Company is doing bad putting some representative that not represent to the workers. And some representative used you when union is in problem because they not want loose their business with the company and one of the company is foster farms one of the more false representative is visiting there I wish I can put the name but I cant. becareful because is a women and keep away more if she tried be your friend that many people do keep away of she because they knew how bad she is that was my wrong believed in her.

Whatever you do, first go to the Concord Branch before trying to use this branch. It took me over 6 months and 4 refiling applications to transfer into local 8 which was my original local. And the Bay area it has been pretty smooth sailing for the most part. If you have to deal with Liz, good luck. Anybody else would be a better bet. Ive reached out more than five times without getting a response in over six months. When I call my old rep from Sacramento, I have never had to wait more than 2 hours for response.

Spouse has worked for a very well known store chain for almost 40 years....in all those years the union reps have managed to negotiate less and less for the members in the Central Valley. In 29 years theyve received less than .50 cents in raises, insurance covers less and deductions got higher. And most people cant afford to retire unless they get another job for a second career.Nicole should be ashamed of herself.... her employees have been seen standing in line at the food bank because wages and medical benefits for clerks havent kept up with inflation. Not to mention the physical and mental beating the job inflicts on the folks that have been there for years.Remember the Union Representives work for The Company not the Employees....We do not pay them, the Corporation pays them, they do their best for the persons that sign their checks and they get bonuses for getting you the worst possible contracts and still keep you off the picket lines. This is the truth and most likely the review wont make it to the masses.Stand up for your rights, INSIST on Union Meetings and then Attend the Meetings. Make your Union Reps Accountable and Make them work for you orWALK OUT AND STAND UP FOR GROCERY WORKERS...WE CANT AFFORD TO SHOP IN THE STORES WE WORK IN!I stand by this statement and it is totally accurate as well as the comments made by the other 1 star reviews. The union reps only show up on the rare occasion and they do not address anything except trying to reinforce the lies. I stand by the statement that clerks havent had any cost of living raises and the Golden 85 Retirement plan is a myth....

Worst Union ever. I work for foodmaxx and I can never get a hold of my rep. Theyve been negotiating our contact for years and nothing.. what a bunch of crooks!!! I will be calling the nlrb soon.... what garbage!!!!!
