Really bad... the social services send us a envelope glue it already, I mean seal it and when the guy was over there outside I tell him, he said take one of those but for the humidity was seal again and he wanted cut the envelope in order to send the paperwork with open envelope....obviously its not the properly way to send an email even he said its fine and dont forget that we have the whole information about childrens and parents

Im very disappointed by the social services department. I was given faults information that hinder my ability to receive benefits simple, due to the lack of communication toward case.

It was fine went to make copies and dropped off ebt stuff

I havent had to deal with social services in years. I remember the times when I would literally wait all day. I love the new set-up. It took me 3 minutes to drop off papers they needed and the staff was so friendly.

Im so frustrated ! Im calling everyday and nothibg, I went to the office and closed , I give up.Diana

Its Social Services youre going to have to wait. PERIOD. All the employees are nice they try really hard to maintain a professional attitude. You will need to bring snacks and drinks bring some extra because theres already somebody with a kid that didnt think about it.

The wait here is ridiculous!! I went in for a copy of an insurance card and waited over 3 hours!! Yes I got up and asked two different Windows if they could see when I would be called and they told me they use a different program so they didnt know. I finally ask the lady at the front the one who helps check you in and she goes in the back brings me my copy I was waiting for and laughs and says o, it must of been left in the copy machine this whole time!!!!! UNPROFFESIONAL. Id rate zero stars if this let me

So patient and I love how they dont talk down on you all the ladies I spoke with always provided information that actually helped and love the new scan so I dont have to wait in line

Well lets see transferred my case have been on MED CAL since 2008 and have never been off of the program thought it would be a easy transfer but Fresno has not given me my benefits so SSI sent me a notice that they would be withholding a1/3 of my Check to cover what the state has been covering for my medical expenses cant live off 1/2 SSI check and the county has blamed SSI for not changing a # on there end which SSI has verified that it is Fresno county who is at fault SO BEWARE WITH UR CASE THEY SEEM TO NOT REALLY GIVE A FLYING F%#$ About u or how ur surviving

Caseworkers are slow and arent cooperative. Many of the workers there are rude and need to work on their attitude. I was confuse and wanted explanations for the medical I am applying for and the rude old man helping me(he did not do a good job) kept speaking in a tone as if I annoyed the heck out of him. He also just rushed me through and did not answer any of my questions.

Im still here and I love it

They are so lazy!!!!they try to hang up on you! and disconnect......They have the worse customer service ever....They get paid to serve us!

It says there open till 5 pm but the door is locked @ 4:30 I cant stand this place lazy ass people work here
