Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable of their position the doctor was very receptive to my need . It was a great experience and I recommend them fully.

This is most efficient doctors office I have ever visited. After you make an appointment they send you a link via text. You fill out all of your personnel information ahead of time. When I got to the office on appointment day I did not touch ONE piece of paper. I never had that happen before. Great job to the staff. Dr. Shah was awesome!!

It is very weird & unfortunate & unsatisfactory that Dr Rishin Shah does not find time or feel appropriate to discuss the report with the patient.A Nurse or NA discussing Cardiology Report is highly unsatisfactory!!Upon request - the Dr still does not call to discuss the reports👎

My appointment was scheduled for 3:30, as soon as I checked in I was bought back by Stephanie. The most kind compassionate nurse we have met in some time. We have utmost respect for all in the HealthCare Industry. However sometimes they get so disconnected they just basically look at our charts and take our vitals and go on. Not Stephanie...She was so professional but with a caring heart. Then Dr Shah walks in and Im am blown away by how youthful he looks! He jokes back saying he just turned 18. It puts both me and my husband at ease. He explained every question we asked in laymen terms so we could understand. I highly recommend this practice. From the front office taking my info (first visit) to the back, Stephanie and Dr Shah hopefully due to my condition I wont have to return after after more testing done. But if I do me and my husband can be rest assured they have our best interests at heart.

The first experience I had at Dr. Shah’s office was with his nurse. She is totally totally awesome and really put me at ease!!! Next I met Dr. Shah and found out that he is totally awesome also!!! He was sooo nice and didn’t rush me through my appointment. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Shah!!!

I was impressed at the professionalism and ease that was afforded me while in their care. The staff was polite and personable taking time to explain their actions and the procedures that were/ or going to preformed giving me a better understanding.

Dr. Shah is a wonderful doctor, he explains every thing to you in a way that is easy to understand and he is very compassionate. His staff is very nice andtakes care of the patient.

Dr Shah, proactive, attentive and a lifesaver. While the details are private, I can say without hesitation. My initial visit to Dr Shah, has given me a truly different perspective on life. Dr Shahs professional insight is something I as his patient will forever treasure. His staff in their respective roles and responsibilities were too contributing factors in my recovery as well as treatment.

Got me in very quickly, professional tech, I wish I could remember her name. I wonder when we’re going to be able to do cardio grams on our phone. 🙂

I am VERY pleased. Great appointment notification and management, easy to complete on-line forms, wait and office staff care about me and are friendly, and Dr. Shah is just the best!

While I like Dr. Shah, this location was not up to par. I understand sharing spaces with other practices, but it is too small and not enough seating for all the patients. Additionally, I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time before being brought into a room to only be kicked out after 5 minutes so another patient could be brought in. I overheard a nurse/assistant say to another patient they had to kick someone out. Im sitting right in front of the door, that was open, so I saw and heard the person who said it. This was the same person who chewed out my nurse/assistant for accidentally taking an extra room. I could see the embarrassment on his face and he even apologized to me. They were loud and in my opinion unprofessional for saying that, essentially making me feel uncomfortable. Lastly, when I was finally brought back to another room after another 10 minutes, the room wasnt clean or prepared. In all, I would have appreciated being told the doctor was running behind and not feeling uncomfortable the whole time waiting.
