Dr. Kraft is an excellent doctor. He will actually sit down and listen to you instead of making you feel rushed like another number. He’s actually concerned and he actually cares about how you feel. Dr. Kraft is the best. I know my personal health is in good hands with him.

Dr. Kraft looked at our daughters Peyton’s knee. She injured it playing volleyball and as parents we feel so strongly that there is no other doctor we trust our child’s care to! Comforting, honest and diagnoses always accurate!

Dr. Gousse is the best medical doctor I have ever encountered in my life. With a doctorate myself, I am a pretentious person. He explains everything at your level of understanding, he describes the steps to be taken, and he always follows up. Simply the best!

Dr. Kalmes is awesome !He always listens to my concerns and always follows through with our health plan. He is very patient and never rushed out the door , like a lot of drs . What I really like is that this clinic is available to make or cancel an appointment 24 hrs a day! Love that !

Most terrible unprofessional service I’ve EVER received at an “urgent care” my rating is a 0 but won’t let me leave that. I drove an hour and 15 mins with either broken or separated ribs; which is extremely painful. Arrived at 9:20, at 10:30 I still hadn’t been called for X-rays or to see a doctor. I asked the receptionist how much longer because I had to get back to do daycare for my grandson. She said I was next. I sat there while one by one every single person who came in after me came and went, now new people came in after me, yet they were all being called before me. So at 11:20... 2 full hours after arriving I had to get my co pay returned and leave without ever seeing anyone; without getting X-rays because I still have an hour 15 min. Drive home to my little town, Catheys Valley (outside of Yosemite). Absolutely ridiculous; the receptionist said she hadn’t sent me to X-ray because she thought I should see the doctor first!!!

Experienced severe foot pain. Hobbled in at 11:22. Saw the doctor immediately. So kind, patient and understanding. Was able to have ex rays and given appropriate treatment and walking boot. I was back out to my car with follow up appointment scheduled by 12:00. What a wonderful service!
