First VA refered appointment with Dr. Mueller this a.m. went very well, very professional!!!Second appointment (7 December) with Bernadette Alejandrino went great! The staff was excellent as well. I dont think it could have went better. FIVE STARS!

Terrible experience lazy and unprofessional. Each department doesnt understand what the other is doing and when you want a update on information about your claim its like chasing your tail in traffic

Went to an appointment that never existed by what they said even though I had letter proving it. Then the lady tells me my number must be blocked and that theyve been trying to call me. Its wasnt blocked and no missed calls and she doesnt have anything to say after that and just stares at me like Im lying. If I didnt have an appointment that day then WHY WERE THEY TRYING TO CALL ME? What a waste of my time and waste of money since I lost work hours to be there!

So far so good. Got here fifteen minutes early and called in to be let in due to COVID precautions. Checked in and now 10 minutes past my said appointment.

Was given the run around and cant believe how clunky the process is. I hope the contract isnt renewed.

Terrible and slow service.
