Hello Everyone,I visited this spa on Saturday(sep 11 2021). Appointment was at 5pm, there was only one person who was doing nail service, so I had to wait until 5:30pm. At 5:30pm I got my underarm, eyebrow,upper lip and chin waxing done. The experience was sooo bad, underarm waxing was so painful, stylist was in a hurry so she didn’t even bother to know how was I feeling, stylist was from Vietnam, ( guess her name was Hoatam nguyen)she was just hurrying things, when she was doing my brow wax in a hurry she even dropped wax on my eye(thank god I was closing my eyes), later she said she is not going to accept card. She said only cash or transfer through zelle. She charged me 74$ for this service and she was telling 8$ for service fee. I asked her price on website is different so she replied price varies without any notice(that is what website says) and also said that prices go up baby.I mean they should at least have some sort of of details with updated price right, after I transferred she never gave any receipt(so it means they won’t pay any tax) is this how they run their business? I come home and see that she has chopped off my left eyebrow edges(that’s gross) I even texted her saying so but she never bothered to reply. I know that salons were closed during covid but I mean they can’t cheat customers for that correct?

I love going there. Tam and Abby are great. Tam always wants to make my nails look so good. She takes her time and can always get me in. The massages are just awesome.

My daughters and I got pedicures for my birthday. Time went fast and they were very attentive and thorough. It had been over a year since my last pedi so I gave them something to work on. We appreciated to delightfulness of the owners that worked on us.

Gave it a 3 star because Abby was awesome, she is really sweet and put all her energy and effort into what shes doing. On the other hand, Tam always rush things, paid $20 for a minicure that consisted of nail clipping and cuticle trimming. She is very pushy as well if you go to get one thing done she tries so hard to get you to do other things too. I wouldnt recommend a facial as it is very basic, it includes face wash and moisturizer for $65, its super expensive and was very painful also done by tam. But Abby did a great job with the massage and hair treatment.

While the staff was friendly, I feel that they need to be clearer on the prices associated with the additional services that are offered while manicures and pedicures are being done. Also, a service guide with prices should be made available. While I did agree to services provided, I would have said no if I was made aware of the pricing. Felt a little unknowingly up charged.

Me and my friend didn’t like how our nails came out looks nothing like the photo we showed. The long ones were $70 and the short ones were $60 they said they were long even though they weren’t she kept on making them shorter she cut us multiple times the last photo was we asked for .

Do not go here!! This was probably the worst manicure experience we have had. They were very friendly when we first got there, but we soon realized this was the only semi decent part of the service. They would not listen to anything we had to say about what we wanted and just did whatever they felt like, so our designs were not at all what we showed them. They pushed dip on us at the beginning, then did a horrendous job doing it. The entire time she was complaining about how terrible the product was and obviously it’s not her fault. The nails were uneven, unclean, and see through. She dipped some nails over and over again, with some only once so they don’t even look consistent. She cut our cuticles really short causing several to bleed. She also kept complaining and getting genuinely mad that we weren’t relaxing our fingers while providing us with the least relaxing environment because she was rushing and complaining non stop. Overall, it took 2.5 hours to do the worst job I have had, leaving all of us incredibly angry and unsatisfied.

I walked in without an appointment and Abi was super friendly and helpful. The spa was clean and inviting. Will definitely be going back.

I had one of the best pedicure today at this place. The guy who did it for me gave me amazing massage. He was friendly and clean. I found my salon.

I had facial, eyelash extensions, waxing, manicure, she ripped my skin while she doing my facial, for the waxing still have some hair left, eyelashes extensions i was trynna tell her what kinda size i wanted and she told me it’s customize and she put Unnoticeable eyelashes for 150 I couldn’t take it so I said I don’t want it, i always do my eyelashes and never seen like this i always choose the size i want, she was like the other places are not professional but I am, which makes me feel so Frustrated and so mad, my nails was very simple, it used to be 55 she said 75 and I refuse so she told me the total is with the manicures, and she charged me for the manicure another 60 without telling me since she said 75 for nails and manicure, this place is so unprofessional, i never leave a review, specially bad one but trust me it’s not worth it, she was literally trying to get me to do whatever she wants and agreed with her choice,

Got my 11 year old daughters nails done for her birthday for the 1st time. She received the organic dip nails. Not sure how long this will last It has only been 5 days and a few of her nails are loose already. Overall I thought it was pretty expensive, In her design that she picked out there was red left in the glitter nails which was not supposed to be included in her design. My daughter stilled enjoy getting her nails done, Due to her never having the experience. There was only one person in the shop and she had multiple jobs to get done so she did stop multiple times to take care of other clients in between doing my daughters nails.. The nail Tech was very nice though and the atmosphere was good. So she still enjoyed herself..

