We had problems with another day care who couldnt handle an unruly four year old boy. I was called to their premises 15 straight days as they didnt know what to do. We moved our child to Childrens Lighthouse Frisco - Panther Creek. Our child is flourishing - - learning and playing without a problem. They have a staff that knows how to handle children of all stripes, which is not necessarily the norm. We were impressed enough, we put our infant daughter in their care - - debating whether to get a live in nanny for her. Again, the child is adapting well and loves to go to school.Their Executive Director, Kendra, is particularly strong and unflappable. 5 Stars!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this daycare center. They are super friendly and very professional as a staff. They go above and beyond to communicate with parents and above all else they make our kids better each and every day. They will love on your kids so much and your kids will love going to school there. You will not regret picking This location for your kid. The app is used every day by teachers so you are always getting pictures of your kids having a great time.

Our 4 year old son has been attending Childrens Lighthouse for coming up on a year now and it is by far the best daycare we have ever had the privilege of one of our children attending. Our son absolutely loves the staff and his friends there, all staff members are very friendly and keep us up to date on a daily basis on how he is doing. The school is very structured and is very nice for him to have a routine. he loves his preschool assignments in class and is always excited to do his homework once a week. he is always excited to wake up each day and go to school. I honestly feel this is by far the best daycare in the area! would strongly recommend Childrens Lighthouse to any parents looking for a Daycare/Preschool

My son has been attending Childrens Lighthouse Panther Creek since he was 5 months old. Every morning he is excited to go to school and is equally happy when we pick him up. I love that there are cameras in each classroom so that I can look in and see him happily playing with his friends. Everyone in the facility is very friendly and genuinely cares about the well being of the kids.

We love the Childrens Lighthouse! Our 16MO is so excited to go to school every morning. The Directors and Teachers here are so personable, and so incredible. Even at such a young age, our daughter is being taught an age-appropriate curriculum including sign language, animals, colors, numbers, etc. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for an awesome daycare.

Everyone on every part of the staff here is AMAZING. They have been the most helpful, easiest to work with, truly love their professions and it shows. I would recommend anyone I know looking for a daycare that cares about the kids going, to Children’s Lighthouse Frisco! My niece Zoie was here for a short time, but they made her first experience with daycare something to compete with. I am truly thankful for the front office staff, and her amazing teacher Ms. Jas 💕

We have been going to this location for over six months and we love it so much! We’ve tried other childcare options and it just didn’t fit our family until we came here.This location has such a friendly staff and group of teachers. We’ve even moved about 45 minutes away from this location and we still go here because our son has such a strong bond with many of the teachers, staff, and students here.The teachers put in effort to know the children and their needs and really truly give it their all to help and teach the children education fundamentals, manners, social skills and more.The staff as a whole is knowledgeable and respectful in what they do every day. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my son to grow and learn.I also have to give a big shoutout for room 2 and 3 for being so sweet and caring towards my son.Thank y’all so much for all y’all do!

We love this day care. Our daughter Addie has been there since she was 6 weeks old and is now 2 1/2 years old. She has thrived at this day care. Our other daughter, Nora is in the infant room presently. The care of the staff is exceptional. I especially love Ms. Khandan in the infant room since we have known her for many years. She made the transition with my infant girls so much easier knowing she cares about them like they were her own. The attention to detail from Ms. Vera allows me to feel confident with leaving my baby in her care. I could probably keep writing a list of each staff member who are wonderful but I would run out of room!The pictures and videos that are sent help me feel connected and are such a treat during the day. I know the owners work hard to hire good staff and keep the facility in top shape (always very clean).I know it can be a scary thing to entrust others with the care of your children so I hope this review helps others who are looking to enroll their children in a daycare.

I have a 1st grader and a 10 month old that both go to this location. I can honestly say that I have never been more at ease knowing my kids are in good hands. The director (Amy) and asst director (Allie) are such a fantastic duo and keep everything running so smooth and efficient. They are extremely observant and pay attention to details about each kid that walks through the door. They’re both so personable and it’s much appreciated from a parent standpoint.My oldest rides the afterschool care bus and it is a HUGE relief seeing that Amy and Allie PERSONALLY check off each kid as they get off the bus and they walk the bus to ensure no one is left. With all of the scary news stories about kids being left on the bus, I take comfort in knowing that they follow a specific protocol to make sure everyone is accounted for. Big kudos to Amy and Allie on this!I have personally gotten to know the infant and toddler room teachers and they without question love the kiddos as they are their own. Not to mention each and every teacher greets you with a BIG smile and are so excited to see your child. But the best part, is seeing how happy your baby is to see them too! Thats when you know theyre in good hands.I could not be more pleased with this staff, from room 1 all the way to room 10!

