The whole process today was straight forward and easy. I felt very comfortable with Dr. K, Dr. A (anesthesiologist), Kelci, and the nurses. I had my surgery liposuction and tummy tuck May 10, 2021 and my drain was taken out May 19,2021 which was only 9 days. The average time-frame for drain should be 2 to 3 weeks the longer the better found that out from a team of plastic surgeons. I was rushed to the hospital because my navel started to drain like crazy any temperature rushed to 103.8 with my body having crazy cills. Not knowing its all connected. Got to the emergency tool at the va hospital they rushed to care for me to get my fever down. Did a cat scan and took blood work. Prior day Friday I went to the emergency room for the same think I was given antibiotics and sent home fever was 100.1 called Amber she wasnt concerned just make appointments for Monday 11:30. But I got worse overnight. So the doctor start doing xrays and cat scans with dye and there they identify what the doctor had done they found the 2 big pockets of which were infected and were causing so much pain and putting my life in danger . The doctor explained how this happened in a surgery and the bottom line the end result falls on the surgeon doing his job properly which he didnt causing me all this pain and me almost losing my life. Paying so much money and for a doctor to show no empathy or concerns while you are laying in a hospital bed. Taking your money to live their lavish lifestyle and having no conscience. But leaving feedback that are truth will let new patients know who this doctor really is. I requested 1/2 my money backbut that didnt seem fair to them because I signed a contract. But with every contract there is a loop hole. I will find it.!

I have been going on my weight loss journey for about three years now and I finally hit a point where I was ready for some cosmetic surgery.Dr. K and his staff welcome me with open arms.March of last year I had a breast lift with 650cc implants under the muscle.I was “that patient”!!!!I went in for a consultWith no prior knowledge of any implants of any kind ...no knowledge towards any type of cosmetic surgeries. I had my virtual consultation for breast implant exchange (previously done in Miami)with Dr Kratschmer 07/06/2020. He is very detail oriented. He listened to all my concerns and explained what he recommended implant wise. He also explained the difference between silicone and saline (currently have saline). He was very knowledgeable in breast augmentation . Look forward to having surgery mid—late September.

The entire process from beginning to end was terrific. Let’s start with the office, to begin with, the office staff. When I initially decided that I wanted a tummy tuck, I researched several plastic surgeons. When I contacted Dr. Kratschemers office, the initial interaction was so professional. Kelci and Amber answered every question that I had and scheduled my consultation. Okay, now let’s talk about the doctor; when I went in, he was very patient, informative; not once did I feel rushed. He recommended what he felt was best and safe for me at the current time. He was not going to do anything that would hinder my health or recovery. So we scheduled! Pre-op day, Kelci went over everything that I needed as far as my procedure and was very detailed. Surgery day, nurses and anesthesiologist were very professional; they put me at ease. Recovery has been excellent, it had its ups and downs, but I can ask a million questions and will get a response. Not to mention the 24 hour Facebook page! I give this place one million stars!

I went in for my consultation everybody was extremely nice and professional. When he evaluated me you could tell that he really cared and wanted the best for me. I highly recommend going to this doctor not only is he a fordable but extremely kind and professional and definitely not money hungry. I had other concern is that I thought needed attention and he told me not to worry about it that I didn’t need it, and I’m only doing my arms. Now that is a class act professional!

Run as far as you can from this office. The play nice until they get your money or get you for the first procedure. The doctor does not do his best job the first time leaving you to come back for more with phrases like “this is an easy fix” I can fix it no problem. His wife is rude, tells you things off the top of her head that she thinks sound good, hangs up in your face, never responds to emails, and they do not return calls for 2-3 days. The doctor never looks at your chart before going in the room so you can go for a follow up and he will try to guess what he did and be completely WRONG and ask you “how long has it been?”. If you tell them you are not happy they quickly dismiss you and doctor walks out the room to never be found until you leave. Reviews are also left many times before one has had surgery. The main reason there are many positive reviews is because they offer a discount or free services. Check their website under their Elite program and it says “leave two reviews on two different platforms”!!! Do your research ladies!!

Ive gone to the facility and experienced a procedures on my upper abs. The physician was extremely professional, the facility is JUST AS OR IF NOT CLEANER than any other surgical center Ive visited. Im TOTALLY satisfied with the work completed, this was the CORRECTION OF ANOTHER BOARD CERTIFIED PHYSICIANS WORK. Corrections are always difficult but Dr. K. did a MAGNIFICENT job! The prices were reasonable and the work is top quality. I would highly recommend the establishment. In conclusion, the staff shouldnt be penalized for possibly having a bad day; we all have bad days. The bottom line is its about the physicians work and the results of your procedure. The staff members arent my friends, Im there to receive quality service in a professional environment. I went to my consultation on May 7,2018, I was nervous but after I met with Dr. Kratschmer I felt better. He explained my options and concerns. I felt safe and the next day I scheduled my procedure. also Amber and Kelsey are very nice and helpful. Kelsey helped me in applying for financing and if you qualify, they offer 24 month interest free. My surgery is scheduled for June 14,2018.

The staff and Dr. K are all nice and helpful. All very knowledgeable about what to expect before and after surgery. I felt so comfortable from day one with all of them there. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of surgery. I will use Dr. K in the future again if I have anymore surgeries.

Dr Kratschmer was so nice and made me feel comfortable. He really took his time with me and was so personable. His office staff were very helpful and super sweet. I have my procedure in May and will update on my experience!!
