Ive been seeing Dr. Strait for years now. She is amazing and so relatable. My children see Dr. Mundy and have so much more resilience and can identify their emotions in ways that are far beyond what I was capable of at their age. These therapists are truly transforming lives and helping people live their best lives.

I have been seeing Dr. Mundy (Jules) for a couple months shy of three years. She is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable therapist, but also one of those people that light just seems to always be around her. Her space is a safe space that allows me to be very comfortable and vulnerable. Through the years I have developed a self love and confidence in myself thanks to the guidance of Dr. Mundy. She is very casual and has the best, like Tina Fey good, sense of humor. This is one of my favorite things about her because it allows the space to be equal. Where as in some places it can be Dr to patient, here it’s human to human. Really smart human. Jules communicates coping mechanisms, behaviors, and different practices in a way that is understandable and relateable, and if something isn’t understood she is patient with me and can communicate it effectively in another way. I can sincerely say i have zero complaints. Jules is a genuine person that cares about people and it shows in her work. She has made my life an enjoyable life and i’m very grateful for her. I would reccomend her time and time again. 10/10 stars if I could!