I am from PA, here for work. I stopped here to get a full body sugar scrub treatment since I had never had one. I really wanted a massage. Tampa was wonderful and took her time scrubbing me down, and it even includes a massage so it was a win win for me. I went back for a full body massage the following week because she is so good. I wish I could take her home..

This is my favorite spa! It’s super cute, and the service is superb. Tam is very meticulous. My lashes, brows, and nails are always on point! I recommend this spa 100%!

I worked closely with Tam at Enhance Beauty and Spa to host an event for my business. She was extremely communicative and helped set up a great time for all of our guests. Everyone had glowing things to say, and I would highly recommend working with them in the future.

I came in to check out this new salon in town and it turned out to be a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and the salon was beautiful. They also offer a variety of services, which is so convenient. I can get most services done in one place. One of the best salons Ive been to in a while. I got my eyebrows waxed and eyelash extension done and Im very happy with the results. Tam who was the salon manager did a wonderful job. I had many compliments from friends and co-workers. I would highly recommend checking it out.

Rosie is HILARIOUS and does amazing acrylic nails quickly. She has a very sharp sense of humor, and is great at picking out good colors. This place is so clean and well kept. Tam dyed and shaped my eyebrows better than anyone in a salon has, ever before -- she achieved a perfect arch. She is such a sweetheart and this is my go-to place. They try very hard to make a connection with their customers and remember you when you come back. This place is the best.

I debated if I wanted to leave a review because Tam and the man that was assisting her were very nice and kind. However, I was left with ripped skin on my eyebrows and upper lip. And its painful. I went into the spa for a facial and was persuaded into getting my eyebrows and a manicure done.The beginning of the facial was relaxing and smooth . However, when it came to the other part of the facial , the deep exfoliation, it was rather painful. Tam, was a little to rough. This being my fitst facial and not knowing what to expect, I thought it was normal until I Googled if microdermabrasion was painful and I was informed that its not supposed to be.Fast forward to the waxing of my eyebrows and upper lip. Which also stung and burned but I thought it was due to me just getting a facial. Until I woke up with the scabs underneath eyebrows and my upper lip where my skin had been ripped off. Two days later and it is still very painful where my skin was ripped off.I really wanted to like this place and return for beauty services (again Tam was very sweet and nice) but my experience wasnt the best. I went in to be pampered for self care and walked out with terrible eyebrows and scarred skin on my face.

The only reason they get a 3 is because the guy who works there does amazing work and treats us right! I went in for my moms birthday to get her pedicure and nails done ! everything was going so well until about half way in the lady was being rude to my mom about her pedicure I told her at least 3 times it was our first time there. She didn’t take her time w my moms pedicure and would constantly roll her eyes! When we moved on to her powder nails she rudely grabbed my moms arms and throw them to the side while making faces no no no will never be back there only reason we went was to redeem her birth certificate she had gotten as a present!!

Tam is a perfectionist, and does not rush through her appointments. She makes sure you get every pennies worth. The prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. Tam is also hilarious, I find myself laughing at her comments throughout the appointment. I have had two dip manicures (which were flawless), and a full (volume) set of lashes. The lashes took a very long time because she literally attached an extension to every single one of my own lashes. The outcome was amazing. She took before and after photos and the difference is unbelievable. I will definitely be back. My first visit she tried selling more services (I completely understand why), but the second time around she did not which I appreciate because I dont like feeling uncomfortable or having to say no. I recommend setting up an appointment with her. Gabe is also really funny.

This place is very nice on the inside, very professional atmosphere. I came in for a wax and Tam provided the service. She is very nice, friendly, and takes a lot of pride in providing quality service. I will definitely become a regular customer.

I went in about a month ago for my birthday weekend. I went in off a Groupon, so I was checking the place out. The establishment is very nice and clean. It also gives a very calm and relaxing environment. I was on a time crunch due to an interview that I had while getting my gel manicure and pedicure Tam who was my technician who by the way did an amazing job! She made sure that I could get out on time and that the application was perfect. She did up sell to me different services which I liked because I didn’t know what they have to offer. Yes it gets overwhelming at times but I walked out with eye lash extensions which I am in LOVE with!! They were the best decision and Tam does an amazing job. I have gone back to get them filled and will continue.

I brought my daughter to get a full set. Right before they were going to paint the lady said that she had to get Gel polish even though when we first walked in I stated that I just wanted her to get regular nail polish. She said she had to get gel because she got a full acrylic set. So i said to not even paint them and I would at home. So she charged me $40 for the bare set. I tried to explain that a full set is 30 and the shape is 5 so that equals $35 but she insisted that I owe $40 for not getting any paint. So I paid it and left. I never try to rip people off but also dont appreciate being ripped off.

The stylist was very helpful and friendly and helped me to decide which best color highlights to go for. I absolutely loved what she did and will 100% be going back to her.

