This review is mostly about respiratory therapist Susan. She went above and beyond in helping me get started with the equipment I needed. She listened to me and went way above and beyond to get me my equipment very quickly. She spent 45 minutes answering my questions when I picked it up. Her follow up has been regular and helpful to me. I recommend!

Absolutely first-class customer service. Charly Hutchinson was not only patient she was detailed, articulated instructions in a friendly conservative professional manner it was a pleasure I did not feel like I was bothering her or or interrupting her day like some reps do. excellent, five stars five stars five stars

Susan was very nice and patient and I felt very comfortable as she was training me how to use, clean and work my new Cpap machine. From the front reception to meeting Susan I had a great experience. I recommend Respicare Inc. for your Cpap needs. 👍🤩

The staff here is awesome. They were patient with me in answering all of my questions. They made it easy for me to understand how to use my sleep machine. The offices are clean and well organized. I am always treated with respect and a warm greeting. We are lucky to have a Respicare office here in town. I am thankful for having this place.

This company is a joke! My husband has been waiting for his c-pap supplies for over 2 months now. Everytime we call customer rep. Says well it hadnt been ordered, but we will get that shipped out asap. Well guess what STILL NOTHING. No one seems to know what the hell they are doing. Same response and no one has got it out YET! Very annoying, Ive had it! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY. Very upset customer!!!

Not impressed with this company. When I went to receive my CPAP the Respiratory therapist was 15 minutes late and was blaming it on the traffic coming from Selma. I had just driven from Selma and encountered no delays. He had none of my stuff together ready to go and had to rummage through boxes to find what I needed. The office was a disorganized and disheveled mess. He told me I could sign up for an automated re supply deal. I agreed. That never happened. Either he didn’t follow through or this system is a myth. When reordering supplies over the phone I have never once been able to actually speak to someone. I have no idea if my message was ever received. I have left numerous messages asking for a return call but this has never happened. I am not happy with this company and will be looming for a new supplier.

Im disappointed with the company, specially with the billing department, they make a mistake sending a wrong tax ID number to my insurance, so I get charged over $400. After trying to fixed between insurance and respicare. Billing department didnt know how to fixed, the insurance send them the examples about what they need to process it right, because respicare keep sending a duplicate information, and respicare never did it right. At the end they yes told me, I have to pay because thats what the insurance say. If they do the things right at first time we dont have to go true these problems. They charge it to my credit card. Be awere.
