Started getting lashes again after covid. I am very picky and dont like my eyes to get irritated. I also dont want to pay a bunch of money for eyelashes that last 5 days.. This place made that dream come true. They take the time to make sure I am happy with results and check almost every time a few days after my apt to make sure I liked my results! It is expensive but they are on schedule, very thorough and convenient, plus the eyelashes are good quality and the glue actually works!! Haley does an amazing job and is very professional! The senior stylist is amazing too. Pretty sure everyone that works there does an awesome job. I took the time and found the best place for me!

I got a full set of hybrids with Allie and she was awesome! She was quick and professional. She sat down with me and did a full consultation to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was the best feeling to open my eyes and see my perfect lashes. I will definitely be coming back!

I got my lashes lifted on 8/7/2021. I am just now writing this review because I was really upset and needed to take some time. The service seemed to go well and quickly while I was there but unfortunately for me, I awoke the next day with pain on my right eye with a spot and it was getting larger. I went to the eye Dr. Immediately (having to leave work) on Monday but he decided I would be better off seeing a dermatologist. I was able to be squeezed in on Tuesday (again having to leave work) and the dermatologist diagnosed it as a bacterial staph infection. I had to be on antibiotics and an ointment... and the kicker? I was leaving on my honeymoon the coming weekend. I was devastated. The management apologized and gave me my money back however I never heard from the technician herself and I wasted more money and time on Drs appointments. All in all it was a terrible experience for me and I could never go back due to cleanliness concerns.

Haley always does the best lashes I’ve ever had. She knows exactly what I want each time! Would definitely recommend! Always turns out perfect, and never have any issues! 🤍🤍

After going here for almost nine months, I think this place is great, BUT they pricing is way over charged since they limit based on the lashes given for each refill. And I have to get them refilled every two weeks and sometimes, they still need a refill within a week. The girl who does my lashes is amazing, so its not her as I have been getting them done for many years now. Its the minimum amount of lashes they allow per refill. I am starting to look elsewhere.

Shania did a lash lift and tint on my eyelashes. She did such an amazing job! I love that she was incredibly gentle as my eyelashes are very sensitive. I definitely recommend her!

Moriah did my lashes for my first ever extensions as well as my second time today. This whole business is so warm, welcoming, and professional. Moriah is a basic standard lash tech, yet does an absolute perfect job every time !! would definitely recommend for anyone who’s never done extensions. They make sure they’re giving you exactly what you want all while being fun and lively during the process.

Moriah was great. It was my first time ever so I left it all to Moriah and she didn’t disappoint. I don’t know if it’s a requirement or not, but she was very calming which made the whole experience comfortable. Definitely dozed off and twitched a dozen times ;)The process was completely pain free and was done before I knew it.It was clean and temperature was great, the beds were comfortable, the whole atmosphere was great.Will be going back for sure.

Up until recently I’ve had good experiences here but about 2 weeks ago Jasmine did my lash lift and my lashes look terrible!! I felt like she was rushing and didn’t do a proper job, they looked longer going in then they do now even after washing them to help relax the lashes. They are completely fried, going in all different directions and extremely over curled.. the underside of my lash touches my eyelid because the curl is making almost a complete circle. Putting on mascara is a pain and makes it look like spider lashes even got a new tube thinking maybe mine was just dry. I don’t wear a lot of makeup and mascara is all I really do so I’m super upset that they look like this. I definitely will not be back. I will say Eva had been trying to fix them from someone else over curling them and leaving the solution on too long and she did a great job and they looked and felt healthy, but as for the other I’m extremely disappointed.

Eva is a dream! She is seriously amazing! My lashes hold for at least 2 weeks if not 3. I will never use another lash artist. ❤️

Marissa is amazing! The staff are so kind and helpful! I seriously never do cosmetic stuff until now. I love this for my “me time”. The owner is so great. The cost is reasonable and the month to month is a fantastic. It include 2 fills per month and 10% off other items. I just got their cleanser sealant and eye liner for a great price. Linda does brows too so it is a great one stop shop that way you can skip the makeup!

I went to The Lash Lounge to get my brows threaded. I’ve recently moved to the area and I’m searching for a new brow threader. The Lash Lounge was very nice and everyone there was friendly. However, the brow threading service I received was not the best. The lady who provided my service did a horrible job. It didn’t seem as though she was an experienced eyebrow threader. She used tweezers more than she threaded. My brows were very uneven when she finished. I would not go there again for the threading service.

Jasmine did a fantastic job with my hybrid lashes and lash threading/tinting. She took her time and I was very happy with the results. Also the staff is also very friendly and helpful!

I have been going to The Lash Lounge Frisco - Starwood for almost two years. I have a membership for the volume fills every two weeks. I love the quality of the lashes. They look natural with a pop of WOW. I have my lash extensions done by Ava, senior stylist (she is like an artist that does lashes). She cares about the health of my lashes which is a plus because other place that I have went to could care less. Ava does an amazing job. So amazing I do not need to wear much eye makeup. The good thing about having an expert to the extensions is that youll assured you are in good hands! Also, I feel safe having my lashes done at The Lash Lounge Frisco - Starwood during this crazy time of COVID-19. The staff takes every safety precaution for their clients, from taking temps and having you sanitize you hands when you walk in. Each Stylist has to fully disinfect and sanitize their station after each client. The doors are locked so there are no walk-ins, service is only by appointment. You call the salon when you arrive for your appointment to let them know you there. The receptionist will call and let you know when your stylist is ready for you (after everything is sanitized and disinfected). Everyone is required to wear masks at all times. I highly recommend The Lash Lounge Frisco - Starwood for your lash extension and the many other services that the salon offers. You will not be disappointed!