I had a great experience for my first visit to Enhance! The ladies were very welcoming, friendly, and nice. I got a gel full set and Mia did my nails. I showed her a pic of how I wanted my nails to be shaped and she did exactly what I asked for! She asked me to look at every nail to make sure I was happy with each one, which I really appreciate. This didnt make me feel like a burden if I wanted her to shorten my nails more or make them rounder. The salon is very clean and they offer far more services than nails such as eyelash extensions, facials, and massages! Definitely give them a try! I will be coming back.

Wow! They were having their grand opening celebration, so I stopped in to check it out. It is a really welcoming atmosphere, professional but still a comfortable, cozy feeling. The ambience is elegant and classy. The staff are efficient and well trained. I had a pedicure and liked the whole experience so much that I scheduled a facial treatment for next weekend. So glad I stopped in.

Ive been getting lash extensions by Tam for eight months now. She does a fantastic job. I get compliments on my lashes all the time. Ive also had manicures and pedicures done at Enhance, and Im always very pleased with the job they do there. Great spa.

Tam was great! Fit me in and they were going to close soon. She fixed my nail that another shop screwed up. She is very honest also. I respect that.

I loved my experience there! The staff was very welcoming and personable. The environment was very relaxing and they did a beautiful job. I will definitely be going back!

The short: good work, clean, but odd service and practices.Decided to give this place another try. They do good work, and the place is nice and very clean.That said, not going out of my way to come back. They charge $5 to remove nail polish if they didn’t apply it... weird. The place is frequently dead, multiple times have walked in (unlocked door, during posted business hours) and no one to be found. One time someone came out into the parking lot after I was inside a few minutes waiting; I then felt obligated to go back in. Again, they do good work, but the service is odd. Frequently just walking away when they’re in the middle of something, and leaving you completely unattended, or swapping out who is doing your nails mid-treatment. Their kids are in the shop, which I don’t mind, as they’re nice kids; but the way they interact with their kids it feels like you’re inconveniencing them by coming to the shop during business hours.

Wonderful place! Everyone is so nice and Tam did such a great job on my nails! Even though I chipped three she fixed them for free! I will definitely be returning!

Their website does not provide a list of services/prices. So I called to ask the price of a gel manicure seeing that multiple reviews mention they are pricey. $30 seemed average to me so I told the guy on the phone I was thinking of stopping in Tuesday 7/16 and asked if I needed an appointment. He said I should make one and the slots available were 9am or 430pm and I chose the latter.Tuesday comes and I receive 3 calls from the same unknown number through out the day, I answer none because its an unknown number. I arrive at Enhance 10 mins before my appointment and the lights are off and the place is seemingly empty but I try the door anyway and it is open. A woman welcomes me into the dark and silent salon.We wanted you to come in earlier, she says to which I respond, Yeah I didnt want to come at 9am which was the other option given to me.And she says, Dont you have a cell phone? We tried to call you.She goes onto rudely explain what the guy on the phone didnt mention, that they operate by appointment only that day and wanted to group appointments. Sorry but not my fault. If you didnt want a later appointment, it shouldnt have been made. After all that, she asks if I want music on and I say yes because of the horribly awkward silence that followed her line of questioning about my phone. She doesnt put music on instead she says It doesnt take me that long to do gel manicure. and sits down. Thanks for the offer, I guess.At the end of the manicure, she put a hefty swipe of lotion on each hand. I obliged her and attempted to rub the ton of lotion in myself, taking to the time to savor my own massage.The most upsetting part is that the manicure was good. If my experience had been better I would return. The nail tech and the way she spoke to me, is the only reason I will not go back.

To start off and to to be fair there were six of us and only three workers. But when we first got there it was going well, everyone was getting great service. When most of us are done, there was still a dip powder and gel manicure left, that’s when it went downhill. My sister, who is 11, wanted the gel manicure and specifically chrome. They made her wait until everyone else was done before they did my sister. Yes it’s good that they were taking their sweet time but also my sister is 11, she should’ve been taken cared of first. Fast forward she starts crying because she’s been waiting for so long and I still haven’t gotten my dip powder nails as well. Then when they take care of her they tell her they ran out of chrome and holo as well, asking her to do something else before “finding” it in a bin. The issue is they take on too many people, more than they’re capable of taking. And they’re also very discriminative against children, when really they should all be taken cared of just the same. They never ended up doing my dip nails; they skipped me and did a girl’s dip powder nails who came after me. The lady is also very aggressive and whatever she does hurts, and no one else does manicures or hand nails except her. She made my aunt’s nail bleed. They also switch from person to person, gosh there’s so much I could say. They do nice nails but when you don’t give good service as well, good nails mean nothing. It was a terrible experience and I’m never coming back.Edit: I come to find my gel polish on my toes aren’t even fully cured. Had they not been having multiple workers switching back and forth, not knowing the status of my nails it probably would have been cured.

