Really friendly staff and good atmosphere. Helps that they have a nice and clean building too

Approaching ten years as an above the knee amputee. From the knee down, the options have not changed much. Finally a big change above the knee, a socket that grabs you at the vacuum seal and also the top third of the socket. 10 seconds to put on, less than 5 seconds to take off, total comfort in between.Total build time less than a week from GO Thank you Jason and Advanced Prosthetics

My husband has had three prosthesis over the last year. We may have had to wait longer for sceduled appointments a handfull of times. However, overall service and friendlyness of staff is excelent.

I have been coming to Advanced Prosthetics for the last 10 years and can not say enough good things about their work. When I wanted to participate in a 10 mile walk for a charity Jason built me a jogging leg to better sustain the impact of longer distances. He has created legs for me that I am comfortable in whether I am hiking to the top of Mount Half-Dome or running around the playground with my classroom toddlers.Now I am training to swim from Alcatraz and he is custom designing and making me a swim fin. He really is a craftsman who is passionate about giving his patients the ability to live life on their own terms with as little physical limitations as possible. To the person who was complaining about having to wait, sometimes that happens wherever you go. I personally dont mind knowing that I am being taken care of by the most knowledgeable and professional people available. If you want the highest quality service dont go anywhere else.

Very bad service. I was referred to them by my Drs office . I had an appointment to get fitted for some orthotics I made an appointment had to wait over a week to be seen. Got to office on scheduled day and still had to wait over an hr to be seen. Was told orthotics would take 6 wks. or so to order. It’s 2 months and even after 4 phone calls checking on status of the product was finally told order had been lost!!!!!or never placed??! So after 2 months I have no orthodics and am out a deposit of $150. Was told that the refund would take a MONTH to receive!!! Terrible customer service I should’ve gone to Hanger Prosthetics as before. Hard lesson learned.

They pull the Dr. Routine here. They schedule an appt. For you and then you wait for 30 to 60 minutes cuz and get this, a shoe specialist, is with another patient? A shoe specialist??? All theyre gonna do is give me inserts!

Jason and the team here are great and are a big help to those who come here.
