I am loving the private experiences that I am having here at Flow yoga studio. In this private space with Nicole , I feel inspired and capable of actually achieving the poses of yoga.She is a wonderful and inspiring teacher .I really appreciate the meditation we have at the end of our sessions 😊Yes I am doing it!💜

Outstanding instructor taught by the infamous Shiva Rea. Cozy and personable place where you will close instructions and gentle assistance by your teacher. NM!!! You can feel comfortable here; it is not a competition, but a place of love, light, healing, and laughter. Namaste!!!