My daughter loves going to school every morning. At her previous daycare she would scream and cry as soon as we pulled up. Now she runs to the teachers gives them a big hugs and tells me bye bye. The teacher and staff are great! I am at ease leaving my child knowing she is in good hands. Children’s Lighthouse is great and I would definitely recommend them!

Great infant care. Our daughter started here at three months and it made the transition easy. The teachers are kind and helpful and the Tadpoles daily report app made it easy to not only see her routine and schedule but also to keep it consistent over the weekends, providing guidance to us as new parents in keeping a solid sleep/feed schedule.We provided milk and diapers and kept a few sets of a change of clothes in her classroom.The live feed, password protected web cameras are a great way to keep at ease should you be apprehensive about leaving your little one while you’re at work.

This is the best childcare facility on the Planet. All 3 of my boys have attended this school and they are very nurturing to all of their needs. We have emotional ties with this school as well. We lost our 14 month old son Parker, due to an unforeseen virus, suddenly. When I tell you, God used Childrens Light House in so many ways to comfort our family during that sensitive time. Everyone apart of the staff at that time attended the funeral, just to let us know that we were apart of their Light House Family, and that they loved my children as deeply as we do. Also Mrs. Stephanie was basically my rock, and she was there every time I needed her. Also every year in Honor of Parker, Childrens Light House host a Blue Balloon Release Ceremony on the anniversary day of his passing. For US this is a great choice. So If you are looking for a great childcare facility this is the best one in my eyes.

Can’t recommend Lighthouse enough. The staff there are awesome! They make me feel like family and that they truly care about my kids. They also recently started Parents Night Out, which allows parents some alone time if they can’t find a babysitter.

My daughter has been enrolled here since 3 months (they take them as early as 6 weeks) and is now 3 years old. The staff takes care of her and treats her with love as if she were their own. I have a strong relationship with the office staff and feel comfortable talking with them about any concerns or issues.There are classroom cameras with live stream available to parents (via private password protected site for each camera). Parent reports are submitted daily through an easy app called Tadpoles. You can access via phone app and/or email for daily reports, photos and videos, teacher notes and school updates. Its a great communication tool and makes it easy as a parent to stay connected.

Our son (age 4) and daughter (age 2) have been attending the Childrens Lighthouse in Frisco for one year now, and we are very pleased. The teachers genuinely love and care for the kids, and are happy to be there. Both of our children have flourished in their classrooms both socially and academically, and enjoy going to school to see their friends and teachers. The administrative staff is professional and has handled any issue brought to them with urgency and respect. We would, and have, recommend Lighthouse.

I’m making this review anonymous because my child(ren) still go here. This school is going down and it’s happening fast. There are very few good teachers left and so many good teachers have left. The bad ones are bringing down the good ones and making them hate their job. I’ve heard teachers spanking children and the director covering them and saying she will look into it and nothing happens, I’ve heard of multiple rooms. Some of the teachers curse in front of the children including the young ones. Half of them are always on their phones.The teachers are lazy minus a few of them. There are so many more issues that need to be addressed and this is just a few. State will be there soon and I will be pulling my children as soon as the school I’m looking into has open availability.

Words can not express how much Childrens Lighthouse means to me! My son had been in at home daycare for the first 2 1/2 years of his life. As a teacher I knew that it was time for him to be around more children and also start learning from a curriculum. After researching and visiting many different Frisco daycares, I found Childrens Lighthouse. You know when you get the feeling that something is just right? That is the exact feeling I got when I walked in! I was greeted by Stephanie with a smile. She talked to me and my heart was immediately at ease. She told me all abut the school. I took a tour and I fell in love a little bit more. The teachers were amazing, the facility was extremely well kept and the curriculum lined up with whats expected for students enrolling in Frisco schools. My oldest is now 3 1/2 and he blows me away daily with all of the different things he is learning. I also have a 18 month old, and the infant teachers have taken him under their wings and loved and nurtured like he was their own. My family and I are truly blessed to have found this amazing place. I now that when I leave my babies everyday that they are loved and taken care of! That in it self is the best feeling!

I LOVE THIS DAYCARE! My daughter is about to turn 2 and she has been going to lighthouse on Panther creek right after she turned 1 and I have no complaints. The staff is AMAZING, KIND and LOVING every teacher knows my daughter by name. The first week of taking my daughter to a daycare was hard, but what made it easy was how she was so excited to go everyday, the way the interact with the children is priceless. My son is 7 in second grade and through out his toddler years I could never find a daycare as good as this one for him. I feel very blessed that my daughter is loved by so many at lighthouse.