My husband and I got a couples massage and facial on Valentines Day. They did such a wonderful job, and they offer great prices. We were impressed with the nice products they use, the pleasant staff, and the clean & modern look of the salon. We will for sure be back to experience the other services!

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had! He took his time, gave great leg and foot massage and made sure every toe was perfect before he finished. The salon is spotlessly clean, smells great and plays relaxing music! Will be back for sure!

It was my first time doing acrylic nails and they did such a wonderful job. My nail technician was soo talkative. I really liked how she talked to me and made me feel really good. I will be definitely coming back with my family. The prices there are really affordable and they do a good job at the nails.

I started visiting Enhance Beauty and Spa about 6 months ago and they have a customer for life! If you are truly looking for the best lash technician you have ever been to...look no further than Tam. She is a perfectionist and my lashes look flawless after ever single fill. She is very flexible and able to accomodate requests for appointments, and if you are in a time crunch, she can turn out a flawless gel manicure better than anyone else I have ever seen. Lash fills last the full hour, and Tam has such incredible attention to detail. I have also had amazing pedicures and facials here as well, and love the relaxing atmosphere and great service. I had been to about 7 different lash technicians since I first started wearing extensions and truly have never been so happy with the result as I have been consistently since seeing Tam. I recieve so many compliments on my lashes and cant stop raving about the amazing service at Enhance Beauty and Spa.

This was the best nail shop I’ve ever been to 😍 It was gorgeous! Also still affordable. Very clean and comfortable. I also want to try the eyelash extensions, will be returning in 2 weeks.

My mom purchased a gift card for me. I went in and got their nu skin pedicure. I have very rough and callused skin on my feet. So this was so great. Im very happy with the results. Anna did my pedicure, all of the ladies were so great! I upgraded for the gel polish as well. Very worth it. I also came in with my daughter to get her toes and nails done. Tam was so great with her and she had a ton of fun. Thank you ladies!

Gorgeous spa! Everything is literally sparkly and new; very high-end. Tam and Mia do a great job! My mother went for a facial treatment while I got the fully loaded experience: hand and foot massage, mani/pedi with hot stones!!! Highly recommend going here!

This place was super nice on the inside. So clean, and very organized. I was in for lash extensions. And first of all they don’t offer mink which is unfortunate. And second the fake lashes that they apply are in terrible condition and not attached well at all. I felt that it was a total waste of money and I won’t be back. My lashes were practically gone the next day after sleeping. The remaining lashes didn’t even last a week. I was told I would get the groupon rate but the lady tried to overcharge me. I literally had to fight my case with this woman. Also don’t do dipping powder. They tell you that it is better than acrylic but it’s not. You still have to totally destroy your nails to remove it. It’s just acrylic with some additional vitamin that helps your nails grow faster. Won’t do that again either.

I purchased a groupon for a gel nail manicure. However, when i got there I decided to try the dip powder. Tam honored the groupon and i paid the difference. She was extremely professional and friendly. She texted me later in the week regarding our chat to ask how a job interview I had went.I will be going here forever. My manicure is still flawless a week and a half later. It hasnt chipped AT ALL and i am VERY hard on my nails.Love love love this place.

I want to give 2 stars because of the sweet lady, Maya, who provided me with a manicure and pedicure but I truly can’t. This salon is brand new and looks great in the outside and inside. But the owner is unbelievably RUDE. When she quoted me a price higher than what was listed on their website I asked for clarification. At that point she started questioning me if I had the funds to pay. Wow. She went as far as to bring over price menus and shove them in my face- all listing the same prices listed online and not what she quoted me. When I pointed that out she then declared prices are subject to change. That is fine, however poor communication with customers is not. I don’t plan to ever go back there.

What a terrible experience for both me and my sister. I bought my sister a groupon and it was good til aug 20th and she got her manicure during which the lady Tam kept going between 3 people instead of finishing one and moving on to the next. They then wouldnt accept the groupon so took off my gel polish and still marked the groupon redeemed. As i was sitting there you could tell people werent happy with the service she was providing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! There are so many nail places around they are not worth the hassle.No where on that groupon did it say that it was not vaild on Saturday. If i called an hour before hand and you had openings that means you werent that busy where you couldnt accept me even if i had a groupon.

Tam does a fabulous job! The liquid gel manicure is the only thing I’ve found that lasts for more than a week.

This is a poorly run business. They screwed me over when I bought a Groupon because they did not list any information about when it could actually be redeemed. They said they “forgot” to take it off and will not make any acceptions, although on Groupon none of the information was given. I am out all of my money and the manager did not care. She wanted me to spend even more money on the services. If you’re on a budget, stay FAR away from this place. In general, stay FAR away from this place.
