If I could give Zero i would do it! the worst experience I had. My Wife H Kaldas went for routine cleaning as shown in her dental insurance . a friend recommended this dentist. when she went, They charged the $15 for the X ray and the cleaning. plus $20 for what they called personal equipments.after doing the x-ray and the exam, they refused to do the cleaning which is the purpose of the visit. I called my Insurance, they confirmed the FRAUD. I made a complain against them.Ill advise every body NOT to use this unfaithful facility in the future. 😡😤

Great place, brand new state of the art office. Awesome staff starting from the girls in the front to the assistants in the back and lets not forget about the Doctors. Dr saeedi is by far the best doctor I’ve had, I highly recommend this office.

The Staff is the greatest. They all have such a great attitude and make you feel at ease through every step from evaluation, planning the course of action, and completion. Dr.Behnaz first worked on my bottom teeth 14 years ago and now working on top, she is easy going , but the best professional Dentist I have ever met. There arent enough words to describe how awesome each staff person is with each client, they make you feel like part of their FAMILY. They should get 10 STARS in my book.

The staff is super friendly but what’s really important to me is the work of the dentist. Dr Saeedi does phenomenal work. I’ve had a filling and a temporary crown so far. Still waiting on the final crown to come in. Flossing after the filling is smooth. The temporary crown is sturdy and comfortable. Most importantly I’ve experienced no pain during any of my visits! I highly recommend Dr. Saeedi and her staff to take care of your smile!

Great service! The doctors are incredibly sweet, and the front desk staffs are continuously willing to work with my time. I feel so welcomed and comfortable to be there. They are so honest, loyal, and hard-working people I have ever met. If you ever a bad experience at the dentist, they will change that experience for you. They are so thoughtful it is unreal. I 100% recommend them!

My wife and I have seen Dr. Saeedi for 20 years. She is absolutely the best, as is her staff. She follows through on all of her dental work. In fact, when I first went to her, it was to correct a botched root canal that a different dentist had done. She fixed that problem and so I had her fix my front veneers that had gotten really destroyed by another doctor as well. She doesnt just sit you in the chair and begin work. She talks you through the procedure and makes sure you truly understand what shes performing. Her staff works their best to work with your insurance (or no insurance) in order to make your visit less expensive. I have checked around to compare prices and customer service just out of curiosity - and Dr. Saeedi (Dental Gallery) wins hands down. My wife and I have taken our children to her office since they were born as well, and they are not scared of the dentist like most kids would be. I took my mom here for the first time and Dr Hudson helped her with getting her dentures. The staff is amazing too.

They are very friendly and professional. I had some questions about a treatment plan, and they took a lot of time to clarify and explain the procedure. Dr. Saeedi has a very calming and friendly demeanor. She also has a very light hand which is a big plus for a dentist!

I was searching for dental office in my area for my family and found Gallery dental last month. My wife and my son have had work done by Dr. Saeedi . She has been very informative, she is patient, professional and sensitive to your needs. She also very focused and desires to make sure things are done properly the first time. Ive never seen a dentist office who gives you a list of exams needed before they even look at you face, also the blond hair lady in the office was so rude and impolite when it comes to payment. If you are not able to help the patient and understand their situation why you work there? she wanted me to pay for X-ray which was free based on my insurance company when I called them later and its not even a copay!!!! I asked her to call my old dentist to get my Xray instead, she answered, they will not send it as digital, so why you dont take time and call the other dentist in order to help the patient? Ive had a bad experience there and will never go to those people

One of the worst office and doctor that I had ever visited. The x-ray technician is super rude, she doesn’t care if you are in pain that you couldn’t open your mouth, she will repeat the x-ray over and over and over without hurting herself to help you get into comfortable position. I was seen by Dr Hudson, and she is without hesitation the most blunt doctor that I had visited ever. She made fun of me when she read on my files that my family has cancer, heart attack and diabetic, she didn’t even believe that I have three autoimmune disorders. She started looking to the nurse and make faces with her. I didn’t know that you suppose to be healthy to visit a dentist!!! I made appointment with a specialist anyway to do a root canal, and the appointment was after a month. A week before that appointment, I started receiving calls, voicemails and message from the office that it is so important to confirm my appointment because the doctor is booked. I called and confirmed the appointment. Therefore, a day before the appointment they called me saying that the specialist has a family emergency, and they want to reschedule me on Saturday! Saturday doesn’t worked for me, so the lady on the phone was not happy that my life doesn’t work on their schedule. Unbelievable rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The office was clean and tidy, the ladies upfront were welcoming and kind, Dr.Davis was the doctor who performed my wisdom teeth extraction and was awesome. Dr. Saedi is heartwarming and made me feel comfortable. The assistant that worked on the extraction with Dr.Davis was kind and made the situation more calming. All in all Dental Gallery is a wonderful dental location.

I had a pleasent experience twice. Once with a root canal and once with a crown. Dr saeedi and her team were great. Received a phone call the day after just to check on me. Front office was very knowledgeable and helped me through my insurance troubles and were so kind.

I had a much needed appointment with this dentist that was on the books for two weeks, they called me a few times. First was to change it from 9 am to 11 am. Then they called me again to tell me my insurance was not active anymore and asked if I would be paying in cash. I told them no, I needed to cancel and get my insurance stuff sorted through. Then 30 minutes later they called me back to tell me my insurance was fine, but I couldn’t reschedule the appointment because they were now closed that day. They lied to me to get my appointment cancelled so they could have the day off.Also, NEVER get your wisdom teeth removed here. They removed all four of mine while I was AWAKE, and the man who does the procedure isn’t very empathetic towards the experience you’re going through.

My three boys have been getting dental care at Dental Gallery for over 2 years and receive the best care possible. The staff and Dr. Saeedi are the best!!

I liked the staff, the convenient location and most of all Dr. Saedi. I felt i could trust her, she didnt overwhelm me by two many unneeded procedures unlike other practices that i have been to before. She was honest with me, she put my interest first instead doing unnecessary work. Shes friendly so is the staff there. I got in easily so did my son when he needed help. I read the other two reviews and seems like they saw a different male doctor. I advise them to come back and try Dr. Saedi. Theyll change their minds for sure

Im going to say that after leaving this dentist office i felt heart broken and nervous, discriminated against as a hispanic female. I wont say his full name but it starts with mr.D ends with is! I would give this place no stars! The ladies behind the counter and helping the denist are nice and great but that denist is just racist and judgemental in your health biss that he has no biss in the first place, he says the most out of line things and comments. I highy recommend that u dont come here. And if your hispanic/mexican or any other type of latain culture run!

I had a terrible toothe ache and swollen gums couldnt hardly eat because of pain called at 4:00 on Thursday afternoon left a message about my pain and needed a appointment on Friday!They didnt even call me back even though I left my name and cell number!Cant wait to change my provider.
