I asked for a full body massage for my mom. It was our first time there, so I read through everything to make sure we got the right service. My mom came back to the car saying she only got a foot massage. I went back in to check what I had filled in their check in paper. There was an X mark on the full body section and another on the foot section. When I confronted them, they started speaking their language. It sounded hostile and then they all went behind the wall set up behind the cash register. We waited a good 10 minutes until one came back and saw us and left again. We left. I honestly just wanted an explanation thats it, because I remember being so thorough when I was signing my mom in. I also wanted to ask them why they didnt do both full body and foot if thats what they saw. I believe they tried to scam my mom because there was a language barrier.

My experience for the first time was as expected very good massage did an amazing foot massage it well loved it

I love this place so much. 1hr combination massage was like $40! After being on my feet for hours at work, this helped so much. I am so happy theyre open again. Everything is clean and they change the covers in front of you. Everyone is so nice and professional. 100% recommend this place.

They do such an amazing job...It is so relaxing that most of the time I fall asleep..I normally go to the shop on first and nees. That one has not reopened yet, so I drove 20 extra minutes just to come over to this one on Shaw...It is owned by the same people...Well worth it--very relaxing...

My preferred location. Yes they can be very hard but theyre the only ones (in the 5 places I have been) that consistently ask if you are okay and lighten up if needed. They will also work on specific areas that I point out. Ive been coming to this location for many years and in terms of Therapeutic Massage, it gets the job done! There are some technicians that are unable to communicate but theres always at least one or two others that are able to assist with that. My only real complaint is that they seem to use the same set of gloves which protects them but not the customer.

Boyfriend has been coming here for months and he decided to take me and my best friend here for the first time. While i got attended by what seemed to be the manager of the parlor he gave me an excellent service. Our complaint is that my bf got a lady that was massaging his upper spine with the tips of her elbows causing discomfort the entire time. He has never had a bad experience here and now his upper back is in more pain than before.And at the very end they had the audacity to demand for a tip.. Very dissappointed with their customer service.

Cheap-you get what you pay for. I thought the reviews mentioning masseurs using their elbows must have been exaggerated since that is so obviously bad technique...and then a man used his elbows on my whole back. It was rough, painful, and not the neck and shoulder massage I asked for. I would have preferred a robotic massage chair over the terrible chair massage I received.

Service date: 5/28/19. Not a good experience- at all. Wish I could give 0 stars. First time coming here and it will be my last. The guy who massaged me was very rough. He also focused on my buttocks a lot- to the point where it was very uncomfortable. I told him to stop and focus on my back and shoulders (which is what I wanted in the first place). When he was done he gave me two hard pats on my back. It was disrespectful. He also patted me hard on the head at one point. I won’t be coming here again. I don’t recommend it.

Ive been going to this place since 2006. I recommend the full body massage for $30 and it lasts for an hour. It also includes a foot massage

This wasnt the best massage but wasnt the worse...what I didnt like is that they put a blanket over me and massaged me with the blanket over me so I didnt get to get the full hand massage experience..if they lose the blanket I will go back but if not,I will go somewhere else where I dont have to be massaged with a blanket over me

Communication is impossible, they thought I was someone else and messaged me too hard. And it wasnt good at all, she kinda rubbed my muscles and dug her elbows into my shoulder blades and spine. It was more of a bone massage than a muscle massage.

Mixed feelings. Most of the time the pressure is a little hard, but they do feel the knots in my back. A little intimidating when you walk in; the masseurs seem to all form around you and watch you make a decision on your service. Otherwise its not bad.

Great price but Im not big on the deep tissue massage. Because we were unable to communicate with each other the lady giving massages continued to give the unpleasant deep tissue massage.
