11 months passed and we still cant get my moms oxygen replaced.Made at least 20 calls, I get transferred and no one seems to know whats going on they just transfer me again or give me another number to call or send me to voice-mail. Horrible place!
I’ve been trying for over a year and a half to have someone pick up my oxygen tank. Called both the Fresno office and the 800 #. They won’t make an appointment for someone to pick it up. They just say well if someone is coming your way they will stop by. Then I started getting bills for $500. I paid someone to drop it off at the Madera location, but it was closed so that was money wasted. Ridiculous
The worst customer service on the planet! I am trying to schedule a pick up of an oxygen tank. Cant speak to a person. The first call I was on hold 17 minutes and got disconnected. The second time I was on hold 28 minutes and got disconnected again! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!! I call this CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!!!
Wont give you your required supplies, even when you call. No CPAP supplies after 1 year.
Pacific pulmonary is the worst company ever. They dont provide the oxygen in a timely manner. Please dont send any referrals to this company it would be great if they would go out of business. This post is from a doctors office with a very bad experience to one of our patients.
