractor Ive found! Ive had a wonderful experience EVERY TIME Ive visited. The staff and Dr. Liebich are warm, welcoming, and very caring. Although Im still a relatively new patient here, they all greet me by my name and talk to me like an old friend.Dr. Liebich is very knowledgeable and is really good at coming up with a personal plan to get you back on your feet.I enjoy my time there and feel much better when I leave!

The initial visits were great! I have very good insurance with a large HSA. I confirmed with front desk several times before receiving my first treatment that I was in network and my HSA would cover all the co-pays. They told me they confirmed with insurance and I was 100% covered. After going there for about 3 months, they then told me that they switched carriers and now my insurance wasnt covered. I told them I am not going to continue treatment with them if it is not covered. Then a few weeks later, I get a bill from a collection agency for $1200. I called the office and they said that it automatically gets sent. I have never heard of such a thing. I get a notice from a collections agency before i get an invoice from the actual office. Then they were rude and somewhat threatening when I tried to work something out with them.This is simply an FYI for anyone who considers using this facility. I felt taken, I was repeatedly lied too then shocked with a bill for things i never agreed too. This may be the way you guys run your business but it is a TOTAL SCAM.This should be illegal!!

I started coming to Dr Bic because he is able to take medicare insurance, and now recommend him to all my friends because he is able to give me more consistent relief than pain management injections without opioids or surgery! I look forward to adjustments that help clear the nervous system from spinal compression caused by everyday activity. Its not just a bandaid, it is consistent relief for all of my organ functions! Worst experience ever. He is definitely in it for the money. Three adjustments were $800?! Plus, the wait time is ridiculous, but they make you sit and watch a video and do “exercises” while you wait so it doesn’t feel so long. There’s also zero privacy, and I felt WORSE after seeing him. I was in a car crash and they said they would deal with the insurance. Instead they sent me to collections. 2 years later. 😡Luckily I found a different chiro that actually fixed me. I’m just now having to pay his ridiculous prices for his terrible adjustments for something over 2 years ago!!!!!

This place gives chiropractors bad name. Its not doctors office, but group exercise club. I have serious back problems and was looking for knowledgable chiropractor to help treat my condition, but was offer group sessions with participants sitting in the lobby on disc balance cushions following exercise video instructions....one size DOES NOT fit all.

I am re posting my review from last year after seeing the ridiculous one star by someone who OBVIOUSLY paid no attention to the clear instructions ALWAYS given when Dr. Bic explains his suggestion for a patients treatment plan, as well as provides several different payment options in writing which the patient signs as their agreement. In addition, I have never met anyone that is as generous and kind as Dr. Bic.....period. If someone decides not to follow a treatment or a payment plan THEY agreed to, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for it because it is on you. I mean COME ON....PFFFFF!If I could rate Dr. Bic with 1 gazillion stars it still wouldnt be enough! The honesty, care and concern shown by Dr. Bic is not the type of behavior you see in the medical field today! He is not only an amazing doctor, he is an amazing person.Dr. Bic was very thorough in my consultation. Dr. Bic provided me with clear and detailed information about my diagnosis and his proposed treatment plan. He told me what to expect and/or not to expect throughout every stage of my treatment plan. Dr. Bic provides the cost of his proposed treatment plan UP FRONT; PERSONALLY....He gave me the option of following his proposed plan, or choosing to do my own path. It was my choice...there were NO surprises. The only surprise for me was after seeing several chiropractors over my lifetime; Dr. Bic has been the only doctor who has made a difference!The exercises at the beginning of the visit are not to keep you busy until it is your turn...the exercises have a purpose ...these exercises help your muscles relax for your adjustment, as well as helps the adjustment last longer. Dr. Bic explains in great detail how performing these exercises before your adjustment and at home aids in your recovery.I thoroughly enjoy the educational videos Dr. Bic and his staff provide. These videos are just another example of Dr. Bics care and concern for his patients well-being. Dr. Bic and his staff are not making anyone watch these videos! The point of the videos is to provide us with sources of information that we may otherwise not come across. I am grateful for the care and concern Dr. Bic and his staff shows for his family of patients. The information within these videos has taught me how to live a healthier and safer life.So, THANK YOU Dr. Bic, Donna, Jorge and LaShelle for everything you do!

Our entire family has been going to Dr Bich for well over a year now and we have been absolutely thrilled with his knowledge and services.