A day care is only as good as the owner. We have a 7 year old that went to 3 different day cares. All very bad for very different reasons but it all came down to the ownership. Most day cares are owned by business people and investors that only care about the numbers and income. This is the case with CL Frisco as well however the owner truly cares about your children and works with you if you need a more personal touch. We had a few issues come up that were fully resolved within a day and with genuine concern to fix the problems. Constructive criticism was welcomed and cared about not scoffed at. The teachers are all very nice and the front desk staff very professional and caring as well. Being a business owner myself I am shocked that someone else is as hands on and caring about not just the business but the clients needs and their families. They deserve to be full every day with that kind of care at the helm. We drove past 4 or 5 day cares to go to this one.

The staff at Childrens Lighthouse are exceptional! my daughter (age 4) has been there for over two years and LOVES it. she can count in English and Spanish, knows how to spell and write her name, (as well as anyone elses that she asks) and is always telling me how much fun she has with all of her friends. :)Not only does she have a great time, but Stephanie and staff have always been more than accommodating when it comes to the financial aspects of the business. You get what you pay for, and in this case I am more than happy with the investment in my daughters future. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area!

I absolutly adore this daycare, I highly recommend to anyone!! My son Emilio has been going here since 9months of age and now 16 months and he has been learning so much!! He adores his teachers and I love the attention and care they show each and every kid. They always remember who they are and keep you updated on everything. when choosing a daycare at first it can be scary but this location and staff has been absolutely amazing and always so sweet and inviting!! I thank them for always taking such amazing care of my son and all theyre kids, because while we parents are away at work theres no greater feeling knowing your children are in the best hands! we love and appreciate all the staff at childrens lighthouse, thank you for all that you do. 5 STARS!!

We absolutely love Lighthouse and could not be any happier! My 8 year old is in 3rd grade and we use it for after school and during summer break. My 3 year old is full time and has been since she was 12 weeks old. We have loved every class they have been in and can feel the love of each of the teachers. The front office staff is fantastic and I know I can call at any time if I want to check on my girls. The summer program is great and I love all the fun field trips they go on and still have the kids learning but in a fun way. I can not say enough great things about this place and will recommend it to anyone who asks!

Every teacher is warm and welcoming and I trust that they will care for my daughter the way I would, even when no one is looking. I love my daily updates and pictures and the open lines of communication with the staff.

After having a bad experience at a previous day care with our first born/only child, my husband & I were skeptical about day care at all. We call Children’s Lighthouse explained our situation and they made room for our son. Since he has been there the staff has been extremely nice, tenative, & alert to any changes with him. We love that they are hands on with the infants and very active. Our son comes home with an art project once a week, we get pics, & videos throughout the day, & having camera access is a bonus. We feel so much more comfortable with this day care we do not feel the need to watch the camera all day. Our son loves his teachers and never cries when we drop him off. We love this place! Not just a “babysitting” service.

Children’s Lighthouse Frisco has been an exceptionally positive experience for us and – most importantly – our son. Since transitioning from a local Montessori facility in January 2019, our son has absolutely blossomed here – personality development, social interactions, verbal/motor skills, intellectual curiosity, etc. After a short period of adjustment, he now looks forward to school – he genuinely loves his teacher (Ms. Rayza – asks for her even at home sometimes) and enjoys interacting with his classmates. Yes, there are days when he’ll whimper for 5 minutes when we get ready to leave him in the classroom, but the teachers do such a wonderful job of giving him a little comfort/distraction, that he’s quickly doing activities with classmates. On some days, we have to coax him to leave the classroom when we pick him up – that’s how much fun he is having. We love that the curriculum includes a wide variety of activities, including character and social skill-building. Words/phrases like “please”, “thank you” and “nice to meet you” are now a routine part of our son’s vocabulary. It is quite clear to us that this curriculum is yielding results for our son, and he’s learning in a safe, caring environment.All of the center’s staff are incredibly personable, engaging and thoughtful. Ms. Amy (Director) and Ms. Heather (Asst. Director) always make themselves available for questions/concerns – we are thankful for how welcome they’ve made us feel since day one. We appreciate the flexibility to pay tuition weekly and ability to use a credit/debit card via POS terminal – autopay is also available – basically, it’s nice to have payment options.Our path to Children’s Lighthouse Frisco was an unexpected one; however, it has led to a truly enriching experience for our son, and we are so happy that his care, safety and education are in the hands of these exceptional teachers and staff.

So you can imagine with all our different personalities it can be a difficult to find one place that fits the bill. Well, I have to say Childrens Lighthouse Frisco does just that. Our family has been treated as individuals, and the owner and staff have been flexible in accommodating our special needs. I know it sounds cliche, but the teachers and staff really care about our kids. And above all that is most important to us.
