They help you right away and direct you to someone that can help you. They also have food to help with for a little while, but you need to ask them even if you have an appointment or not.

This place never answers there phone or returns calls. Those worse Community Service Available. Ive been trying to get help for a restraining order. All for nothing. They are NO HELP AT ALL.

JulieBeth is the best! Professional yet friendly, VERY knowledgeable and easy to work with. I am so lucky to have/had the opportunity to work with her!The reason I only gave four stars is due to the fact that 90% of the time my call is not answered by the receptionist. I leave messages but I don’t understand why the phone can’t be answered.

I am really disappointed with the help here. Ive called numerous times to speak to an advocate regarding my case. I completely understand that I am not the only client they have to deal with, BUT for the number of times I have called since last month? All I have asked is for is for ONE phone call back. It would take Id say maybe 5 to 10 minutes the most? Its just been a simple yes or no question, and I guess Ive been told she is the only I can talk to regarding my case. Ive been told shes busy, shes not in, she got sick and left early, her work schedule has changed, or I will give her your message , but not one call back yet. I went in today to see the manager, who was not in today, and I am hoping that will actually give me a call back within the next few days.

Centro de familia was not much help they did not help me in anyway they were not able to help me either I was a waste of time me going there

I went there to get my taxes done and they told me to reschedule for next week, but there was only one person ahead of me. So when I ask them why they couldnt do it that day, they told me they were busy. So I schedule an appointment the following week at 11 AM, but when I arrive to do my taxes, the front office individual and tax preparer told me there were two people in front of me, even through I have scheduled my appointment a week ahead. Then they told me they could not help me anyway because I did not have my 1082 and the tax preparer cannot do it because her supervisor was not there. So they fail to honor and make excuses to get out of my appointment. I am not sure if it was because I was not Hispanic but they seem on not wanting to help me from the start. If they just stated that they could not provide any services to me from the start I would of gone elsewhere. Instead, I wasted a week because they promised me an appointment. Where is the professionalism?

Centro La Familia is a gray resource for families in need with victimized family members. They also help with clothing, Outreach to families and provide services that will assist and guide families with the right resources to the right resources. It is a great program if you are a family in need of such services.

A lot of different services are offered a year for families and migrant workers a good place for education and Healthcare office that used to be a medical marijuana dispensary there but its no longer there

They never call back and the advocate helping my case is never available... i always have to leave a msg but never get a call back not sure if its the receptionist not doing her job or the advocate but here i am months since i applied and have not heard from them and have not been able to reach my advocate.. also every time im put on hold i wait for about ten min and when they finally get back with me they have no idea what i was put on hold for...

They have a bilingual staff in English and Spanish to help any person for services needed. Even if they do not have the services being sought, they know what agencies can. They help anyone no matter ethnicity, age, gender, gender expression, and they are LGBTQ Friendly.

Be careful always ask for your documents in spanish if they leave it ferificarn date of birth dirrection todoooo .. Why do I say x a year ago I took my father to fill his mica renewal today May and a year ok. And just yesterday the family center tells me that immgracion imcgracion occupies minutes or passport to verify its date since the imformacion q has immgracion does not agree with what sent the family cent in the application that THEY FILLED CERTIFICATING Q THEY CHECKED THE DATE AND IS CORRECT .. WHY HE SAVES AFTER A YEAR THEY WERE ACCOUNTED OF THEIR ERROR AND SELO ACHACAN IMMIGRATION ARE NOT INCOPETENT ... I CAN NOT IMAGINE ME WITH ANOTHER PEOPLE I WILL DEVICE SECURED YES PAPERS X ERRORS THAT THEY DO NOT REVISE.And I SPEAK AND NOMAS EVADEN DO NOT CALL FOR BACK THEY CAN WELL MAKE THE MOTION AND SAY Q WAS ERROR OF THEM BUT BEFORE WASHING THE HANDS AND C THE CUSTOMER CHINGUED AND FIND IT X YOUR ACCOUNT.
