Livewell Behavioral Health Services is a mental health clinic with heart. Awesome practitioners that are THERE FOR YOU. They worked with me to find my medication balance and help me find a life thats stable which is very important. I suffer from Bipolar disorder and have tried a plethora of medications and treatments. Finally Im doing better and able to start real therapy to address traumas that have severely impacted me.They work with me, schedule blood work when necessary, and have been instrumental in helping me move in the right direction.

The staff are friendly and helpful ! The only thing Id say i dislike is there completely unorganized when it comes to seeing this clinician( which i really like thats hard to find )then move to another oh stop cant see you theres a conflict (which they should have known when they moved the client not an hour before appointment) people dont realize that makes us not want to be with there company 🙄 🤔

The therapist was good but they do not answer calls. It took me a month of constantly calling to get an answer. I had tried canceling my appointment the day prior but I wasnt answered and they tried charging me an $80 no show fee.

Dont waste your time here. They dont call or email back, receptionist is rude and Stacy is a very unprofessional counselor. They make up their own rules and hrs. I dont know how they are legally open. I would give this place no stars.

If i could give negative scores here i would.Their person on the phone threatened me that my daughter was court ordered to be there when in fact we are court ordered to attend therapy not their program! How dare you say you can help people Live Well when you treat them and their children this way?! You should be ashamed sending unlicensed interns to council traumatized children just to collect insurance monies. You disgust me with your greed, and are the reason people are so terrified to seek ACTUAL mental help.

Ive been seeing Michelle for over a month now, and Ive already began to feel improvement with in my life. I love that she tells me like it is and is not afraid to hurt my feels by saying what I may not want to hear. Prayer is always so natural with her and I am able to instantly feel the presence of the Holy Spirit while in our sessions. I must say she is an exceptional Therapist and I am excited to overcome all that I am battling with in my live. I know that I must be patient but I am definitely off to a healing start with Michelles experience and fearlessness to direct her patients. If anyone is afraid to make the decision for treatment, I advise you to be courageous today and contact Livewell Behavior Health, making the choice is a leap of Faith.

I started with Michelle and Livewell over two years ago for individual therapy. Michelle got straight to work, and so did I. Many people have an unrealistic expectation of what counseling will do in their lives. It is never an easy process, but in order for people to get better we have to be open and willing to face our issues/truths and WORK through them. Michelle and I have worked together to work on at least 4 different relationships in my life (including my relationship with myself). I will continue to see Michelle until she can no longer see clients. If you are looking for real change, real help then go to Livewell and roll your sleeves up!The office is conveniently located, and has a warm and welcoming feeling. The staff is very professional and accommodating.

This place is very unprofessional, they refused to follow my court order. My ex-husband attempted to kill me twice and was an excessive drug user. The judge gave me full custody of my children at that time and granted me a retraining order because of the constant threats. Now that my children are older my daughter choses to live with my ex, who does not follow our court order. My daughter’s counselor Stacy encourages her rude behavior and refuses to corporate in group therapy which her and her father needs (he has PTSD). My daughter has also lied about police reports where her brothers and I were witnessed too. Its amazing how many time the court requested the company to corporate with no success. Not to mention he moved her into his room, and tested positive for drugs. The court mediator made him remove her from the room but even that took months . I definitely do not recommend this place.

I can not say enough about the services I received at Livewell Behavioral. From the front desk to the clinicians. I feel that what separates Livewell from other therapists (and I’ve seen others) is that they treat you like a friend and not a client. You don’t feel like someone going to a doctor, who HAS to DEAL with you but that you’re having a conversation with a friend who cares and is invested in your wellbeing. Michelle gave me hope where I didn’t see hope. She helped me see my worth when I had been led to believe I was worthless. And although I still have a ways to go, the journey is so much easier with her guidance. She has been instrumental...no....she’s THE reason my family is getting the old me back. I’m almost unbroken. I am forever grateful. I would recommend Livewell to any and everyone struggling emotionally.

Michelle McCoy will always tell you the truth. It may not be what you want to hear, but it will heal you. She dug me out of the deepest depression of my life and allowed me to flourish with the gifts God gave me. She is not about psycho-babble, she is about deconstructing you to a place where all you can see is truth, and rebuilding you to be a person better than you thought you could ever be. I owe her so much.

I went in to her office for couples counseling, and instead of recommending a private counselor for my wife Michelle stop the couples counseling and gave me zero outlet for the marriage. Very unprofessional. Also had nothing but billing issues from the very start. DO NOT GO HERE

Be warned that therapists at Livewell may have questionable experience and skills helping people who have PTSD, are survivors of abuse and trauma, and who are working class/poor and of Color.I came to Livewell for support managing PTSD/complex trauma. The therapist I saw ignored that I am a survivor of trauma and chose to focus on positive thinking to manage the related depression I experience. Everything was standard and dispassionate with this therapist for seven sessions. The Livewell therapist I was sent to, Marcela Segura-Crispin, mistakenly sent the police to my home for a wellness check where they involved my abuser and told me I dont have a real (emotional) disability. She took no responsibility at all for the trauma this caused. I was humiliated hurt and further traumatized by what happened. When I tried to discuss it with her, she didnt respond to my email for a week and when she did it was only when I emailed her again. I was told by this Livewell therapist that she lost track of my email and that she had no obligation [...] to continue engaging in any additional dialogue with [me] because I canceled my appointments with her. My impression is that she wanted me to come into the office so she could be paid for a session rather than working to help me feel comfortable seeing her again by rebuilding trust. She made no effort. The Livewell staff also involved me in payment issues that turned out to be the fault of Medi-Cal/Anthem BlueCross. I was called three times by different members of their staff, all with conflicting information; also two comments had already been made at me about this issue during my last appointment, including We were just talking about you. It was very stressful and agitating.I cancelled the appointment I made to discuss all this with Livewell because I have no desire to catch three buses on a two hour long ride coming and going to their office to hear more excuses or be lectured about their legal and ethical responsibilities or issues validating payment when it isnt my fault. Whats more, the therapist I saw wasnt professional enough, didnt respect our relationship, or care enough to follow up with me of her own accord. Keep it real, if you were me would you want to come back after this? If hurting clients who come to you for therapy to help in their healing process is business as usual then, Congratulations! You at Livewell Behavioral Health are part of a failing healthcare system that has traumatized me my entire life! Good job, hope youre proud.
