Just tried to reach the doctor and turned out it was wrong office. Then the lady hung up on me. Pretty rude

My mom was supposed be seen 2 weeks post op and we were told that the next available appt was in September. It is now April. So we need to wait 5 months for a follow up? What a joke!

At least two of the front desk employees refuse to wear masks when interacting with patients. Complete disregard for safety protocols, nobody takes temperatures or asks any questions. When I complained to the Dr. about the employees he got irritated and rude.

The Neurologist is Great and cares very much for his patients me and my husband been to multiple doctors to figure out why he was having random seizures he has never had them and the doctors prior kept giving him head pain meds BC of heads aches but did nothing the Neurologist help so much by having him get a apt to get his brain scanned when previous doc who didnt even finish the paper work to make the apt and gave him the correct meds. Since them he hasnt had no seizures and i completely thank them so much for this help it means so much to me and his family.😊😊😁

Staff was short-tempered, and rude.
